I looked for a year for a groomer. That was average priced did a good job ,was open when they said they were open. For some reason I just ran into Wag's phone number. Their prices are amazing.They're groomers take each dog one at a time. With full instructions and do what you ask. I have too small dogs. They both love it and come out Happy. you know how important it is for your dog to like the groomer. You know immediately when you're dog does not like the groomer . My girls come out, happy, clean and beautifully. Groomed there are quite a few groomers to choose from.

My 17 month old Lhasapoo and her family had a grooming disaster at another facility (terrible groom, rudeness, blame, traumatized pup) and we were very gun-shy about trying again. A person we met at Canyon View Park told us about Wag Resort and assured us we would love them. Thank you, whoever you were! The entire staff was so reassuring and as for our groomer Caleb, what an angel. Caleb listened closely as we explained our previous experience and what we were hoping for. He seemed to really vibe into our little Leia and when he took her back I felt at ease. We returned to find a perfectly groomed, happy little lamb who looked so happy in Caleb's arms. He even educated us on how to desensitize her to having her face worked on so it would be easier for both of them next time. What a great feeling to never have to worry again; we will never take her anywhere else. Thank you so much, Caleb and Wag Resort!

We absolutely LOVE The Wag Resort on 25 Road and so does our pup! The staff is so great with our high energy, anxious doodle! He is excited to run through the door every morning to go see all of his friends! We are so happy to have a one-stop shop for daycare, boarding and grooming! We have tried other places in town and the Wag on 25 Road is hands down the best in town! We trust this team implicitly with our best friend 🐾

Zena was a bit overwhelmed, as her only companion for 4 years was our small cat. The staff was friendly, professional and was able to answer all my questions and/or concerns. I am quite confident in leaving Zena in their care.

I think they are the best in the area with dog grooming. Very courteous, really know how to cut your pet just they way you want. I’m sorry for mis spelling your name but nut a man is the best. Thank you. Highly recommend this place.

The sign up procedure, providing immunization record, proof of spray/neuter, booking a stay, etc is a 5 star experience. I really looked forward to dropping off my dog, and my dog was excited to be dropped off. I left my dog for 3 days and 3 nights. Unfortunately, I had issues with pickup. First, while waiting for my dog to come out, I heard the woman, who answers the phone, just hung up from a phone call then made a rude comment about the customer she just spoke to. Second, after receiving my dog, I asked how my dog did. The receptionist, reading off the top of several pages, answered that she did fine and a few sentences about her eating. I asked if I could have the papers she was reading from. She said, "no", and something to the effect that she had to keep them. For a 3 day and 3 night stay, I expected more information about my dog's stay. Third, while driving home, I noticed my dog had dried diarrhea around her butt fur. I'm upset that the receptionist didn't mention any diarrhea. This pickup experience is 2 stars. Unfortunately, I have to give Wag Resort a 3.5 star experience. Wished the pickup experience was more professional. Maybe I will use Wag Resort again but still unsure.

Our dog doesn’t really enjoy other new dogs in group settings so I was thrilled that they offer areas where she can be by herself all day. For an extra $10 you can add buddy time where they will walk/play/cuddle/etc with your dog. Our dog was only there 1 night so we opted out of this for this time. We will definitely take her back next time we need boarding.

Just moved to Junction and brought my goldendoodle to the Wag Resort for her first grooming here. Caleb was her groomer and did an amazing job! I've always thought she looked a bit goofy after getting her hair cut, well turns out I just hadn't found a groomer I really liked yet. She looks so cute, I'll definitely be bringing her back for next time!

Best experience for grooming. All of the employees I have met have been excellent. Ruth is great to work with for scheduling. She gets back to me promptly and is willing to schedule regularly spaced grooming appointments. Maria does a great job on our variety of dogs.Ashley in boarding returns inquiries promptly and is very personable.

Wonderful folks, it's like leaving our fur babies with family! Have been a customer for years, since they opened. This is our new puppy, Pippi. Just had her first overnight visit and came back home a happy puppy.

My family has been bringing our dogs here for a good while now. Usually for Weekend Getaways but sometimes for longer Stays. We also bring them for regular Daycare Visits and occasional Baths. They seem to enjoy coming back. Like many, we don't usually leave reviews unless we have something negative to say but in this case we have been consistently impressed with the service we receive and the excellent care our dogs are given. Many of friends and co-workers also use this place and they have mostly all had similar experiences. Our Vet actually recommended it to us. It's re-assuring to have such an option for pet care with an outstanding reputation in the community. We have tried the other options and this place is hands down our favorite. Hope this helps someone.

If I would have seen other reviews on Yelp and not trusted only Google, I would have never taken my two dogs to this overpriced and cruel place. Maybe they delete recent poor reviews because on other sites they’ve been reviewed poorly for over a year. I’m not sure what they have going on at this establishment, but don’t take your loved pets! If I could give them a zero star I would. My dogs stayed for 10 days and were scheduled for a bath. To my surprise, me showing up a day early enlightened me to the filth my pets endured. They literally stunk so bad I nearly vomited. To describe urine, fecal matter, dirt, and old wet dog food mixed in one is the best way to describe what my dogs must of been lying around in. It was horrendous. Secondly, I called to check on them, the gal said they’ve been great and her notes described they hadn’t really been eating. I expected that to happen, so when I came to pick up my dogs, only 2 cups were left in nearly the big bag of food I brought. So if they weren’t eating, what happened to the dog food supply? Did the feed them and toss it if it was untouched, or maybe they collect it to use for other dogs. Unbelievable, but what takes the cake Is that dogs can’t bark without crackling, squeezing, or squealing. It’s not kennel cough… These dogs have likely been subjected to having a choke collar or some device preventing them from barking. If the matter doesn’t get better, I will be taking them into the vet. Both dogs have literally been sleeping for 5 days, which is somewhat expected, but they’re hurt and weren’t treated well. It’s depressing!!! Also, they charge an arm and a leg, yet they have the audacity to request a tip at checkout. I hope this review helps someone. This place should be investigated. Something happened and from the other reviews I’m not the only victim of this place.

I have a German Shepherd who is "dog selective" and does not enjoy dog daycare. It's hard to find decent boarding places that also accommodate dogs that are not interested in dog daycare. Wag Resort did this very well and took excellent care of my dog. Also, they caught the early stages of a UTI beginning (she's prone to them in her older age now) and notified me immediately. That alone is worth 5 stars to me. Keep up the great work!

Wag Resort is the best! We have been taking our dog Yeager here for daycare and boarding for a few years now and he LOVES it. When we tell him he is going to the "Resort" he knows where he is going and gets super excited. I highly recommend them!

We wouldn't trust our two dogs to anyone else. Whether it's day care or leaving our boys there overnight while we are out of town, they love it and look forward to it. Staff is friendly and love their animals. Groomers are the best in town.

We had a last minute change in dog care and Wag Resort was able to take us as a day-of walk-in. They were FANTASTIC! Our dog came back from daycare happy and well cared for. We would use their services again!

I am still a relatively new customer. So someday may have to change this review. But I will say, so far i am extremely impressed with this place. I have only used their daycare option, so I can not speak to the other services they provide, but as far as daycare goes, this place seems top notch. My dog, is a small, extremely skittish, very nervous dog. He doesnt much like other dogs or other people, so I was worried how he would handle being in daycare there. I figured even if he is a little scared, its better than sitting in the crate all day so I wanted to give it a shot. Not surprisingly, the first day or two he was pretty upset when they dragged him off and separated him from me, but by like the 5th or 6th time, he walked away with them willingly and with tail wagging. I was going to determine whether or not I would continue to use their service by how scared and nervous he was during hte normal drop off, if he seemed terrified and reluctant after giving it a few days I would have assumed something was wrong. I am happy to announce that this was not the case at all. He runs to the door with tail wagging and is usually somewhat excited to see his handlers, this gives me the peace of mind that I needed to trust someone to watch my dog all day. They seem to be helping his social anxiety problems with bog other dogs and people and for that I am super grateful. I will certainly continue to use their services because my dog seems to genuinely enjoy being there. Thank you! If I were to have any complaints or suggestions for further improvement is I would love to see some sort of live feed camera option so that I could virtually check in on him on occasion. That would just be a nice perk. Thanks again and keep up the great work!

Took our dog for weekend boarding for his first time away from home. Picked him up after 4 nights and 3 days and as expected he was anxious to see us and get back home. He was in very good health. If we ever need to board him again, we will not hesitate to take him back to WAG Resort.

Receptionists were nice, grooming lady was not. I was also quoted a different price for a grooming when I made the appointment than the price they gave me after the grooming was done. Upon picking up my puppy, his hair was still flying off of him in the wind as she is handing him back to me and then my freshly vacuumed car had all of his hair on it now as well. His nails were jagged and his hair was cut shorter than I said I wanted. We are new to town and had high hopes for this place but will definitely look elsewhere.

Our dogs always love going to Wag Resort. It can get a bit pricey but I think the dogs love it! It's great to get feedback about our dogs behavior at the end of their stay. The employees are wonderful and always seem really excited to see our pups!
