Canceled my diabetic medication twice because of a back order. Text message said DELAYED. Last month it was a different medication they never filled. When you call to ask how to file a complaint, THEY HANG UP ON YOU. THEY JUST TELL YOU TO USE ANOTHER PHARMACY! GREAT ADVICE!

They are not open until 11pm. Despite all signage and Google, they close at 10:50. At 10:53 an employee came outside, so I asked if I could drop off a package for FedEx. Her response was “No, everything is closed!” Then proceeds to let two other customers inside, shut and locked the door.I will never shop at this Walgreens, I suggest looking elsewhere if you want to be treated like a person.

Came in today and had the best customer service from a lady named Sandra. Although, another lady named Nancy was so rude. She is the only reason I am giving one star but Sandra was 5 stars.

This place is an absolute joke!!! I called to have a prescription filled as the location near me didn’t have it. Josh confirmed they had the prescription and let me know it would be ready within the hour for me to drive an hour and then tell me they do not have the prescription and have to order it in. Make sure to always speak with the pharmacist as the others obviously just say whatever to get off the phone and don’t care about wasting peoples time.

I find it concerning how much better their prices are for online order pick up than in store prices. The difference is outrageous and they don't price match. Seems silly that in order to get a decent price on something I have to have the employees work more.

The woman working the register today around noon discriminates!! She acted nice and said merry Christmas to the person in front of me but when I got up to the register she became aggressive and rude. Won't be returning here and if you are of darker skin/have tattoos you should stay away as well, they will treat you like trash.

Employees are rude. Pharmacy takes long lunches and may or may not be available when you need them. On the day of our visit the aisles were littered with debris.

Pharmacy definitely needs some help with the back orders of customers and appointments. I waited almost two hours for my vaccine even though I prepared the paperwork and set the appointment online. The rest of the store staff have always been courteous.

Medicine prescribed two days ago is expected in three days!!!!! Not acceptable. I moved here from out of state where my hometown pharmacist would have sent someone to get it from another pharmacy in town as soon as the Rx came in and he saw he didn’t have it. This is outrageous. I’m used to a pharmacist who gives a damn. We’re talking antibiotic eye ointment, not something rare. UPDATE. Today it had been one week since they received the prescription and said they would order it. I called because I’d not heard from them. They said the system wouldn’t let them order it. No one had bothered to let me know. This is the most horrible pharmacy service I’ve seen in seventy years of living. I’m used to a pharmacist who considers himself a medical professional with a duty to patients.

The pharmacy techs here are a joke, their medicine is overpriced and the people that work behind the counters are just rude. It seems like the pharmacy techs there only care about their lunch breaks and it took five hours to fill a simple prescription. I sat at Walgreens for over an hour while in an immobilizer after only having shoulder surgery a week ago. I was told that my prescription wouldn’t be ready until the following day, when my surgeon had called the prescription in that morning. I will never do business with any Walgreens ever again.

The pharmacy is horrible! The techs have no customer service and are rude. I made an appointment to get the Covid vaccine, showed up 15 minutes early only to find they didn’t even have the vaccine! I made the suggestion of calling to let customers know and the techs told me they have too many customers, well you now have one less to worry about! They always screw up my medications with the wrong brand. I suggest using Amazon, soo much better.

I have printed many photos here, both for person and professional needs and have never had an issue. They are great, take care of you, and are always done in a quick manner! After a very poor experience with a Walgreens Photo in Denver, I am very grateful to have this one so close!

I went to the pharmacy to get my med. the lady told me to leave and come back in 20 min, I literally get a message saying my med is ready 10 min after I leave. I don’t understand why she couldn’t just look up my med and see if there was a refill instead of sending me home. There wasn’t even a line behind me. Other than this incident there’s some really caring people in this pharmacy but this lady was not thoughtful of the customer. When I came on Thursday the lady at this time looked up my med, said it would be available in 3 days and Medicaid would cover it lol see the willingness here?!

I made an appointment for COVID booster and flu vaccine. I showed up 15 minutes early, as instructed, and ended up waiting an hour to be seen. Even though I filled out the medical form online, they made me fill it out in person again. The only reason I was seen was because I went to the counter and asked for my vaccine card back so I could leave. That's when the pharmacist finally acknowledged my presence and found me important enough to be served. I understand they are swamped 24/7, but if the booster is so important they really need to put those patients at a priority. They also didn't even give me the influenza vaccine I requested. I'm not going back here for any reason whatsoever. They suck.

I used the photo service for graduation cards, making sure to use only high quality images so it would print nice. When the printing was poor, I tried to take them back to get them redone. The woman at the counter (long black hair) basically told me there was no way to fix it and it was my fault that they printed badly. She was rude and I won't be using walgreens photo services again for the poor printing and service. A different woman with glasses helped me with my refund and was very polite and professional.

I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone. I have been using this pharmacy for the past six months and the customer service was always okay- not horrible but not amazing either. It wasn't until I had an issue with a medication that things became unsatisfactory. The "manager" (who looked unprofessional as it was in his flannel shirt and jeans) was extremely rude to me and very unhelpful with the problem at hand. He immediately had an attitude when he walked up to me with complete disregard to upholding satisfactory customer service. I'm new to receiving prescriptions, therefor any recommendations as to what I should do would have been appreciated; Instead I left unhappy and not knowing what to do about my situation.

I must say I have never ever had a Pharmacy call me a few days after picking up a new prescription for BP asking me hows it going with the new meds and hows my BP , I thought that was the coolest thing ever.. Thank you walgreens Pharmacy for being amazing and putting your patients first..

Today, I witnessed a cashier, a Hispanic gal, probably 5ft with long black hair in a bun-at around 3:35pm Friday check out a couple that wasn’t wearing masks. She tells them they’re “so sweet” as she waved them bye. I REALLY appreciate the way you handled this pandemic Walgreens. Way to go! By the way it’s currently the Governor’s orders along with posted on your front entrance the requirements to enter your establishment. Please do something about this

I really don't understand why it takes 20 minutes per person to take a payment, hand them their prescription get a signature and leave.But by far, my biggest problem is the dishonesty. Twice now I've come to pick up insulin and my quantity is significantly higher than what I'm given. It's almost like someone is stealing it.

I called asked if I needed to make a appointment to get my vaccine. They said yes online. Otherwise it would be a hour wait. And if you make a appointment your first priority. I went online made a appointment. Showed up on time.. I get there and huge line they say I have to what because they are busy . Then what was the point of going online and wasting my time in making a appointment.

This review is of an employee of the Evans store. A few week back, I witnessed something truly remarkable. An employee was using her own money to buy gloves and sweats for a homeless man. I would not have known she was doing this, but I asked another employee if the man had walked out of the store without paying for his gloves and sweats. The other employee explained what had happened and said that her co-worker is always helping people out. She did this quietly while maintaining the mans dignity. She did not do this to be recognized, although she deserves it.

People always want to make a big deal about negative encounters. And yes. Even though Brenda (1STAR rate) the lady working tonight sucks at customer service or even acknowledging people; doesn't take away from the AMAZING Customer service that Miss Alicia gave us tonight.Friendly, Polite and one of the most enjoyable experiences I've had at any Walgreens.I wish a lot of people that worked In customer Service had an oz. Of what Alicia brings to the experience.Great hire on that one guys!Kudos to Alicia!

Unfortunately I have to give this store one star due to the pharmacy. They have very little understanding and compassion towards customers. After my experience picking up a prescription today I will no longer use this store or pharmacy. I was shocked by how a pharmacy tech was abrasive, rude and unknowledgeable and further more how she so easily belittled me and refused to give me my child's life saving prescriptions. I was very disappointed that I was being treated this way but more so that the pharmacist sat and watched and did nothing when the tech was clearly in the wrong. I unfortunately had to contact my daughters Dr office to have them call over and speak to the pharmacist so I could get the prescriptions that we have been receiving for 8 years. If you are picking up monthly RXs for yourself, spouse, parent or child I highly recommend using a more understanding and compassionate pharmacy. No one should leave a pharmacy in tears and no person should be denied a life saving prescription at a pharmacy techs discretion.

I am shocked at how poor the customer service is at this store.... There's one lady in the pharmacy that is rude anytime I pick up a prescription (like I want someone like that knowing confidential information about me). There's an older guy that's a cashier and has a snobby comment to make every time I go in. I like to use my rewards and he'll make the screen go away so I can't type in my rewards and then I tell I'm I want to type my rewards number in and he acts like I asked him for a the biggest favor of his life and rolls his eyes. Then another cashier NEVER gives me my coupons for anything baby related and makes a rude comment about how I'm not old enough to be a mom every single time I ask for my coupons. And she does it to be rude because I come in all the time and have the same conversation with her every. Single. Time. So I know she remembers me. No need for your rude comments.

Pharmacy has major issues; it takes an extremely long time to pick up medicine. People even get auto calls saying their medicine is ready, wait an hour in line, and then it actually isn’t ready. Extremely long wait time, every time.
