Customer service staff likes to show their dislike for customers by ignoring people and sighing loudly. Petulant and childish behaviors show immaturity. Just replace them with scanners. No skill required to scan a receipt and a tag and machines aren't rude for fun. How long till Walmart realizes the rude and untrained new hires are a waste of money and costing them money.

Going back home(TX) we had a flat tire and we’re under a winter storm now. Stop by the Walmart Tire Service at the Colorado Springs store and Michael the service manager was an amazing with us. Even made fresh coffee for us and provided us an excellent service. The team was very friendly and helpful during the whole process. You guys are amazing. God bless y’all.

Wal Mart on 8 St was night and day better than the one on Platte. While further away, I think I will change my shopping location. It is clean, organized, and unlike the one on Platte, everything is out and available, not locked up ( for obvious reasons).I had to wait forever at the one on Platte to get a clerk to open the watch case, and to my delight, was able to look at the watches freely at this store. Good Job!

Curbside pickup here consistently has about an hour wait time. Not enough spots dedicated for curbside pickups, which seems to lead to parking lot bickering, fighting over spots and staff unable to find vehicles. This has been ongoing for several months. Unclear why they don’t hire more staff and/or pay them higher wages to alleviate the issue. I’ve begun using Safeway pickup to avoid the chaos and wasted time sitting, for what use to be, a quick and convenient stop.

Self checkout sales associate lady is rude and looked upon me badly . I am shopping here more than 15 years. I am a neighbor. But this is too much she discriminate me. I like the company but probably I will not come here any more. I was compelled to left my groceries in the counter.

The associates at this walmart are very kind and helpful. Always in stock and fresh produce. This walmart usually has one of the best clearance sections in town, if you're into that sort of thing lol

They didn't announce they were closing so I was not able to get anything for my son to feed him then they got mad at us for still being in the store. They really need to work on there customer service and respect for others because they have nun of that what so ever. They are always so rude Everytime we are in there and they let there staff harass customers that are simply minding there own business just shoping. There food is always moldy and gross nothing there is fresh. NEVER GOING BACK

It's a Walmart. It's clean and just finished the new layout. Employees are mostly friendly. It's rare that they don't have something on the shelf.They have recently started closing most / all the self checkouts, and you either have to flag an employee down to let you into a closed register or wait in line to use the scan and go feature of the Walmart+ app.When going through a cashier line, some cashiers don't know how to interface with the app. Definitely need more training in that area.The pharmacy is top-notch. Super friendly and extremely helpful.

This store is disgusting the produce is rotten and the milk is spoiled. They profile and harass people and try to bully you to show a reciept . The door people are rude and agressive and deserve to be sued for attempting false imprisonment multiple times with no probable cause . After spending hundreds of dollars it's really ugly to be harassed at the door with my children present . Go to literally any other Walmart in the spring every one is better than this run down sketchy store with rude disrespectful gatekeeping clowns trying to stop paying customers from leaving . It's unpleasant every time don't waste your time or money at this location .

I give this place the lowest rating on the survey s at the checkout every time. Why? Because they got rid of baskets. I understand the "reason" why that was explained to me. Ridiculous, bc a few hobos took some they don't let their regular paying customers use them anymore.. well enjoy your 0 reviews, dropped broken products on your floor, left products in random aisles bc I don't have a basket to use. I buy 15 small items or less I dont need to use one of your miserably out of shape carts... So now you piss of your regular paying customers bc you can't handle some hobos... Why are the basket holders still on display nice and empty right up front if you don't use baskets then?Trash decision... The hobos and shoplifters are dictating your decisions lol. Form a backbone and police your store properly.

Fellow customers are what make the shopping experience so miserable. The staff is great, it’s the customers that are the problem. In store the customers have zero spacial awareness, in the parking lot it’s a death match with plain stupid and or the homeless. It’s a game to me now timing how fast I can get in and out of Walmart. For a small box of recess and two tall boy white claws the fastest I can get is 17 minutes on average. With at least one parking lot heart attack. You can’t escape the 8th street zombies. Just go to the gas station. You don’t need a full cart in these conditions. Employees are 10/10. Lovely staff, can’t stress it enough.

Store was fine, no problems with the employees or anything. I did get asked by a random woman if I wanted to join a bible study. Not sure if it’s a cult recruiting tactic or something else but I’ve seen reports of this happening in other stores across COS. Stay vigilante stay safe friends!

Typical Walmart, except self checkout Kim immediately came up to my friend and I checking out separately and told us we had too many items between us to check out in the self checkout. We said well we are checking out separately and she said “EvEry OnE SaYs ThAt. ThAt is NoT hOw We Do It HeRe.” We in deed did check out separately but next time we will both just get cart since apparently everyone must have one. Also, we will definitely not be talking to each other. I honestly hope she stops targeting women. She said absolutely nothing to the other people having more in their carts checking out. Thanks for the wonderful fickkng tome Walmart 🙄🙄

Answer your DAMN PHONE! I've called 7 times trying to reach online delivery and the phone just rings and rings for over 5 minutes each call just for the system to hang up on me. WTH Walmart! I tried going through my app but the chat just continually loads until that system goes dark and asks me for feedback on my chat! Are you in need of more employees? For a company that serves the community like Walmart does, you seriously need a better customer service system. Or just drop customer service completely. Since you obviously don't have anyone doing their job

Super floored when I came into this walmart! Everything has been redone! So many things to look at and choose from! Shelves were stocked and they redid the whole store and it looks realllly good! Looks like we walked into the mall! Very impressed!

Due to the location of this walmart, I get the extra security but they have to be fair with everyone not just select certain people due to their ethnicity. Came back to this location and there were long lines and self checkouts were closed. When they opened self checkout, they said it was for 15 items or less, almost everyone in line had more than 15 items. Then I heard one of the employees announce it to guests and when no one moved, she said out loud " fine, stand there all night". Walmart fires all the good ones and keeps the rude ones

The employees are all very nice and super helpful. I am kind of a ding bad and mess up often when I check myself out, and the employees always help me without getting annoyed. I love the layout it's easy to find the things I am looking for.

They are always short staffed. Prices are not marked . Lines are too long. They need to learn to do things like target. Target is a much better store . Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Checkout goes fast . Return lines go fast . I like shopping at target much better than Walmart.

Horrible woman at front door, denying anyone from taking an electric chair out to disabled parking to get the disabled person needing the chair. No other store in town does this. Very mean to old woman who could not walk would not let her go to her car with groceries, had her in tears. the woman ask her to follow her to car and she refused. She denied me and very rude, from getting my mom out of the car in a chair, she can’t walk and has macular degeneration, we had to drive to the walmart in Woodland Park who lets you get the disabled person to and from the car. Even if it’s a poorly considered rule, the employee was out of line treating disabled people who need help that way!

The police officer chased me down for buying one item because I refused to show my receipt. You are not legally allowed to check receipts! She threatened to take me to jail until they check the cameras. Another Walmart security guard followed along and supported her. The signal security. For buying one item. And I waited in line for 20 minutes because no self checkouts are open and there were only two cashiers. DO NOT SHOP AT WALMART

Parking is ridiculous, be mindful. And there are lots of lurkers/homeless in the parking area.Clearance spot is a gold mine.Ms. Beverly from HBA is beyond helpful!Usually well stocked even during the holidays or weather.

At Doctor's recommendation I had to purchase a Resistance Band for strengthening an injury. I stopped at this Walmart store on 8th St. Colorado Springs, Thursday around 11:15AM and asked a store employee where I might find such a product. Elzia (not sure of spelling) knew where they were in the store and took me to them. She then proceeded to tell me about the different ones available, how they worked and answered all my questions about them. She went above and beyond help that would normally be given and I appreciated it immensely (not knowing anything about them). She was very courteous, pleasant and showed concern for me as a customer. I could tell she enjoyed her job and was good at it. I would like her to be recognized as a valuable employee. I thanked her then and thank her again now.

Answer the phone! After trying the operators exention, kept ringing for about 3 minutes after which the operator clicked the phone and hung up. I tried again again just kept on ringing. No answer. Had to call electrics and page the right department. Operator should be fired for no customer service skills and disrespecting a customer. I live far away and can't drive there if you are out of stock like the other walmarts are. I'm still on hold. Still noone's answering. Well I'll try a different store then

It is a very nice Walmart super center.I purchased items from multiple departments, asked for help to several employees, whom all provided me accurate information and were very friendly.I will definitely be back.Been there already a couple of times in the past couple of days.

Legos locked behind a cage, have to ring a beeper for associate. Ringed it 3 times and waited 15 minutes and no one came. Walked around and couldn't find anyone to open the Lego cage. I'm sure Lego wouldn't be happy to know...

This is one of the best shopping center in this town. This Walmart is bigger then other Walmart. They have many items to shop.They are good for grocery shopping. They have good customers service and they are helpful. I went to return jacket and they helped me gently. We did other shopping as well.Thus, this is best shopping center in the town.
