Have fun waiting in line forever half you life. 7-9 people in line today and the cashier didn't call for backup until two people tossed their stuff and left. No manager or other cashier in site. This store and all Walgreen's are ALWAYS like this. Invest in self checkouts

The store is usually clean and well stocked with a wide assortment of items. You can find anything from OTC medications, medical supplies, toys, makeup, toiletries, snacks, drinks and newspapers to prescription medications at the pharmacy. You can also order/pick up photos and photo gifts. The pharmacy can be pretty busy with long lines so I'd recommend picking your prescription up during less busy hours.

Just like what others all have said here. Super rude and arrogant staff at the pharmacy. Very passive aggressive and not helpful at all. Wasted my time and other customers’ time. Shame on you.

Visit this Walgreens at least once a week and everyone has been usually very helpful and courteous. Today was different, the young woman that was checking out made it seem as though I was bothering her, she wasn't at all welcoming, she did not smile or greet. Her customer service skills need work! When asked if she was upset about something only then did she make aneffort to be kinder and not judgemental.

Very rude and unhelpful. I submitted on online order to have pictures printed out. Got a call that they printer was broke and they could try to next day or go to a different Walgreens. I called and asked when they thought their printer would be fixed. Because depending on how long it’s take, I’d decide if I wanted to wait or go somewhere else to get the pictures printed. Well the person on the phone was pretty rude and said the printer worked but that they were out of paper and didn’t know when they’d get more. Pretty unhelpful

This pharmacy has got to be the worst in Greeley. They close at 6pm every week night!! 6pm!! What is this the 1950s?! Walgreens is a national chain. Closing at 6pm is what small mom & pop stores do!! Also, my doctor called in my script at 12:30pm today and I never got a notice for it! How hard is it to fill one prescription in 5 hours time?! I’m aware that others are dropping off their scripts as well, but I just don’t get it. Customer service has fallen to the wayside at this store. Bad for business.

I'm always happy how quickly and easily I can get photos printed from this location. The downside is that my insurance requires us to use a Walgreens pharmacy. WOOF. The pharmacists themselves always seem to be nice enough and helpful if you have a question, but the techs are consistently outrageous. Questions are met with hostility (if you can more then a two word answer) time estimates are infrequently met and you are just generally made to feel that you're an inconvenience for picking up a script. Thankfully my pharmacy needs are few and far between, but dang, each time I do have to make a visit I dread it. I may try a different location, but based on my experiences with Walgreens pharmacies in other states expectations are low.

Pharmacy could hardly be less useful if they tried. Either they are lying about what company policy is, or every other Walgreens in town is breaking company policy. Either way I’d strongly suggest going elsewhere.

Stay far away from this pharmacy. From not being able to just be polite and say Hello what can I help you with to making up things they need to fill an RX to refusing to call the provider number on the insurance card to get whatever information needed to misplacing called in Rxs from the doctor this Walgreens is a nightmare.. There is 1 particular girl that is rude...abrassive and acts as if your interuppting her day. Sadly you have no way of knowing until you pull up if your going to have to deal with her nastiness or if you'll be lucky enough to get one of the nice people that work there. But know if you register a complaint the Manager Jodie will be just as rude and lie about your encounter to protect the rude worker.

Tried to drop off a prescription. Apparently three employees aren’t capable of taking care of four people in line. Finally got to the window. The woman working was rude from the start and even more rude when I tried to ask about which insurance generally covers prescriptions. Bad experience all the way through. I’ll never be back.

Would be better with better treated and paid staff. The reduced pharmacy hours are ridiculous and there's high staff turnover. I'm guessing they aren't leaving because of too much pay and respect.

I had just had my hip replaced and the Drs. Office send script to wrong Walgreens. By the time we stood in line 45 mins. So we came to this wàlgreens at 23rd and. 16st. They had over an hour to fill it but said they were A day behind andcouldn't get,t them till morning. I just got my hip replaced and was in so much pain. 75 yrs oage I am so they kick me under the tablef

Whoever the 3 people working the pharmacy on February 23rd, 2022 at 11am are very rude. They don’t acknowledge their customers and they’re just talking to each other instead of helping us. Even the people at the window they’re not helping. Just really unprofessional.

So ive been coming to this pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions since I could remember. But last time I went to get my prescription I got made fun of. Im 3 days postpartum and as you could imagine, im in pain and still look pregnant, but the lady decided to make a joke about it. I went to go sit down cause of course IM IN PAIN,and she decides to tell me to take longer on sitting down, then proceeds to laugh and asked if i needed a chair to lift my legs up and laughs AGAIN. And so she goes ahead and tell her coworker that im pregnant and exaggerating on my pain.. Thanks for pointing out that obviously i still look pregnant but instead of making fun of me, she could have just kept it to herself.

Came into the store to get a few stuff. Came here for years close to me. Always been pet friendly got told by the manager semi short grey ish hair in a unprofessional manner that its our new rules no dogs unless service dogs. So she told my son to sit in the car that she couldn’t be in the store. In a hot car with 100% tempature outside. I’m never coming back to this walgreens. The two managers the shirt skinny one and heavier set dark haired one has been most unfriendly and unprofessional to customers when it comes to coupons and just anything in general in this store. I would tell all to find another walgreens not this one!

I'm shocked how the pharmacy can close down because pharmacists can't be replaced for a couple of days withoutwarning. People NEED medication some of us have serious health issues that rely on our medication. I don't know what to do, it just keeps getting worse and worse.

This is my go to pharmacy, I get text messages to notify me when prescriptions are ready for pick up. Mostly all the staff members that I have encountered with have been friendly and patient.

Its now 9:16 am I've been sitting in the drive thru window for pharmacy for 15 minutes both pharmacist have seen me. I even pushed the call button they told me to wait. The pharmacy doesn't even look open the gates on the inside are closed but the sign says they open at 9am what gives?

Horrible customer service even when asked to speak to a manager. This store needs its employees trained on proper customer service and how to treat the customer. Sadly this is not the only walgreens I have had this issue at and am starting to think maybe it is a corporate issue.

Over the last year or so the entire staff has just gotten ruder and ruder. That pharmacy lady probably shouldn't have a job anymore as is, the fat native one who is a manager of some sort is pretty rude too and it flows down hill to the rest of the staff.

Pharmacy put me on hold for 30 mins so I can tell them I can pay for my meds out of pocket because I lost a med i needed and was late to take i switched to 11 ave and they had everything done in 15 mins
