No complaints, lots of things to buy, they seem to have a few of everything. 1 complaint: the ZigZag new check out line full of impulse purchases, i get it, but don't like it. Staff is great though. 5 stars

Do not use Ace Hardware Online, tried to make big online purchase, order keeps getting canceled, and my bank was okay with purchases. Ace Hardware canceled my orders for fraudulent charges, which I tried to get help for, and there is none. They don't want my money, digital or physical, so they'll never get it.

They just about have everything you can ever need plus some more you just can't find at some other places. Not just the same, but up to 3 to 5 more types than at the other hardware stores around town. They have extra staff all willing to help you. Awesome customer service in the Lawnmower section 6/2022. Good pricing on cooler pumps 07/2023.

I was like : wooooow this store has everything like a hardware store should be, that’s why I’m giving it 5 stars . I couldn’t tell you about prices I didn’t have time for that but the personnel were helpful and nice and it has plenty of parking

I purchased a new Stihl chainsaw new online and selected the Commerce City Ace location for pickup. When I arrived I was told they're always pre-built (which seemed weird but, whatever).When I got the saw home, I noticed the bottom of the saw is scuffed up and there appears to be some oil sitting in the chain reservoir. To my eyes, this saw is used and not new like I paid for.I called in to the store and spoke with Gilbert who told me that they don't put anything in the saws, that they're only give to customers pre-built and since I noticed oil inside, I can not return it! I don't know who put oil in it but it surely wasn't me! I've had the saw for less than 12 hours at this point, why would I put oil in and try to return?So, BUYER BEWARE! They will happily take your money for a brand new item, give you a used item, and tell you you're SOL when you notice it and try to return it. Absolute worst experience I've ever had buying a tool.

Has some of the items you never see in big box stores. Loved just going up and down the aisles. Prices were ok also. Actually went in for keys copied. Great store and came out with items not intended to buy.

Ace hardware is my go to hardware store. It's smaller than Lowe's and Home Depot. However, the professionalism and customer service is far superior. Always attentive and quick to help you take on any DIY job.

My family and I have been supporting this Ace Hardware for over 40 years. Today I accidentally purchased an incorrect item. Less than an hour later, I called and was told we could not 'exchange' it for the correct size. I can understand if I was trying to 'return' it to get my money back, or swap for the same size. Sure. Would look like I broke the old one. However, it was still brand new in the box, unopened. I simply wanted to 'exchange' it for the correct one and pay them more money. Still the answer was no. Now I have a $120 paperweight. Looks like Home Depot gets all my business from now on. Sad to see customers treated like this after being loyal for so long.

There are great options, but I had to search for the on sale items that were advertised. Still pay a lot for my buys, and they had to get 3 different people. To find the key to unlock the item that I wanted to buy. Which turned out was not on sale. Every employee was nice and friendly.

Stopped by Ace today to grab a couple things and noticed a super delightful woman working the register. Remi was friendly and kind to the couple people in line in front of me and very nice to me as well. It was refreshing seeing someone who seemed to genuinely like working there. She was positive and made conversation with everyone she rang up.

I asked an associate where wood stain was located and he sent me to the wrong aisle. I asked the same associate if they carried a certain brand of stain, his answer, "I have no idea". The second associate was very helpful and the cashier was outstanding.

Commerce City Ace Hardware is a great place to shop for all of your hardware necessities. I must say they truly value their customers. Andrea/owner who is a amazing person. Aswell as Tonya Salls the store general manager who's very diligent. I would recommend this place to a friend, coming from a loyal customer. ✌

They need to train their staff on how to issue Colorado Park entrance passes if they are going to continue to offer them. I had the absolute WORST customer experience when I popped in there last week to buy a pass. After keeping me waiting while they searched for someone who supposedly knew how to issue the pass (hint: she did not), the worker began fumbling through the process on the screen. No kidding, these were some of the questions I was asked:"Is your first name Maureen?" (This said while she was holding my driver's license in her hand.)What do I put for your hair color?Are you eyes blue?I finally asked what the heck any of this info had to do with me buying a simple, annual parks pass and she said the state required all that info. I suggested maybe she was incorrectly looking at the application for a hunting/fishing license, but she said that wasn't the case.The end of the transaction happened when she said she needed my social security number. I refused, saying I would not give that info out when it clearly wasn't warranted for such a simple transaction. I knew she was in the wrong and I probably should have asked to speak to a manager, but I was just done dealing with the lack of common sense, so I left.Followup: when I got home, I looked up the application on the CO Parks website and sure enough, it said to skip the ID section and it's accompanying questions if one only wanted a parks pass.

This ACE Hardware has so much of everything, you could probably walk out with enough items to build and stock your own ACE Hardware store. The staff is comprised of the nicest folks in Colorado. Super helpful and knowledgeable. Have fun here and shop the day away.

This ACE has everything. The ladies are all very helpful and I've never had a long line to wait it. The store is currently under construction but they've made it as convenient as possible. Nothing that I would complain about. One thing I'd recommend is better lighting. Overall this store is great and has great customer service.

This ACE Hardware is bar none the best in the Denver and northern front range area. No matter how odd the hardware, paint, tool, plumbing item is, they have it in stock. Everyone in the store is helpful a will walk through a problem in order to recommend the best or easier way to fix something. These guys will have my business over the big orange and blue stores.

Good hardware store, they have been around a long time. They have a great selection of home improvement items. The staff is excellent, they are very knowledgeable about their inventory, and always willing to point you in the right direction, and aid you as much as possible, to get you what you need.
