Well, this past week we definitely found the perfect Veterinarian Care Center for our dog family. Mountain Animal Hospital Center & Mobile Vet. From the moment you make the 1st call to the moment you walk out the door you know you are in good hands. Each and everyone that we encounter is professional, loving, and really loves animals. You pet will relax right away and feel at home. It is quite amazing to see. I was really nervous for my dog when I arrive at the office at 1st. As she has had difficulty with other Vets. It was so wonderful to see her enjoying everyone she came in contact with. This office is professional, clean, well staffed and animal loving! As the single star suggests, I would never bring my pets back to Mountain Animal Hospital. We moved from Kansas a few months ago where our dog's previous vet was located. We had and followed a medication and treatment plan recommended by that vet for over three years. All was perfect with our fur-baby. Enter the vets at Mountain Animal Hospital. They wanted to try something new/different. Despite the fact that what we had been doing for years was working well already, I took their suggestion. Two weeks later, our dog is in worse shape than I've seen him in years! I tell the vet our situation and that we'd like to go back to our prior treatment plan. They won't do it! Now I have a long list from them of other (more expensive and unproven) treatment options. Perhaps they're primarily motivated by money. I don't know. But I do know that they don't care about my dog. SHAME!

We love Dr. Branton. She is kind, compassionate and my rather robust chocolate lab walks right in. Great team. Love the online pharmacy with delivery.We have also used the other Doctors on our most recent visit and they're exceptional too.The staff and Doctors are all wonderful and feel my incredibly sweet 10+ old lab gets the best care. I drive all the way from Edwards and wouldn't see anyone else.

I love this place. We switched a little over a year ago because our dog was terrified of going to the vet so we thought a change might help. They have exceeded our expectations. Our first visit required Jenee to come to the curb to help me coax our dog to the front door. Since then, each visit has gotten better. I wouldn't say our dog looks forward to going to the vet, but she is much less afraid. Today Dr Ziegner removed her stitches and our pooch was cooperative and trusting - knowing that she was among friends.

Wonderful place to take your pet! From the friendly office staff to the helpful and compassionate techs and vets, we have definitely found our go-to vets! It’s not easy giving shots to a cat but the experience was WAY less traumatizing for our cat then other places. They recognized that she doesn’t like to be held by the scruff and instead wrapped her gently in a towel and cuddled her. I was so surprised that she didn’t make a single sound! No growling, no hissing, no clawing and they didn’t have to forcefully or aggressively hold her down. It was nice for her to experience a more gentle approach. If your looking for a veterinarian that really cares about your pet give this place a try! P.S. the windows were also a great distraction

The entire staff was very accommodating, professional, and helpful. I was visiting from out of state when my dog got hurt. They got me in quickly and were very caring. Dr. Z answered all my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend the practice.

The whole staff is welcoming and caring. They are kind and knowledgeable. Our wellness check went great and they even recently saw us for a little emergency. Our dog Lucio felt soooo much better after just a little care from them. ❤️ We had to bring our child to the apt (emergency, yanno?) and they even gave him a toy highly recommended!

Was traveling with my dogs, one of which developed severe anxiety while traveling in the RV (has always been fine in cars). They were able to see me same day and gave me several tools to treat Rufus’s anxiety. The staff were so friendly and kind. They followed up with me a few days later to see how Rufus was doing and make sure we didn’t need to try another medication. 10/10 would recommend, if I lived in the area they would definitely be getting all my pup business. Thanks again!!!

I have had pets in my household my entire life. Dr. Sheila is the most caring, dedicated and knowledgeable veterinarian I have ever worked with. She has helped me over the last 15 years. My last 2 cats lived to be 20 and 17 years old. Thanks to her! My 2 new babies are very healthy again thanks to her. My boy developed a allergy and lost a lot of hair. Dr. Sheila worked tirelessly to figure out what was causing the hair loss. He is now on the mend. I would highly recommend Dr. Sheila for any issues your pet might have or just yearly checkups and vaccinations. And by the way house calls are so much easier. Tiana Shelton Vail,Colorado

When my original vet clinic was booked out, I began my Google search for another clinic local to Eagle for what I knew was an emergency for my cat. When I got on the phone and started calling, Mountain Animal Hospital Center (MAHC) was my first and last call.Bri, who answered the phone, was very informative, diligent and kind. She let me know the broad spectrum of options with the information I gave her over the phone. Typically, if I make any inquisitions over the phone, they refuse to answer any of them and require me to come in and spend money to get any answers (this, at least, had been my experience at my previous vet clinic). When I got to MAHC, they gave me options for the most comprehensive plan for my budget. After my cat had her procedure, the people at MAHC called me once a week for the following two weeks to check up on my kitty and make sure she was doing well. If I had any questions, they returned my call in a timely manner.It is safe to say that I found my new vet clinic and I couldn't be more comfortable, trusting and happy with how fate guided me to them. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking proper care for their pet in the Vail Valley.

The staff are wonderful. Both days I encountered different people and they were all amazing. The photos and detailed images of the procedure that I received from Dr. Sheila are you absolutely outstanding and it allows me to better understand the problems and the procedures that Dr. Sheila Fitzpatrick did on my cat. My cat is feeling 100% better after her cleaning and teeth extractions. Couldn't have gone to a better facility. It's all worth it for Fiona.

Incredible service and incredible staff… Mountain Animal Hospital is the only place I choose to take both my dogs even though there are much closer options. Very up to date messaging systems and always around to help in the case of emergencies. They always give me the information I need in digestible and in an easy to understand manner. Truly, I would not recommend another place other than Mountain Animal Hospital.

Mountain Animal Hospital Center and Mobile Veterinarian have been such a good place for our family - a true blessing! This facility is very different from any other place we have been. They are always on time, very clean, extremely professional, and super loving! The vet techs and the vets know exactly what they are talking about. You can be sure you're in good hands.Recently our one-year-old puppy needed to have a significant leg surgery to correct a birth defect. Dr. Fitzpatrick and Dr. Imhoff we're incredible. They explained the procedure in detail so we could make an informed decision. Words cannot express our gratitude. The recommendations they give and the sincere follow-up goes such a long way and is very appreciated. Our animals are family members, and I would highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone! Brittany is always so gracious on the phone, addresses us by name and states how much she loves our sweet pets. Everyone in the office is LOVELY. Everything from the appointment scheduling to the actual visit was super easy and painless! I brought in my new puppy, and my 3 year old dog who has been to at least 2 other vets and had a not so great experience at each. This was the most friendly, compassionate, and patient vet hospital I have ever been too. Every single staff member was a true pleasure to encounter. And they worked as a cohesive team. My dog had some scary urinary issues as well as some gut issues. The staff was thorough but did not push me to do anything I wasn’t Financial comfortable with. They took amazing care of my dog. And followed up with me once I got home and the next day. Truly amazing people. I am so grateful.

Kathryn was my vet tech, she was very helpful and explained things in a way a non-veterinarian would understand. I'm always anxious when I take my cat to the vet but she made me feel comfortable and at ease.Additionally, my visit was for a second opinion after I was told some bad news about my cat. Thank god I brought him in to Mountain Animal Hospital Center because the first diagnosis was incorrect. They took a huge weight off my shoulders and I will be switching to them as my primary veterinary center.
