Terrible experience, please be cautious. We met with Rachel twice before trusting her with our puppy. She promised to train her, stay in touch, send videos and updates, yet we heard absolutely nothing. I had to request video proof just to make sure she still had our puppy in her possession. She brought back our dog several days after the agreed upon contract. She was returned in terrible condition and without her belongings. We were supposed to have two follow up training sessions which we paid for in full before the initial training session to which we still have not received. We were supposed to receive an email with follow up training instructions which I requested multiple times. Rachel has completely stopped returning any communication and broken her own contract. Buyer beware!
