Finally a good groomer. Roxy did a great job on my dog ( Great Bernise) they were very knowledgeable and super kind. You could tell they loved animals. I am so happy to have someone to groom my fur baby.

An amazing job! Took my sheepadoodle to Roxy and she listened to all of my concerns and did exactly what I asked! I know his fur is tricky. We have had some bad experiences with past groomers who shaved him to the skin, Roxy worked to keep him as long as she could! I am grateful for her care and effort!

Short version: I love her! She is kind and affectionate to my dogs. She does a great job. 10/10, would recommend. Flexible with scheduling.Long version: After a bad experience with a pet store groomer, my dog is too terrified to even go to inside a pet store to get toys or treats. After this happened two years ago I was afraid to take him to any groomer, but knew I needed to. I got a reccomendation from a friend to go to a private grooming salon. The owner there recommended me to Roxy. I contacted her and told her about my experience and she invited me to stay and watch her in action during our appointment. She was (and is) flexible with my schedule and the love that she shows my guys is just amazing to watch. Any time I get a chance to recommend her, I do. I have a puppy and the amount of patience that she shows with him is on par with that of a saint.Whenever we leave her salon, my guys are never stressed. If I could give her 10 stars, I would.

AMAZING, Is the best words I can use to describe the professional grooming that was given to my two very Woolley Siberian Huskies! She took her time, gave me updates as the process was taking longer than we thought it would because my dogs had mats in some places and the fur was just coming from everywhere! I dropped off some very furry beasts and she worked some serious magic!! If you ever need a groomer for Huskies or double coat breeds she has experience and is very patient! Pricing is also totally affordable! I will be going every 3-6 months! Best money I spent in a while!! Thank you again!!!

She was AMAZING!!I have a small 4 month puppy that is scared of everything and she helped him calm down. He ended up loving her at the end. I really do think everyone should bring their dog here. Even the area she uses is cute.I’m for sure going back to her.

I have a very skittish Shih Tzu that my family rescued about a year ago. Napoleon hates to be groomed. He squirms, cries and will even nip when you come near him with clippers or scissors. We have taken Nappy to several other groomers trying to find a good match and someone who would show him the patience and love he really needs. Roxy did a great job! It took her a little longer to get him groomed but it was the first time we picked him from a groomer that he wasn't totally traumatized! She worked at Nappy's pace. Gave him lots of breaks, let him walk around, smell things. Really get comfortable with his surrounds and her before she even started grooming him. I can't express how grateful we are to have finally found you Roxy! We won't be going anywhere else.
