We have only had positive experiences with this groomer. They have been very patient with our puppy who still gets some anxiety with going to the groomer. The groomers listen to our requests and executed perfectly! They even asked if we needed any adjustments when we came to pick up pup up! We highly recommend Gidgets!

Gudgets Grooming has always been a great groomer for me. Until today. I took my dog in to be groomed on April 24th. I paid a reasonable price and even left a $20 tip, as they did a good job. They just charged my account today on May 6th. A week and a half later. This has thrown my account into the negative and my bank charged me $35. I just spoke with the manager and she told me they had, at that time, had a problem with their card machine. She refused to take responsibility and would not refund my overdraft. That's all I wanted and was fair. She said it was not her problem. Really?! Needless to say, I will never take an animal there again. Beware!

I regret that our second visit was not positive. Our dog was at the groomers for eight hours(!) because they said that he was fussy. We have switched to a wonderful mobile groomer who enjoyed our dog, had no issues, and our dog was done in 1.5 hours (typical for a Wheaten Terrier) and was calm and happy after the experience.

Been going to Gidgets for a few years now to get my 2 Maine Coons groomed. Hannah always does an amazing job and is so kind and accommodating! The rest of the staff is always pleasant and I love that you really get a personal experience as soon as you walk in. You can tell they take great pride in their work and business. Definitely recommend! Especially for kitties :) Shinobi loves his new do!

Gidgets Grooming is amazing!! I have a blue healer that does not like to have her paws touched at all. The girls were able to get her calmed down and now my girl has perfectly clipped nails. Thanks Hannah and crew.

Hannah from Gidget's Grooming is the best! My Chow Chow and German shepherd go to Hannah for grooming. It was Hannah who initially noticed that my Chow Chow might have a medical condition. After taking her to the vet, a medical team confirmed that she needed treatment. We probably would not have noticed this for a while, were it not for Hannah looking out for our girl. Also, when my German shepherd of late passed away unexpectedly, the staff at Gidget's mailed a thoughtful card. Your pets will be in excellent hands with Gidget's Grooming!

The heavy set lady is exceptionally rude! I guess because I’m young and black I look like an idiot. I literally opened the door to step in and she yelled at me saying DONT OPEN THE DOOR ITS A RARE DOG. Excuse me? How the heck do I step inside then? How do you acquire business? I guess you didn’t want MY BUSINESS! If you are concerned about the “rare” dog a Westinghouse terrier escaping… then how about you DONT leave the dog in the reception area. I’d steer clear if you’re not white.

great price, friendly staff, great service. it only took 2.5 hours for my 75 lb dog to get a full bath + haircut and he looks & smells great!

She does a great job grooming dogs. Ours is old, blind and deaf and gets stressed, but they take their time, and when she's starting to stress they let her calm down, then work on her a little later. Other groomers have been rushed or something, and the poor dog is stressed and they say they couldn't do her or finish. Some have put cuts (bad ones) on her. She hasn't had anything like that here. Very nice people. And our old rescue dog looks and smells nice when she is done!

The staff was friendly however, this was the worst grooming job ever. I have an 85 pound golden retriever and the cut job is atrocious. It is completely choppy and uneven and some spots weren’t even touched. I didn’t feel like he smelled that great afterward or even felt that smooth. I didn’t notice it while I was picking him up as there was another dog in the waiting room otherwise I would’ve said something.

They were very gentle and patient trimming the nails of my terrified dog. She is a rescue and must have been traumatized with grooming in the past.

They do a good job with the grooming however I wish the customer service was a little better. Could be more engaging with anxious animals. For a 48 pound husky to get bathed, nails and trimmed it was $85. To be paying so much, I’d never refer friendlier service. I also dropped her off at 11, they didn’t start her until 3. I would have much rather kept her home until then. I’ll try another spot. Again, no complaints on the grooming itself.

I was very satisfied with my cats lion cut. Staff was friendly and the price was super reasonable. Sara did a great job and finished the cut within 45 mins! I have a very difficult cat but Sara was confident and not worried which put my mind at ease. I will definitely be coming back for her next hair cut!

Gidgets Grooming has been a part of our life for over 13 years. Both our dogs have loved Sharon, Hannah and the entire staff. A wonderful experience all around. Cannot thank Gidgets Grooming enough for being professional, experts at what they do and very caring. We have been going to Sharon for years. She is the best for grooming Wheaten Terriers. After trying many groomers where our Wheaties came out looking like a Schnauzer we found Gidgets and finally our dogs looked like Wheatens. She is the best in town.

They were truly amazing with my elderly arthritic Golden Lab. We only went for a nail trim. Mac has never liked having his nails trimmed, and he has trouble getting in and out of cars, so they were willing to come out to the car and give him his trim. Mac was shaking so bad, but Sharon was so gentle with him. I highly recommend this place for your furbaby grooming needs.

This is such a find! Have taken our golden doodle here 4-5 times so far. Each time they do a great job and never have needed to shave him. Last time, I showed up on the wrong day. They still took him and returned him looking like a fluffy polar bear! Everyone is nice and personable. Support this local business!

Don't know what you got til it's gone! Used this place for 4 years when we lived in SE Denver. Our dog ALWAYS looked professional! Since we have moved I can't find anyone who makes our dog look like they did! I was just telling my wife I think I'm willing to make the hour drive to take him back to Gidgets! We have used multiple groomers here and the outcome was always great. It seems they hold all of their groomers to pretty high standards.

I love Gidgets Grooming. I took my husky/coonhound mix there, she has high anxiety and is super hyper. Sharon took amazing care of her and made her look and smell great! My dog got to socialize a bit with other dogs which is her favorite thing to do. Small and locally owned. I absolutely love this place.

I've been coming to Gidget's for 10 years now, and even though I moved 25 miles north I still will make the drive down. Hannah takes care of my two dogs and always does a stellar job. Pups come home happy and looking great every time. Reasonably priced and the staff is always friendly.

I have been bringing my dog (and recently my adopted cat) here for two years. Hannah does such a great job every time!! My dog is a Bichon mix, and with other groomers, often comes back looking silly, but Hannah does a fantastic job making her look like herself. I highly recommend Gidgets grooming!
