The only one that was good was one of the self check out hosts. Can’t remember her name but she would always walk around and constantly be available for all customers as busy as she was. I feel as this Walmart specifically has huge issues in the front and should certainly make sure ALL check out host’s follow ALL directions that are told to them, not just a few of them that get in trouble but all of them. I’ve seen favoritism between some and as a retired retail host, I don’t feel your people are being treated the same. You do it to one (who does a lot and cares for the front) you do it to all that are in self check out isles.

Very busy location, manuering through the parking lot gets tricky during peak hours. Has a variety of selections of produce. Already prepared, "grab and go," seem to be getting better, and there are some healthy selections. Clothing seems to be getting better. I am not a native of this location. The plaid, along with the mid-western attire, is not my thing. It's nice to see a little more variation if your on a dime (budget). Customer service is not bad. I was able to politely interrupt a service agent to locate a specific item I was looking for.

Fine place to get shopping done. It was nice to see so many employees and so many happy people. Not sure what it is about this location, but the staff are always nice and friendly.

I'd give Zero stars if I could. WM canceled all my orders for no reason. 12 times in a row, I called them. The last 3 times I spoke to 3 supervisors, all of whom assured me the problem was fixed....But It wasn't. I was not to blame. Some Joker marked my account Fraudulent and no one can un-do it.Frustrated beyond measure, I quit. I will never buy from WM again. I hope they are Happy. I am giving up a LOT, as I am a cripple and must have all my goods delivered to my door...That's another sad experience but I won't go into it. Today, I'm finished. Done. WM is Kaput to me.

The auto department is poorly managed. I prepaid for tires online to be installed in store and it took over 5 hours for the service to be completed despite having an appointment set up weeks in advance. They didn’t even start working on it until nearly 3 hours after I dropped it off, then when I went to pick up my vehicle they told me my online order had been cancelled and I would need to pay again. When I asked for an explanation they informed me that because I hadn’t come to pick up the tires within a certain period, 10 days I think, of ordering them the order was cancelled (why would I go in store to pick them up if I had an appointment at a later date?) and I was issued a refund, but when I checked my bank account I had not received any refund and upon checking my email did not see any confirmation from Walmart that my order had been cancelled or any refund was issued. The only correspondence I had received from Walmart was an appointment reminder from the day before, for the appointment I was at which also included my receipt showing I had paid for the 4 tires in advance. The manager refused to talk to me directly and made her employees deliver her messages. They told me that because the service had been performed, refusal of payment was not an option which I took as a threat they were going to call the police if I didn’t pay so I reluctantly agreed to fork over another almost $500. Now I’ve paid almost a grand for a set of tires and was told to take it up with the customer service line. I’ve purchased and had tires installed from Walmart in the past at a different location and had very seamless experiences, but next time I think I’ll be better off supporting a local auto business.

Be sure to check all your produce before you leave curbside pick up. Food is too expensive for this to happen. Other than that, the person who brought my groceries out was nice and even bagged my groceries.*On March 10th, 2024, I placed an order for delivery. I bought some yogurt the best by date was February 23 2024. That is a bit much. Be sure to check the dates when shopping there.*

Today on stupid things Walmart does to alienate customers: they have only two employees checking out customers and a bunch of self-checkouts, at least one employee to look over your shoulder while you do the work yourself & get asked to text your receipt to yourself, and then one employee to harass you at the door for said receipt that you don't have because they encouraged you to accept it electronically. It's amazing how many people with name tags were standing around and you have plenty of time and energy to harass paying customers, but none to actually put yourselves behind a register and help us. Your man at the door watched me do my whole checkout because it's right there, then watched me struggle to use another machine and give up without offering to help. You got time to harass but not help, and that's why I haven't spent a substantial amount of money there in years. Literally a last resort and for good reason.

BakeryIt took me 20 MINUTES to get a hold of the Bakery department. I had to call TWO different departments, electronics and automotive - after calling customer service and human resources first, who did NOT answer either - and when I FINALLY got a hold of someone, apparently in Deli, they told me they don't do cupcakes orders a day in advance. Only 48hrs ahead - despite their website saying something different and every single other Walmart in the country saying differently. This LAZY girl simply didn't want to do her job and denied me service because SHE didn't answer her phone promptly. That's absolutely pathetic and uncalled for. I ended up taking my money elsewhere and went to the Fountain Walmart who, BIG SURPRISE, were able to complete my cupcake order. 🙄 The nice woman who assisted me even offered to decorate my cupcakes to match my theme for me - UNPROMPTED. Now that's how you assist a customer and provide EXCELLENT customer service. It's really not that hard. Smh. Really over these incompetent employees.

So today was the final straw with this store. I use come to this store alot due to the location with the sams club, not any more. I was in looking at the tool section at a hart 20 piece screwdriver set, with a tag for $10.88 for the 17 piece set. Oddly enough there was an end cap that had the 20 piece set over stock marked as $20 but still ringing up at $22.88 when scanned. I asked at the auto area about the price and the first one just silently stood there and stared at me like there was some very wrong. One of the mechanics then asked what I needed help with and agreed to come assist me. I asked about the price on the 20 piece set and he said "that's the price" I then scanned and show him and he did as well and found that it was marked at $22.88 not even the other wise marked $20 price. I asked if he could honor the the $10.88 and got his common anwser of "I can't", that's seems to be the common walmart employee anwser. I didn't have much in my cart so I left some where and promptly walked with nothing. Not to mention when talking to another employee in hardware, this employee said he always "goes to 8th street and finds inventory they don't have at this (fountain) store due it being in a much worse area." He was highly recommended me and another customer both go to 8th street to find what we were both looking for. The customer service at most walmarts now is beyond poor, maybe this is why so many people just steal from walmart, so they can avoid this dirt bag customer service

Tried to get my money back or make an exchange with my reciept. Costumer service said I couldn't because their cash safe was locked and she didn't have money in her cash register. Lets just say she gave me the run around. How does a multimillion dollar buisness have a problem with an exchange of cash receipt or product exchange.The meat department had several bags,trays of meat and refrigerated chicken blowen up with air. Meaning the meat was swelling the bags and trays with gases of past due meat.

I go to this Walmart often because it's the closest one to me. More often than not, it's very busy, and like most Walmarts, parking is available way out in left field. I go to this Walmart not because it's convenient or because the employees atw heloful and pleasant, but because it's close and it has better prices than King Soopers or Safeway. I admit, I only go when I have an enormous shopping list. They have even accused me of stealing twice, which was not the case at all! They have also stopped the self check out register from working several times because they thought I was stealing then too. Again, they were wrong. So if you have the option go to another one, do! I'm sure they're more welcoming and friendly.

I prefer this Walmart simply because their receipt checkers are not power tripping or being out of line by making accusations, innuendos or insulting you. Like a few stores I visited nearby.

When did my oil change for my Buick today after 3 hours of waiting inside the bay and drove away a blue smoke was coming out of the exhaust pipe! When drove back after finding the oil dip stick was sitting on top of the engine was told by mechanic Eric R that it was not him and accuse me saying he did put it in! Making me a lier! That mechanic should be fired for poor service and bad customer service!!!!

This review is NOT meant only for this specific location but for ALL locations in El Paso County CO.Can you PLEASE tell me what the point of having a phone number is when no one EVER answers?!?!? Excuse me, let me rephrase that. What is the point of having option "8" which is human resources or option "0" store directory when in the last 6 months or so NOT ONCE has anyone answered at ANY store!?!?! It doesn't matter which location, what day it is, what time of day it is or how long I let it ring. One time I literally let it ring for over five minutesuuuu<

Closed 15min early and I had an emergency need during a blizzard and an employee condescendingly snickered in my face. Walmart shut down all the local competition just to leave us all hanging. Sam Walton would be disgusted by his creation today.

I'm finding it a ton easier for me to order online than go to the Walmart pickup & have the items bought out to my vehicle. It keeps the pain in my back to a minimum since I don't have to walk from one of the store to the other since it's such a large amount of space to cover.

I like this Walmart. It's clean, easy to get in and out of and next to Sam's Club as well. People are always friendly and the self checkout works great too. This is a good sized store and often has all the items I need.They have always had more stock of the items I'm looking for than some other Walmarts in the area too.

No shot's fired at this Walmart, the COS Police Department is right next door up the hill, very safe environment. Great shopping experience, just make your you have your receipt going out the door or you might end up next door LOL Good shop to shop this Wally World 🌎 I mean Walmart

This is a fulfillment center for online orders. I truly behave customers are no longer welcome to shop in store.But there still is the issue that, even if you buy online for scheduled pickup, you'll setup end up sitting in the parking lot for an hour waiting for them to get around to bringing out your groceries.

I’m sorry but the costumer service area with the 2 ladies? Well they love to talk loudly about their costumers. I asked nicely if I can return this floater that you have to manually blow “Merry Christmas “ I thought it’s the plug in self inflatable. The lady said” it’s in a small box because you have to blow it as in self to blow “then I said “yeah but it feels like those pool floater and I have to blow it up manually!” So she returned it and started talking to this lady beside her that “she doesn’t know what’s inflatable, maybe she’s stupid. “ well you’re the one stupid or too poor to even know what’s the different between SELF plugged inflatable and the pool inflatable!Update- I went to the customer service/money center and encounter the same damn lady! I asked her to cash out the check then she responded “we can’t do that because it’s out of the country.” 🤦🏻♀️ the check was issued from Hawaii and it’s out of state ! Please train her!

I went there specifically for canning items. I've got a few other times to other walmarts and they never have what I'm looking for. I can order it online, but I was hoping to complete my project today. Anyway, I was able to find other things- mostly things I didn't need, lol. The staff is always friendly and the store itself is always clean.
