Disappointed to hear you can't return products purchased from other location's due to independent franchises. I feel this should be stated on every receipt, it does say ACE outside right? I will always be purchasing from Home Depot or Lowes from now on and will recommend to everyone else from now on. Good luck independent Hardware stores, you will be the next Sears. Complaint Reference #6348237To the owner's reply, I had a 9.99 spray can of unused rustolem paint (name brand). Guarantee it was on your shelves, but no offer to return that. You say different online, but your associate said right away she has had a lot of complaints about returns from other stores, and she knew it was 10 dollars. So your reply and logic seem wrong, better train your people better

Warning people of color do not shop here they will follow you around the store and harass you your entire time until you are at the checkout best to go to Home Depot

Very helpful and friendly. Ace is the place for small tiny parts that you cannot find at a big hardware store. This location can really benefit having something like this close by.

The prices listed on the shelf are not always the same at the checkout so beware and when you call them out on it and are proven right be prepared to be challenged and disrespected to your face ( Eye Rolls and All) There are many other locations to visit

This Hardware store is Great! They greet you and show you where the things you need are. I had went to Walmart, Home Depot AND Lowe’s, didn’t have the service or things I even needed. One stop here and I got everything I needed.HIGHLY recommend!

This is one of the best Ace Hardware stores I've ever been to. It's a large, well lit, very clean, well stocked and organized place. The staff is always helpful. I had a couple of window screens repaired there and they did it perfectly.

This is such a nice Ace store. I dropped off some screens to repair there today and the person who assisted me was so helpful and kind. Not to mention, as I shopped the rest of the store, I was offered assistance multiple times by very friendly employees. Clean and well kept store!

Had to get a part fir the toilet. Found the part easily because of the wonderful people that stand by the door and immediately ask you if you need help finding something. Cant get any better than that!

The minute I walked through the door a young lady greeted me and offered assistance. She immediately knew where to take me to get me what I needed. The second time I visited the store I had two gentlemen searching for a particular size screw for about 30 minutes in all the hardware drawers. They eventually found a good alternative and happily assisted the entire time. The location is clean, well organized and I have experienced nothing but professionalism and utmost respect from all of the associates here. Customer service is a core value that most big companies have forgotten long ago. In this location they still very much live by it. Its refreshing. Keep up the amazing work.

My entire experience was Great! I live in Denver, however, the Parts I needed to complete my job in a time sensitive matter. Where in stock at the Chamber's location that was open with weekend hours. So I rode my motorcycle all the way out there in the heat of the day & back again. I would like to thank both employee's that assisted my efforts yesterday, Saturday, August 6th. I only recall Mia's name at the checkout line, because of her politeness in doing her job. And that was me having to pay for the different items with different accounts. Thank all of the staff.

This store is awesome! I placed an order before the store opened to pickup sandbags for my truck on a snowy day and it was ready 15 min after they opened. The associate brought it out in less than 5 min and was very nice. I was so happy I had to share.

If the manager don't like you, he will tell you, that you don't have to be there, and kick you out of the store. Just cuz he says he is the manager and can do what he wants. He keeps escalating the situation instead of de-escalete. He will say you disrespected him just to do what he want, abuse of power.

Though they didn’t have the product In stock they spent the time to find it for me at another store. Very friendly service. Store is relatively new and is very clean and well-laid out. It’s not the nearest Ace to where I live, but I’d recommend it. You’ll pay a little more at Ace than at Lowe’s or HD, but the service makes it totally worth it.

I used curbside pickup. It was awesome. I called and told them my make and model of car then they came out with my package. I was at lunch and drove across town so I was hoping this would be fast and it was. The person who answered the phone had someone bring out my package right away. If I need anything else I'm coming back to this store.
