If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We unfortunately had to say goodbye to our 17.5 year old jack russell this week. I wanted to bring him somewhere myself and I’m glad I found circle of life. Katelynn was so caring and empathetic during this difficult time. The turnaround was super quick too; I dropped my boy off on Wednesday and he was ready to come home on Friday. I highly recommend circle of like pet cremation.

Circle of Life has so much compassion and empathy that shines through brightly in their work. I felt seen and cared for through my grief process. I’m looking forward to the beautiful urn they ordered for me for my sweet girl to rest in. They got a perfect paw print from her. I reached out to my vet in a panic the night I let my cat go wishing I got some clippings of her tortie fur for a locket, worried that it was too late. Circle of Life took care to get the most beautiful parts of her fur for me and gently package it with care. I bought an urn necklace off of Etsy and was too nervous to fill it myself so I called Circle of Life and they filled it for me and chatted with me about memories of my cat, truly caring what I had to say. This business is 100% worthy of caring for your pet after we let them go.

I can't recommend circle of life more. I brought my rat to be cremated and not only were my partner and I treated with complete respect and compassion- I left genuinely feeling like my baby was in the best care and loved. Thank you again for everything, we will absolutely be coming again anytime our babies have to cross that bridge.

Can I give 10 stars? I went out today and talked to Katelynn and had a more positive experience with saying goodbye to my dear furred friend than I could have possibly imagined. The people in this world who work true magic are those whose everyday lives compose of interacting with the public in such a way that anyone who encounters them and their business is blessed--in the middle of an awful experience--to feeling something lucky just happened to them. I was heartbroken but these folks are so so so so so kind that I couldn't help but feel blessed to have had our paths crossed. Look no further. These are the people to help you in your sad times. They are lovely humans. The very best kinds.

My husband and I were devastated when our turtle, Soup, passed unexpectedly. Finding Circle of Life was truly a blessing during such an incredibly difficult time. Katelynn is the kindest, most wonderful, compassionate person. She listened while we told stories about Soup, and comforted us through our tears. I wish I could give Circle of Life 10 stars! My boyfriend and I unexpectedly lost our fur baby Enzo. We called a few places before we found Circle of life. Katelynn was beyond kind and was patient with me. She answered all of our questions and was able to get us in the same day. The whole experience was very nice from first meeting her, to leaving our fur baby in her hands. She was truly so kind and caring. Losing a pet is never easy but she did really help lighten the experience. If you lost a pet and need someone who shows true compassion and kindness during hard times, Katelynn at Circle of Life is the place to go!

When my son's furry best friend passed away while we were staying in a hotel, we found ourselves in a precarious situation. We had nowhere to bury him. My son was heartbroken, and we needed an alternative. A friend suggested Circle of Life Pet Cremation services to us. We called, and the owner was compassionate and very kind.She had us bring our sweet bunny in that afternoon. We were invited into a private room for viewing and to choose an urn. She carefully explained the process to my grieving son, who was very concerned about what would happen to his bunny. Katelynn, the owner, then showed him the rabbit's special spirit number and explained it would stay with him so that he would know it was his bunny.She then left us alone to grieve.When we were ready, we went back to the hotel, and were told he would be ready in two days.When we came back, our sweet Chief was inside of a beautiful little wooden box, Katelynn showed us his spirit number with his ash to let my son know that it was him. Inside of the pleasantly wrapped bag was a plaster nose print of his bunny. My son traced it with his fingers before breaking down in tears. He was grateful, and it touched him profoundly.The care and grace we received through this process was beyond beautiful. My son was given a chance to feel as though he could pay homage to his emotional support animal in a humane and caring way. This was exactly what he needed.I was impressed by the beauty of it all. The loving heart of the owner and the timely manner in which everything was done. I highly recommend anyone who loses their pet to acquire the services of Circle of Life. So incredibly lovely. My beloved Chinchilla passed away a only 3 days after his 9th bday and I was devastated. The ground was frozen, not that I wanted to just bury him in our backyard. After searching online for options I came across Circle of Life Pet Cremation and am so thankful for reaching out.They were incredibly delicate with me and kind to ask about my baby, they weren’t pushy, they didn’t try and over sell anything. They gave me the time and attention I didn’t realize how much I needed in the moment. After going through all their tissues my husband and I left feeling confident we made the right decision and we were not disappointed.While I hope to not be needing their services anytime soon I am overly grateful and would recommend anyone to them. I was more than happy that I was able to find Circle of Life in the midst of such difficult time. We lost our girl Bulldog, Bella recently, and had services secured but they went down south last minute. We had to research and contact several places while caring for our sick Bulldog, navigate work, and take care of a sick baby at home. Katelynn replied all of our questions in a professional and caring way that gave us the peace of mind to schedule our cremation with Circle of Life. The day of the scheduled cremation, our baby had some health complications and we had to change the dynamics of our day. Katelynn was understanding of the situation and reassured us she was there to help us during this transition. Her commitment, warmth, and care was visible from the first second we met at the door all the way to the end. I felt like I had a family member assist us in this difficult time. She genuinely cared about Bella, my family, and our story. We chatted throughout our time there and she made my 6-year-old as comfortable as he could possibly be. In these days, where the business aspects of any operation are taking over, Circle of Life's care and attention to detail were the ray of hope we needed. I absolutely loved my experience with Circle of Life. I was devastated when my cat died and did not know what to do. I was honestly just a mess. I called Circle of Life and Katelyn walked me through the entire process that day. It even included a sweet and touching memorial service, which we needed. They were professional and so very, very compassionate. With all the bad out there, it is nice to know that there are still good people doing good in the world. People who understand that losing a pet is like losing a member of the family. Now, my sweet boy (Newman) will be with us as long as we live, and I know he'll be waiting for us on the other side. Probably wondering what took us so long! :-)

The absolute best and most heart filled place we could have taken our sweet Sven too. As terrible as the circumstance was to have to end up searching for a place to say goodbye to our pup, I am SO thankful we found Katelynn and her facility. I was blown away by my experience with Circle of Life. They were so incredibly kind, understanding, supportive and empathetic.You can tell they do this because they truly love and care for animals, and understand the bond we have with our pets and how difficult it is when we have to say goodbye.The whole experience truly went way above and beyond my expectations -- the support, the understanding, the hugs. Beyond the people there, the facility and the layout was so nice and classy, and much to my surprise -- very much like a human funeral home.When it inevitably gets to that very difficult and heartbreaking time when you have to say goodbye to your beloved canine friend, I cannot more strongly recommend Circle of Life. I have been meaning to post and it seems all my babies need my undivided attention, including the ones that have passed away. First was my daughter’s dog Chai and my daughter was out of state and I had no idea what to do. A neighbor of mine recommended “Circle of life” and that’s what I did. I have lots of furrbabies and when they come to the end of their life I call Katelyn. She responds in a heartbeat 💗. After the first was cremated, Katelyn knew extactly who we were and where we lived. So far she’s taken 3 dogs and three kitties which were all given compassionate care and respect. I have a lot more and will use “Circle of life” as long as I have four paws 🐾 surrounding me. Katelyn you are amazing 🐈‍⬛🐾

I have used Circle of Life several times as my senior dogs have passed away, and each time, both me and my dogs have been treated with dignity, compassion, and professionalism. I just know when I hand my baby over to Katelynn's loving hands, they will be treated in a respectful and loving manner. My girlfriend recently had to put her childhood dog down and we were looking for a facility that we knew could cremate her respectfully. Katelynn from the circle of life took such good care of our old girl. i knew we were leaving her in good hands. Katelynn is so genuine and kind, i wouldn’t trust anyone else to handle our dog in her final hours. TLDR; This is a wonderful business. Katelynn is an absolute treasure of a human being. Her kindness and compassion is amazing. The beautiful presentation of our beloved dog's ashes along with his plaster paw print and ink prints are such a lovely memorial piece. Very high quality service.Sit down and grab a tissue. My dog was old; the day when he would depart was imminent. I preemptively sought out arrangements to have him cremated and reached out to Circle of Life. Katelynn was so sympathetic to our pet's situation and wanted to make sure that we knew she would be there for us when we needed her. Fast forward a couple of months and I reached back out to let Katelynn know that we were now in need of her services. She was so kind and patient. It was so comforting to hear her supportive reassurances in this very sad time. Losing a dog after almost 15 years is just not an easy thing to go through. Katelynn walked us through the process and let us know that his ashes would be ready to be picked up in a few days. When we arrived to pick up the ashes, we were greeted with a beautiful package containing his ashes, plaster paw print and ink stamps of his paw. I can't explain how nice it is to be able to feel his paw imprint in the plaster. It is a really special memorial piece.Needless to say, I highly recommend Circle of Life. It is really special and Katelynn is an excellent person to work with in this time because I legitimately feel like she loved my pet, too.

A few weeks ago I sadly had to say good bye to my heart dog.... my sweet 14 year old Chocolate Lab girl... my precious love..... Circle of Life took care of my baby girl in the most loving and compassionate way possible. I opted for the witnessed cremation and so I was not apart from my girl at all. Katelynn listened to and comforted me and in the worst possible moment in time, I felt better.... That I provided my sweet pup the love and caring she deserved.... I was able to go home with her that same night and it just meant the world to me. At the worst time, Circle of Life helped me through.
