Second time getting our puppy groomed and they were great. They had some issues opening due to COVID and the city permitting (typical for the carbon valley it seems) but we had our first grooming with them today. Norma looks great. They include a bunch of other services which is awesome. We will definitely be back.

The staff here are wonderful. They do an excellent job grooming our dogs. I also feel comfortable leaving my dogs with them. They genuinely love all the dogs that come through their doors.

The people At L & M take care of my 150plus LB Newfoundland. They take such good care of him. When he shows up with a skin irritation ( which happens with his long double coat ) They always let him "marinate" in a medicated bath. It makes him feel much better than the medication we use. He is always brushed to perfection and trimmed as a Newfy should be. In 40+ years of owning Newfys and Saints I have never seen better.

Lindsey and Michelle are incredible. We rescued a 2.5 yr old male poodle mix with extreme fear aggression about a month ago. 1st grooming visit was over 2 hrs. They took their time gaining his trust. These professionals have mapped out a plan of action to help our Scout feel better with them by us making "visits only" before grooming attempts. Today he got his nails clipped. Next week we will visit, then try to clip his face a bit. These ladies are incredible. I am so filled with gratitude for them willing to work with Scout. Bringing your fur baby here will be the best decision you can make!

I was scheduled for 11 am. Brought my dog in 20 min early. They told me at 2pm (3 hours in now)that it would be another 2 1/2 hours until she would be done at 5 pm due to them overbooking . I thought 6 hours is too long for a dog to be there . I had to work till 6 , they close at 5. so they said I had to bring her back the next day so they can cut her hair and they charged me 70.00 for that privilege . The manager was rude and unable to listen. She wouldn’t give me My dog until I paid the 70.00 because they had bathed her already. I paid and I’ll never go back.

I could not be happier with my experience. Not only were the two ladies that run this place so extremely personable and charismatic and friendly, but they told me upon arrival picking my cat up from grooming that she would probably spend the rest of the night hiding because of getting groomed for the first time. But my cat didn't hide once she was so happy after getting back from this wonderful place. I was expecting her to have a very traumatic experience considering this was her first time and she has severe asthma, but that wasn't the case at all, when we got home she strutted her stuff and was so happy in her new fur I would recommend this place to absolutely everyone thank you guys so much for caring for my girl with so much gentle care and love !!!

This was my puppy's first grooming experience and Lindsey was very knowledgeable and calming. She took the time to ease Moose through the motions so that it would be a positive and not scary experience! I picked up a happy and well groomed puppy!

They did a great job grooming our little Shih Tzu mix! The staff was attentive when asking what we wanted and were compassionate about our dog being nervous his first time here. Very friendly staff that genuinely care about the work they do.

L & M Ventures Pet Spa is the BEST place! I have two dogs that Lindsay and Michelle both love as if they are their own. Everyone there is extremely friendly and make you feel like your dogs are their number one priority. One of the worst things about 2020 was when my dogs couldn't be spoiled with a grooming at L & M Ventures Pet Spa because of the shutdowns 😉

They are the best groomers I have encountered in 33 years of having dogs. I specifically go to Michelle and have been with her for about 5 years. I have a Siberian Husky which requires a lot of care and she does an absolutely incredible job. Plus he loves her.
