you have animals in your care that you need to take care of and this location isn’t doing that.went in here just for a cat item, and stopped around to look at the animals they had. every animal in this store looks and acts miserable. there’s lizards that want to escape and are acting erratically, there’s barely and birds and the ones they have look like they’ve been over grooming themselves (most likely due to stress). the fish, however, was the worst part. there’s fish that have ripped fins and look like they are miserable, but they had not one, but TWO tanks full of goldfish. the tanks they were in do not have adequate space for the amount of fish they put in them. (might i add that there were like 3 or 4 empty tanks these poor dudes could’ve been separated into)there was at least 100 in one of them, you could see multiple dead fish in the very back and more struggling to survive up front. none of them were swimming because they didn’t have room. there was no rocks or anything in the tanks and at first what looks to be sand at the bottom is most likely poop. and usually there’s someone around at least observing the fish area, but the entire time i was there i saw no employee go over there.i’ve seen many other pet smarts that take care of their adoptable animals, so it is simply just this location that is neglecting their animals.

We've come here for both group and private training lessons with our dog and absolutely love working with the store's trainer, Jordan. We've seen great improvements with our dog over the couple months that we've worked with her, and it's clear that Jordan is both incredibly knowledgeable and has a true passion for working with dogs.

FRAUD/////Don’t buy bugs here. 10 out of 200 super worms is a joke. Man this is so sad to get screwed my pet depends on food too. I’ll pass this place up for sure next time

Thank you to the groomers today that showed so much kindness to Billy (the little white maltipoo). This was my first time taking a dog to the groomers but I knew Billy needed it after leaving the shelter. He smelled so nice after his wash and heard he did very well! He's a rescue dog so I was a little nervous leaving him but they went the extra mile to make him comfortable. 💙🐾💙🐾

Great management-they are so amenable with any issues (exchanges or returns). And the groomers make my pup look gorgeous each time. I am always confident leaving my dog with them and thrilled with their grooming skills. Plus everyone is always so happy. What are you feeding the employees?? It’s working.

Always friendly, staff is helpful, and there's the supplies I need. There's slight downsides of purchasing reptiles, parakeets, and beta fish from there, as they're not always the healthiest due to breeding. I have also experienced frustration when staff put meal worm and wax worm containers upside down in the bag, as sawdust will spill out of the air holes on to everything else in the bag. Included some pictures of animals I took for painting references, without flash of course!

The entire staff here is super nice and friendly! We had our dog in training here with Jordan and she was so incredible. Our dog responded extremely well to Jordan and her training methods. We highly recommend coming here with your pup!

The people here are so helpful! We came in with our new puppy, and Vaniel was so amazing. They gave us a coupon book with a bunch of amazing coupons for new puppies. They told us about the grooming service and pet classes so we could consider it as the puppy gets a little older. They were so helpful, but didn’t push us into anything and were just the nicest person in general.

Unknown if it was the time or a lack of employees, but help was not easily found. Once I did find someone they very attentive and even though they couldn't help me they did found someone that could. Overall a decent experience.

Came in to get a dog wagon. For summer adventures and camping with my dog. I was pleasantly surprised to find the floor model on clearance. I had my high-energy pop with me so it was hard to break down the wagon. The cashier was friendly and helpful. The male employee helped me break down the wagon, and even helped me load it in my car. Amazing customer service. I was very happy with my experience, and my bargain purchase.

This is one of the best PetSmart I've been in, the service was great. A young man that helped us was very nice, showed up other useful products for our pet, and even sat aside the item we called and asked about at the front register. Best experience/customer service I've had at a pet store.

I went to the PetSmart on Glendale to buy a coat for the dog. And asked him to go back and look at something on the screen. I then asked him if we could get back to where I can do my donation to The animals on the screen and he said that he couldn't because they were so busy. When other times I've had people do it for me and have no problem when there's a line. The guy was just rude and curt I didn't care whether I wanted to donate to the animals or not. If he wants to be that way then he needs to find another place that doesn't depend on donations for animals I can't find the time to help a customer do what they ask them to do. Most of the employees at the PetSmart that go to are very friendly and willing to help. But the guy at the Glendale PetSmart was not nice at all

I took my dog here today for a bath and nail trim. He gets super nervous but Jeanne did a great job with him. His nails are filed down well and he smells amazing. She looked him over and asked about any concerns I had before I left. We will definitely be back!

Idk if Hippa applies to animals but I know pet owners dont want their dogs posted on snapchat or any social media with captions like who needs a dog this big? by employees who owners have trusted their best friends to take care of with the thought that they are in loving care. This picture raises a flag that this employee may be resentful of having to groom this beautiful baby and then questioning the owner on a public platform without their knowledge. Employee Julia Irene posted a picture on snapchat in the public platform where everyone can see questioning why anyone would need a dog this big.

I needed a 32lb. bag of a specific dog food i couldn't find on the shelf. looking for an associate to help i ran across Jordan. Even though the store was very busy, she was not in the least flustered and offered to help locate the food. She confirmed there was none on the shelf but offered to look in the back, saying however usually all the food should be out on the shelves. Here she comes 5 minutes later with a 32 lb. sack on her back that she cheerfully placed in my cart. I recommend promotion and pay raise for this excellent employee.

Horrible grooming experience. We have used pet smart before and my dog is all fully up on all the vet appointments and shots and these people pre-judged him, refused service once we were already there and I had no where else to take the pup last min when I had a meeting down the street for 3hrs. Pet Smart grooming polices are now so ridiculous and the staff was as well, so rude, this one employee was awful and I can’t believe they both even work on pets. No wonder why they had someone also quit without notice that morning. This company has lost me and my pets business for ever due to this. My dog has never had issues at a pet store or groomer.
