We LOVE Lily’s! The staff is super helpful and kind. We go to give our pup a bath every couple of weeks. I like that we get a selection of shampoos, our pup has sensitive sink so shampoo is important to us! We also get a jar of Buffalo treats. This keeps our pup calm and happy to have a bath. They also have “happy hoodies” so they are calm during blow drying. Toys are reasonably priced so we normally grab one after.

Loved our visit to Lily’s Baths and Biscuits! My pup was in need of a bath and I didn’t feel like going through the hassle to wash her at home. Our first visit did not disappoint! The entire store was so calming and the baths were super clean. Treats, towels, choice of shampoo and ear wash were just a few of the many things we enjoyed! Service was top notch and they were so kind. They were also so caring during my pup’s nail trim as well. We will be back!

Took my puppy here after a goose poop mishap at Sloans Lake and the staff was so kind and had an excellent sense of humor with me. I really appreciated the tips and extra hands trying to clean a very wiggly puppy. And the treats that came with the bath package to keep mister puppy occupied was very hand. Great store. The quality is high!

This place is amazing. Truly more than I could ever imagined in a dog bath experience - our dog is the cleanest she has ever been in years and we are all over her with snuggles. Such an incredible staff. We will be here for all future doggy baths!

Today was our first time here! Cute little shop. My extremely nervous tripawd and I came in for self serve bath. It’s always hard taking him to new places but everyone was so helpful getting him in the tub and tethering him up. Highly recommend for all dog needs and baths!EDIT 1/10/2020: Buddy had his first full groom here today (first in what I think is his entire life since he’s a rescue) and I could not recommended this place enough!! They took such good care of him and he’s an absolutely beautiful boy now! I won’t go anywhere else due to the care and handling of my precious boy.

Took our doggie for a bath for the first time and she LOVED it!! No fuss, very calm and cooperative throughout the whole process. Partial BIG credit goes to the Owner and her staff - spacious tub, easy to use tools, fast dry towels and many many bison treats!! 😀 After a nice bath, we got lots of goodies for Lola from their carefully selected treats/toys!! Perfect place to spoil your fur babies!! 😍

It was a wonderful experience, our dog Banjo has been difficult to bathe before, but at Lily's to hey make so much easier to wash him. They were very kind and attentive, it was our first time going there and they explained everything to us. They have leads to keep your dog in place, they also have great shampoos. My favorite was the dryer, it has different settings so that you can adjust it based on your dog. We will definitely come by again.

What a charming little shop! Friendly, helpful staff, great products, and dog friendly- yes!! We buy raw food for our four legged family members here. My dog loves visiting because he gets lots of attention, treats, and the owner always remembers his name. Although they don’t carry the raw food out kitty eats, they are gracious enough to specially order it for us and to text me when it arrives.Their do it yourself dog baths are pretty great too. Once you have your pup all clipped in they give you a menu of soaps and scents for your special buddy. They also have all they can eat high value treats for during the bath- at the other places we’ve gone my pup has refused treats during the bath as a show of his displeasure, but these were apparently so delicious that he ate them all, displeasure be damned.He smelled so good when we got home that I couldn’t resist giving him extra snuggles and cuddles on the floor just so I could smell him!

I am so impressed by how well Lily's did with my samoyed. For the first time in a long time my dog has shape and does not look like a big cotton ball with legs! The staff was kind and gracious with her, friendly to me, and the text service when the pampering was done was wonderful. The cherry on top was the cute fall bandana, a little touch that meant the world to me. A big thank you to the wonderful groomers at this store!!

Loved this store! The self dog wash stations were very clean and tidy upon arrival. Lynn was very helpful when we were getting settled and started with the wash. The products were really nice and it was a great deal for what was given. They have a great selection of toys and treats!

We brought our newly adopted dog in, unsure of how she would behave for a bath and blow dry. The owner was kind and helpful for us, gave us shampoo options and helped set up. It was fair priced and clean. We would return happily with our pets.

If your dog has a hard time taking baths, bring them here! My pup was the most calm I’ve ever seen him. The tubs are very spacious and open, and everything is very easy to use. The owners is so kind and helpful as well.

Most wonderful, peaceful, calm, place to wash my doggie 🐕.Customer service was wonderful, personal, and step by step when asked. There was no pressure or rush for my doggie and I as bath time alone is a stress for her already.GREAT WORK TEAMAND THANK YALL FOR the experience!!!!Great price considering all the above and beyonds like offer few different type of doggie shampoo and big fluffy towels for my doggie ect ect ect!!Above yall. We have gone to their competitors. They are good, but not personal. We took our two Golden Retrievers on Saturday. They were hands on, nice, helpful, and treated you like the only customer. This will be our only dog bath place moving forward. Go, and Tejon is a fun street to hang out on after.

Absolutely love Lily's Baths & Biscuits. I was dog sitting for my brother and his dog greatly needed a good scrubbing. Since this was my first time at a self-service dog wash, I greatly appreciated the kindness, support, and compassion of the owner and her staff at Lily's. You can immediately tell they truly love dogs and ensure each dog has a positive experience (especially by offering free bison treats :-) If you want to save your tub and bathroom from being a mess, take your dog to Lily's. You and your dog will have a lot of fun!

This place is great, took my dog there for his first bath from the shelter and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They include treats, leashes, soap, and towels with their baths - a blow dryer too. They were so friendly and made my pups bath enjoyable and safe. Would recommend!!

My boyfriend and I have three babies and one of them is an older pitbull that needs a little assistance with baths that a tub at home just can’t quite do. Lilys is about 5 minutes from our house and my boyfriend found this place before meeting me and it is the cutest shop ever. They have incredible products and their self serve bath is SO nice. It’s clean and big and they always help with tips and tools. The owner is also one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. All her employees are incredible as well. I would HIGHLY recommend supporting Lily’s before big name pet stores. They have so much stuff for everyone. 10/10

This is a great local business to support! I have two large dogs and we received great customer service when we went for the self serve dog wash. The employees were very helpful and kind!They have a wide variety of hand-mixed shampoos that all smelled wonderful. It has been four days since our wash and both of my dog’s still have fluffy and soft fur from the shampoo.I will definitely be going back and making this my go to bath spot for my doggos.

We brought our 7 month old golden retriever in for a bath and nail clipping on a weekday afternoon. The staff were incredibly helpful and, more importantly, excited to help us and to get to know our pup. They made valuable suggestions, weren't afraid to get wet as they helped us, and were so genuinely kind to our pup. We'll for sure be back!

This place is great to give your dog a bath and buy them a special treat. The owner is so kind and cares about every dog that comes through the door. My dog is nervous and we tend to avoid other dogs on the leash and in new places which can make getting to the bathtub hard. The owner immediately recognized this and helped walk us back to the baths. they were super helpful in the bathing process and have tons of awesome scents to wash your pup with and treats to keep them calm. I also watched the owner trim two dogs nails and she was incredible with the dogs. She could totally read their body language and was gentle with them, talking them through the experience. She has great tools for covering dogs ears when drying them and provided good coaching to a couple with a new rescue dog who was not comfortable getting a bath. This place rocks!

We did a walk in for a self-bath appointment on a Tuesday afternoon. Timing was perfect for us because there was no wait and we got to get started right away. Lynn, the owner, was wonderfully helpful and attentive to our needs. They have leads to hook your dog into the tub, to keep them in the proper position for washing. She also provides a selection of soaps to to pick from, including hypoallergenic. The treats were great to keep our dog distracted during bathing and drying. She provides everything you need including aprons, ear cleaning supplies, combs/brushes, and towels.I highly recommend this place to any dog owners, especially those living in apartments who don't want to clog their tub and soak their bathroom.We will definitely be back!

Wonderful place! There is a very calm relaxing atmosphere that's very much like giving a bath at home. The staff is helpful and very nice. They were extremely gentle and did a great job trimming my dog's nails. I was able to hold on to her and pet her while she got her nails trimmed which I haven't been able to do anywhere else. Definitely recommend.
