Being in the industry for 15 years, I was appalled with the customer service. I asked very very nicely for a remake. I had ordered a sugar free coffee from a different location over an hour away. Just an iced latte, nothing fancy. It wasn’t sugar free, and unfortunately I just had surgery and sugar will make me physically ill in high quantities. I asked if this location could make me a new one, though I knew it wasn’t their fault. They rudely told me that they would be charging me again for it because the stores had different owners? Ummm…. Shouldn’t we be more concerned with the satisfaction of the Ziggy’s brand, than who owns the store? And refusing to make a $7 cup of coffee that I’m positive wouldn’t have been missed? Just a thought. Also, had I not said it was from another store, who’s to say they even would have noticed? Furthermore, they didn’t even know which store I came from, maybe the owner owned that one too, you never know lol, don’t understand how it even matters anyway.Completely dissatisfied, and angry with the help I did not receive.

Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever had in my entire life. I buy Ziggis EVERY DAY! The Manager was absolutely horrible to me. Which surprised me because everyone else has been so kind. I had questions about the app and she would not even try to help me in stead she would just continue to tell me to call corporate because she couldn’t get my points to work. After she persisted to be unhelpful. I said to just keep my drink because I’m not going to be talked to that way. She then slammed the window in my face! I will not be back

I used to love this ziggies. The whole atmosphere and customer service was what made me love ziggies more than Starbucks. BUT lately I've been in the afternoon and the staff didn't listen and gave me everything I said I didn't want in my drinks and food, they were rude when I got to the window. Stopped going in the afternoon after the 3rd time of being annoyed they didn't listen and rude. Went in the morning, nicer but still did not listen and then gave me my total then added an item at the end making my total more than what they told me it was this was after I gave them my card. Get your receipt folks but I'll be finding the next ziggies near me.

They offered my dog a puppuccino as we we were walking by on the sidewalk so I took them up on their offer and of course got a drink for myself too. Staff is super friendly and they got my drink out to me quickly. Great drinks and great service. Will definitely be a more frequent destination for my dog and I on our walks! Thank you!

Coffee here is second to none. Service is great and the drink options are great. I have 2 complaints that reduced my rating to 4 stars. First, the mobile app is hit or miss when being used on Android. I'm sure this will be fixed soon so doesn't affect my rating much. Second, the breakfast burritos taste like they are frozen. I'm certain they are and I don't necessarily expect the food to be made to order. Overall, I visit this location almost daily for their wonderful beverages and awesome coffee. Keep up the great work, team!

Absolutely love this place, I only have 2 "complaints"......the app could have more options as far as adding flavors or more than 1 extra shots of espresso. My husband and I get coffee every weekend and we usually get the same things to drink, but there is no consistency on how the drinks are made between the different employees. Sometimes its too much milk or too much flavor, its never the same. We will continue to get our coffee from here, would just like a little more consistency.

Love this place! So many amazing drinks, and their hot chocolate has more flavor than Starbucks ever thought of having. Kids love their kids drinks and even the dogs get a little treat.Their food isn't bad but pricey. So far we've never had a bad experience.

Usually coming to Ziggi’s is the best part of my morning, but stopping through today with my parents we unfortunately received terrible customer service. This made their first time experience a bad one. LISA—was very disrespectful in addressing my my mothers volume of speech while ordering. There was absolutely no reason to correct a customer in a rudely manner. If that’s the attitude she had because she wasn’t able to hear my mom I can only imagine the amount of disrespect other customers receive.

The service here is top teir, your orders are given out to you quickly, and the staff is always kind. They have a wide range of drinks, as well as yummy treats. If you're looking for a new coffee shop I highly recommend this one!

I love Ziggi’s! I love how when it’s crazy busy the staff is all hands on deck and walks out to take orders from the whole line so it is still very quick to get a coffee. Lots of excellent drink options and at a very great price for that high quality of coffee!

So today was the first time my wife and I got to experience the ziggis movement. Fantastic... The staff was very helpful at recommending our first time beverages from ziggis.The wife had the fireside blender, and I myself had the pumpkin pie blender. Deeply and truly yummy. Located here at 37th and 35th in Evans,co. Wonderful staff. Love you.thank you.We Will definitely be return customers.And I highly recommend this place.

Signed up with them and was emailed a “ Buy 1 get 1 free”; went to this location to use the coupon and was told it has to be printed to use.I then asked for a Veterans discount, that was also a No go!At this point I’m dissatisfied and disappointed because this establishment is closer than Dutch Bros but Dutch Bros has a coffee app, so Dutch Bros I’ll be returning!Why are we printing coupons like it’s the “90s”?How is it 2021 and your app doesn’t support “Rewards “?I won’t be returning or recommending Ziggis.
