One of my favorite pet stores. I have received quite a bit of help from Chris at this location. I just got a blue healer puppy. He was very helpful in picking an appropriate food for her as well as helping with some puppy pointers. I never once got a pushy sales vibe from this place. They have some of the best food in the industry. When I go here, I get excellent customer service as well as knowledge from the employees. They want whats best for your dog. I will be doing all my dog shopping at this store.

Mel is fabulous! She went above and beyond to accommodate my small dog, squeezing in a grooming session between her busy schedule. I can't thank her enough for her kindness and flexibility.My senior Shih Tzu, Sugar Bear, is usually quite nervous during grooming visits, but Mel's gentle and caring touch worked wonders. She did such a wonderful job keeping Sugar Bear calm throughout the entire session.Mel's expertise and her genuine love for animals shine through in her work. I couldn't be happier with the exceptional service she provided. Sugar Bear is looking and feeling fantastic, and it's all thanks to Mel! I highly recommend her for all your pet grooming needs. I’d like to say this place deserves more than 5 stars! Michelle, and Lauren are absolutely spectacular. They’ve given me more help then for my dogs diet then most vets have been able to provide. They’re absolutely amazing and I highly recommend this store to anyone for their pets, and always support small business!!

Had a fantastic experience here! Mel in grooming did so good on my pup, and made her look SO cute with a much needed groom. Lindsay was also extremely knowledgeable and tremendous in helping me with all my shopping needs while I waited. By far the best pet place I’ve been to in Colorado, and will absolutely be back !!

I truly love krisers and their items for my pup. Unfortunately the low review is for the customer service I receive each time I go. I’m not greeted by the staff. Then when I pick my order up, I’m struggling to open the door and take the large bag of food at the same time. They never offer to help open the door. This has been my experience twice. I’m a regular here so it’s unfortunate

Wonderful service from both Lindsey and Chris. They were extremely knowledgeable about the different types of dog food and even the companies and science behind the food. Steered me away from a treat I was about to buy for my puppy as not yet safe for her. Selection of products is fantastic. They had everything I needed. I will be a regular here!

Kriser's is one of my favorite pet stores. They offer a nice selection of quality food and toys, and they always do a great job grooming my dog. I have to ding them a star though, because they don't offer a flea bath service or sell flea shampoo on the basis that they don't sell any harsh chemicals/unnatural things. I get the idea, but fleas are parasites that I don't want near my dogs or myself.

Made a grooming appointment online for a 4:00 pm, 90 minute, grooming for a small dog. Filled in all the release paperwork, uploaded vaccine certificate and confirmed the appointment 24-hours prior. Four hours prior to my appointment I get a phone call from the store saying that my appointment is unavailable because 'the system shouldn't have let me book it', as there is no way to get the grooming complete before close. I am headed out of town and was counting on this appointment prior to my trip. This is very frustrating.

Hey so, I have had two dogs that have been coming to Kent Place and seeing their buddies Chris and Lindsay! I really appreciate their loving suggestion. My new pug puppy, Dapper won't even wag his tail for me, but goes nuts when Chris sees him! Please keep supporting this wonderful establishment!

My dog Sanden has been going to Kriser's for grooming for the past 4 years about every 3 weeks. The grooming is very expensive but the store is conveniently located for me. I have never complained before and always tip. I had him groomed yesterday. He is a white dog. He appeared to not have been bathed as his paws were black, his legs were dirty and he did not have a fresh smell. The cut was horrible. His ears now hang unevenly and the fur on the rest of his body is unevenly cut. He also was not brushed out properly. When we complained today, the store copped an attitude. I shop there a lot for dog and cat food that I can buy on-line and always tip the groomer. I will never set foot in this store again.

I have been going to this store since my friend referred me to them, maybe close to a year ago. I have spent a good amount of money here and am so disappointed in the customer service that we have recently received and will not be back due to the assistant managers lack of professionalism and integrity. My dogs arrived at 3:06, waited for someone to come to the front which made it 3:08 and then got checked in and the girl up front had to go back and forth and told us that they would not be able to do the grooming appointment and had a 15 minute late policy and it was 3:14 at this time. Asked to have the nail trim removed and they still would not accommodate. I understand we were late BUT when I called the assistant manager today to understand what happened she was dismissive and called my boyfriend a liar. This is unacceptable. The assistant manager obviously knew of the situation previously to me calling and was prepared to lie to me on the phone. I try to support small businesses but this will not happen at this location anymore. The point is yes we were late and sometimes things happen but the complete lack of customer service and professionalism is why we will not be back.

Way way too expensive. 250$ for two tiny 7 pound dogs. They charge $30 (after the fact) per dog on top of their already high price tag for “matting” which is pretty subjective. I would understand for a larger breed, but not such tiny dogs.

I take both of my Bernese Mountain Dogs to get groomed here. I'm always nervous to get them groomed somewhere as you always hear about horror stories. What I love about their grooming services is that you can watch the entire time and it is surrounded by glass walls to outside the store and inside. They always come back trimmed, dry and happy. People always ask us where we get them groomed because they look that good! I would suggest them to anyone who has a dog and worries about groomers. They are the best we've found in the area and are willing to pay more for their services.

Although I love Krisers for getting dog food/treats/etc. I will never take my dog back for grooming or nail clipping here. My dog was clearly nervous about getting her nails clipped and the groomer basically shoved her on the table then allowed her to jump off and get her leash caught on a pole in the grooming area. Secondly, at some point during the traumatic visit my dogs nail was either clipped so poorly or when she was allowed to jump off the table the quick completely separated from the nail. I had to rush her to the vet to have her sedated and the nail completely removed. Worst of all I felt the groomer wasn't even going to tell me my dogs paw was bleeding until I noticed it. The manager handled it exceptionally well and apologized and paid for the vet bill. However all this trauma was absolutely not what I expected out of a simple nail trim and I believe a lot has to do with the unprofessionalism of the groomer. Take your dogs elsewhere for nail trims or grooming is my two sense after my experience.

I came to this location to have my dog's teeth cleaned euthanasia free, and they were awesome! The vet met with me personally to go over my pet's dental health, and gave me recommendations on how to keep it up. I will be going to this location every year for my dog's dental needs.

Not impressed with the new manager, Chris. He comes off as prickly, impatient & arrogant. Most of the other employees (who I hope are still working there) always made an effort to get to know me & my pets. Chris seems to care less. The environment used to be friendly & welcoming. Sadly, I do not feel that as much now. I think I’ll be shopping elsewhere.

I am very, very disappointed by the service I received at this Kriser's location, specifically from the grooming department. I took my two dogs to be groomed yesterday and when I went to pick them up was told that they had not been able to groom one dog's feet because she kept pulling away from them. I accepted that and took them home as they seemed to be fine. When she woke up from a nap yesterday evening, however, she was hobbling badly and was unable to go up stairs. I took her to the emergency vet last night and am currently treating her with pain meds and anti-inflammatory meds until we can be seen by her regular vet tomorrow. I left a message with the store for a manager to discuss but they have ignored my calls so far.My assumption at this point is that they handled my dog too roughly and caused the injury. I'm not looking for recompense of any kind, I am simply wanting to discuss my concerns with store management and hopefully ensure this kind of treatment doesn't happen to anybody else's pet. If they had been honest with me and willing to discuss the problem openly, I wouldn't have felt the need for a public review of the poor treatment we've received.Given the current situation I will never be back, and I encourage all pet lovers to avoid using their grooming facilities. There's been far too many stories of bad groomers hurting pets, and there are so many good ones out there that it simply doesn't make sense to to use one that ignores an obvious problem.
