I was very impressed with the customer service from Henry but after purchasing one of his new vacuum cleaners I did price checks and was over charged about 100.00 dollars. I checked with several other shops and stores. Those prices ranged from 139.00 to 179.00 for exact vacuum cleaner. I was really bummed because his reviews are good and was hoping he was giving me a fair price. I also was suppose to get a credit for my Shark Vacuum which was only 2 years old. I did not receive any credit. Super disappointed to say the least. I know these smaller shops can’t compete with the larger retail stores but $100.00 difference is high plus not getting a trade in credit.

I am a 71 year old retiree and visited Henry for a new belt for my vacuum. I had been to another vacuum cleaner business and he wanted $16.00 for the belt and $35.00 to put it on.Henry charged me $7.50 for the belt and put it on for free. His friendly customer service was better than I have received in a long time. I highly recommend everyone go see Harry on 11th Street for all vacuum or sewing machine service.

The owner is actually the one who does the sales and repairs from all makes and models of vacuums also sewing machines and lamps renting rug doctors and selling portable heaters and air purifiers. Henry sells new and used vacuums he also does trade-ins. His prices are affordable amd if there not he will make it work. Hes very friendly and knows his stuff. He even went out of his way to drive all the way to denver to get a special part for my vacuum. His repairs are guaranteed and hes fast. I only had to wait a couple of days. Henry is really a nice guy. Recommend if you need a reliable vacuum, or carpet cleaner. If your a business that needs these type of services this is the place to go.

What a great experience. They are so smart and friendly. I have a really nice Hoover I didnt want to replace and after troubleshooting a lot, I came here and they fixed it lickity split. Thank goodness!! And all while being kind and patient (had to drag the tiny kiddo with me). Also, the shop is something to check out, lots of vacuums, from old to new, all in great shape. Thank you thank you!

Great experience! Needed help replacing the light bulb on my machine. He looked at it immediately and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I highly recommend this shop.

Took my vacuum in for service, belt and a couple filters put me back more than I paid for the vacuum itself. Vacuum still isnt sucking, he missed the huge hole in the tube, wanted another 40 to fix that, great testing process!
