You can tell the people running this shop genuinely care about you and your pets. They are kind, give wonderful advice, and carry food that my cats go crazy for. I went in there today because our cat's kidney condition had worsened and she wasn't eating. The lady at the counter recommended some food, and kitty actually poked her head out to investigate when I opened one and scarfed it down. We'll be back!

I always come to this shop when I’m in the neighborhood. The staff is so friendly, the food reasonably priced, and there’s always something cute I leave with for my pups. I love the dog apparel selection here.

absolutely the BEST pet store i’ve ever ever been to!! The customer service is unmatched!! They go above and beyond for their customers and are extremely knowledgeable about all things food and treats for specific dog breeds. If you have any questions about what food to feed your dog this is the place to go, they will help guide you in the right direction! They went above and wayyy beyond to help ensure my dog had her food when I was away and I failed to replenish sooner and needed a delivery. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing all the staff is at Pets Paradise!! They have all the best food, treats, toys and whatnot. My dog LOVES coming in here. they are so welcoming. I really can’t say enough good things about them!! Shout out to Emily and Kim and the gentleman who works there, just fantastic people!!

My dog loves coming here and drags us in anytime we pass by. They have a great selection of toys, treats, and food. The real highlight is the staff. They're so patient with Winnie (who is very good at sneaking behind the counter for attention and treats). We've found some great items here, and knowing how much the staff cares about dogs and knows what dogs need and like, I highly trust their recommendations.

A Pet’s Paradise is THE BEST pet store in the Denver area. Kim is an expert on pet digestion, health, and nutrition! Seriously, not only did she help me solve a VERY big VERY long term digestion issue my pup was dealing with, but I’ve heard her do the same for countless customers. I trust her as much (if not more than) as I trust my vet. Taking her advice has improved quality of life for both my pup and for me. I am so grateful for Kim and Emily! They are so patient, kind, and truly dedicated to the cats and dogs in Denver. THANK YOU!!

This place is where you when you want community, customer service, and camaraderie! I am extremely grateful for the staff always remembering who I am and what my dogs diet consist of. Their prices are fantastic and constantly aligned with quality! Great shop! Came a while back and forgot to post my experience. I came in looking for products to for my dog's dental health. Had to employees offer me tips and what products would or would not help my dog. Didn't feel any pressure to buy anything. They had a sign up for a talk with a guest speaker about dog dental health, too. Bummed I missed it. I did end up leaving with some super cute cookies for my pup! Will return for more treats for my Aussie.

Holy bologna. Think we found our new pet store! Okay, a bit TMI but here we go: We just moved here over the weekend however our Pod (where we stored the big bags of our pup’s food) has been delayed until next week and we’re just about out of our pup’s road trip reserves!And with our budget a bit tight due to the move, my girlfriend and I were hoping to find a local store that offered small sample bags so we tried the two nearest spots both of which turned out to be groomers (with one on a street that reminded me of the show Shameless..yikes) Anyway, after she went back home I decided to try one more spot..And I’m glad I did! I met Andy and Kim who were incredibly nice right when I walked in the door! Seriously, they knocked my socks off with how generous and understanding they were. Thank you again for being so kind. Looking forward to visiting again next week!

Top notch pet store in Denver! The owners & employees here are knowledgeable about their stock and their suppliers, way more so than the bigger name stores around in my experience. My dog food supplier was recently bought by a larger company and the folks here were open to sharing the background info that they knew (bigger store employees had nothing to share) and let me know that they are monitoring it go forward. You can tell they care about the pets and owners that come through their shop. We'll keep coming back!

Quality selection of natural, nutrious food products for your furry friends. Im able to buy my cat the best on the shelf here, with no fillers and unhealthy ingredients that can harm her health. So glad i found this place and urge others to stop by to see what they have to offer. My senior cat looks forward to every meal with excitment and anticipation! You also can qualify for coupons if you buy in bulk. The store owners are a joy to be around.

I’m a new dog owner and new to the area, so I was really excited when I discovered A Pet’s Paradise. The owner is extremely knowledgeable on canine nutrition and health, and helped me switch my puppy onto a healthier and more cost effective food brand than my vet had recommended. She has kibble samples so that the dogs can try them, and has always recommends food formulas that my dog LOVES. She also introduced me to my dog’s favorite treat, raw bison bones, and I am grateful that I can always trust that they are high quality. She and employees are always so receptive and helpful, and they always always give my dog treats and tons of attention. They even have a rewards program! We just got our new no-pull harness there and love that we got to try it on and try it out before buying. We love this place and will be customers as long as we live in Denver!

I have been going here for years! When my first dog passed at 15 years old (3 years ago) I took a little hiatus, but I have a new puppy now and I am back! This small store packs a BIG punch - it somehow manages to have nearly everything you need because they curate the best of the best. I trust the owner and the rest of the lovely people that work there completely - they truly do know their suppliers and will stop offering a product if they find out it doesn't meet their standards. Also, they KNOW THEIR STUFF and will spend individual time with you making sure you understand products and food and are making the right purchases. I felt safe and confident and cared for - and most importantly felt like Barbara and her team cared nearly as much as I do about my puppy's well-being and health. I LOVE THIS STORE - and I don't mind in the least that I can pick up my favorite incense at the attached metaphysical shop while I am there! Thank you a Pet's Paradise!

The woman here is absolutely amazing. She’s well informed about every aspect about crystals. She’s kind and educated. She even threw us in a free crystal! Def the most amazing shop I’ve ever been to. Local business support :) go here and shop for your dog and also pick yourself up a new crystal. The feeling you get looking at all the crystals is so nice. Wonderful lady there, will be back!

I love this store so much I had to write separate reviews for each business. Pets Paradise offers some of the best healthy food options. My cat is also addicted to their catnip. The friendly staff pointed me to a great dry food brand my kitty loves. He even was picking out his old food and leaving it to the side, only eating the N&D brand. Love shopping here!

They have a lot of high quality food + treats, the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about products, they always give my dog a treat when he comes in, and they frequently have food/treat samples to take home for my cats. Good store. Great prices. I recently found out the even so deliveries which helped me out a lot with my new broken shoulder.I wish more stores had bulk rawhide, lamb lung, etc like this one because it saves a lot of waste, and cost.People who work here are nice and generally knowledgeable about any questions I've ever asked them. Thanks!
