This Walgreens is fantastic. They customer service oriented. I ran out of my prescription and ran down there and they filled it right before they were to close without an issue. The clerks at the front of the store are just as friendly and helpful.Everyone has a great attitude here!

You might get your prescription or u might not doesn't matter if it's life saving or not. They close shop whenever and no staffing they don't care of they have your business or not and they won't answer the phone... if u get an automated call about a prescription being ready it's more than likely a lie. They love wasting your time as well.

I called in a refill. Was told it would be ready at 4:00 (which was 2 in a half hours after I called it in). I showed up at 4:50 and they said it’d be another 40 minutes. I do t have all day to be driving around while they take their time. I said Id be back in 15 minutes and it better be ready by then, and I parked in their lot.Also the fact that the pharmacy closes at 6pm (even though their phone system says 8pm) is ridiculous!!! People work and have a hard time getting there that early. Hire another pharmacist and you can have normal operating hours!

After waiting to pick up my prescriptions for two days, having the pos automated voice system go from telling me I have one prescription ready yesterday and, suddenly, none today, and being put on hold for 45 minutes in total to be hung up on not just once, but twice, I’m giving y’all one star, because your unprofessional and inept practices amount to UNETHICAL - your delays could be the end for SICK PEOPLE WHO NEED THEIR GD MEDICINE. It’s not just this location, either. It’s the business practices of Walgreens. You guys harm your pharmacy customers when you fail to deliver for them. Your negligence and disrespect for your customers (and probably your staff too) is despicable. You ACTIVELY HARM patients mentally and physically when you continuously ignore patients and delay the availability of their medicine, and it’s amazing that the company is so big that it won’t go under from behavior bordering on criminal. You probably have let people die waiting, you jerks.

I made an APPOINTMENT for the COVID vaccine. I showed up promptly this afternoon and the gal at the pharmacy told me I would have to wait in line. There were about 15 people or more ahead of me. Really?? What's the point in making an appointment??? This is unacceptable and poor management! Of course I walked out and will get my vaccine elsewhere.

Pharmacy hours are wrong, I rely on Google posted hours of operation, and the store says it is open and so is the pharmacy, but when I arrive the pharmacy is closed and no pharmacist is on duty. My son needs his medicine and I can't get it because their hours are wrong on every site.

Im making the review on behalf of my Partner (this frustrates both of us but mostly him). So he started getting these meds and made Walgreens his pharmacy, and never have I ever had so many issues or seen so many issues with picking up meds. He put it as automatic refills but it never does so he has to call a week in advanced to get his meds. Usually when he calls they say "we need your doctors approval" or "itll be ready tomorrow". He calls the next day and they still arent ready. Except this time they say "were waiting for insurance to accept it". Again we call again and same thing. We call on the weekend and they say "your insurance declined it so you have to call them". We wait till the weekend is over and call the insurance, who has no idea why it wouldnt be working because its working on their end. So we call walgreens again and they still say its denied, thats when we tell them we called the insurance and it should go thru. We're put on hold for 10 minutes before we decide to hang up. We are never putting our meds with Walgreen's again this is ridiculous. And because of all the time they take to fill one order of meds my partner is constanly out of his meds, usually for only a day but he calls a week in advance! This time hes been without meds for over 3 days and has to wait till Wednesday to get his pharmacy switched to Walmart.

Honestly I have never really had any major problems with the pharmacy team. Always nice even though they are short staffed at times. I recommend the Walgreens on airport and circle. Been sending my patients there for their prescriptions.

Terrible. Terrible. Not just this location it is every single one, I have switched my prescriptions to about 4 different Walgreens around town and I get the same exact thing. They don't answer the phone, and they told me twice now when I went to get my medication that it would be filled the following day @ 10am and I come in around 5-6pm and still not filled, then I am told to wait for an hour or come back again the following day @ 10am. I have also stood in line for atleast an hour before the line even moves. Even my own provider told me it is hard to contact them to even send theprescriptions on. I have already switched to Safeway pharmacy and will never deal with this BS again.

If I was on a deserted island but they had a fully functioning Walgreens and pharmacy, I’d rather not shop there for food and take my chances not taking my prescriptions and most likely starve to death. Every single Walgreens in America should be shut down and never be reopened again. I can’t wait to switch pharmacy’s and never go here again. Super unfriendly staff, they never refill my prescription the way it’s prescribed and they have horrible hours of operation. I swear on my life that I will never spend another penny with Walgreens ever again! At all costs!I recommend anyone to please shop around before picking a pharmacy and please consider this review in your choice.

I understand staffing has become a major issue but Walgreens corporate should be stepping in to assist at this point. I've been coming here for years, as of now, I'm having all scripts pulled from here. Not everyone can make it in on a weekday, and since their closed on weekends, it makes life pretty rough. So going all weekend without important prescriptions like immune suppressors and chronic pain medication is terrible. To make matters worse half the time, they don't even have my scripts in stock. When they do you have to call every single day because they won't auto fill back orders and notify the customer. This place has gone so terribly downhill. There are other Walgreens close by where I don't have these issues, so I'm done trying with this one. A cheeseburger anyone can go without, a medication.. not acceptable.

just waited 2 hours to get my life saving meds. believe me if it were any other product i would have left, like 3 other drivers did while waiting. what an absolute joke. never seen a line wrapped around the entire parking lotjust left a message to my doctors telling them to pull all meds from this pharmacy and send to the cvs down the road. disgusting that management would think its okay to treat patients this way.they dont answer their phones anymore either so good luck figuring out if your prescription is actually there or if youre waiting 3 hours for nothinggenuinely not sure what happened to this placemaybe they fired a lot of people and no ones left, but regardless i would not go here unless you have more than 2 hours

Trash service. Rude pharmacist and rude workers. I’ve literally worked at a Walgreens before. Yes it gets busy. Yes we all get behind. But you still fill the prescriptions for the people who are in the drive through/waiting area while they’re waiting. You don’t tell them we can call you tomorrow. This is ridiculous.

We've had problems with Walgreens for the past few years and I've finally had enough. Incorrect prescriptions, messed up refills, wrong insurances, they don't listen and they blame the customer every time when they mess something up. I have a prescription that was sent as 3 different scripts to them and they couldn't figure that out and combined them into one, which my doctor separated so I wouldn't be short pills. They wouldn't allow me to fill them on the schedule my doctor set, so I'm now without pills for 4 days. I called this morning and refilled it, then when it wasn't ready on time, I called again and they said they didn't have it. 4 hours later and they couldn't have told me they didn't have it when I called the first time? I'm so over this place. They mess something up Every. Single. Time. You're a pharmacy with a convenience store front, you literally have one job and you can't do it right. Where did your customer service go??

Complaint about service at Walgreens in Colorado Springs , co . The walgreens at south circle and airport rdI was standing at the check-stand waiting for cashier , no one was around . I could see the cashier in photo department looking at me . This went on for about fifteen minutes still no help . Finely another customer who was trying to check-out went over to her and said something and she finely came over and helped us .I wouldnt be making this complaint except for the fact that she was standing there in photo looking at me , looking at her several times . And it took another person asking her for help before she actuality came over to help . WOW ,, Walgreens never again

The prices are a bit better on certain items O routinely purchase. Have been ap fairly loyal customer for many years, this had been mainly due to the convenience of their Pharmacy and wide range of servicing with some stores offering 24 hour service. Unfortunately I have been disappointed several times in the last couple of months, starting with the change on hours of operation to, the different stores just up and closing down the Pharmacy mid day and blaming it on understaffed, being sent to another store with the promise of service, just to travel there and get the cold shoulder, that they were closing early at five and would not fill my wife's scripts because the were undermanned, and referred us to another store ten miles away. Since the Hospital faxed the scripts to the first Walgreens, I asked the associate at the economics one if She could please at least transfer the prescription s to them so I could be assured there were we no more disatisfying surprises, she quite rudely denied me, and said there so busy with covid so you'll have to drive there. The phones were not an option, unless You want to sit on hold for 1 hour plus.After this being the 3rd or 4th bad experience with Walgreens that was upsetting, and along with the unwitting employee response and lack of resolve, and the most recent visit where the employee at the Pharmacy, just didn't seem to give a hoot nor holler about me or my needs from WALGREENS, We have decided to give CVS Pharmacy a go of it. Time and Google Maps will tell.

I went in to get a pregnancy test with my husband, we picked out the Walgreens brand 3 test. When we went to check out the young man at the register had to do a price check and the older women working there said it would take a minute for someone to be free to get the price check. My husband offered to go see what it was and walked to the back of the store. The test that we got was in a slot labeled 14.99( the same exact test we got was in that slot) He came back and told the cashier and the women said that’s not right and they are expensive they should cost more. She wasn’t talking to us. She was taking about us right in front of us. She sent someone back and checked it again. Turns out they where in the wrong spot and they where 19.99. I didn’t care at all I just wanted the 3 test. What upset me was how rude she was and how she was acting. She was acting like she was trying to humiliate my husband and me for thinking it was the wrong price. Which isn’t even our fault because it was in the wrong place.Absolutely disgusting to treat another person like that. I didn’t argue or tell her how rude she was being. It’s common sense that you don’t treat someone like that and insinuate that they are lying or trying to steal. It was as if she was purposely trying to be rude and humiliate us.At least put things in the right spot before your incredible rude. No wonder this place has so many poor reviews

Extremely rude staff that do not want to do their jobs. My wife went in to have a prescription filled and was told that she and not then need to call the Tricare pharmacy to have it transferred into their system. No, it’s their job and not the patient’s job. To make matters worse, the female working the counter was extremely rude to my wife. This person needs to be fired immediately. There are plenty of other people that can do her job with a professional attitude. I will be contacting the lead Pharmacist and filing an official complaint.

Denied my prescription 3 days in a row because "its too early", totally missing the fact that I had a partial fill last month because, AS USUAL they were not in stock and I had to wait for the full amount. Now this month the guy basically called me a liar and said I have pills left when I didn't and hinted that it's a controlled substance so, we have to be careful. Don't imply someone is a drug addict over YOUR mistake. And when you discover your mistake and realize you are WRONG have the decency to apologize. Don't just tell people it will "be ready in an hour" 3 days in a row without checking what's going on with it.

After this last interaction, I’m changing pharmacies or at least locations! I recently went to go pick up medication from the pharmacy for the first time. I had complications with my insurance then had to come back a few days later. Both days the same worker was in the drive thru window. His name is Jon and he absolutely has the worst attitude, was not helpful at all, and was quite rude. Walgreens you will be hearing from me!

The worst customer service, the pharmacy has no idea what they are doing “Mary” who claims to be a manager is actually a team lead but still does not know how to do her job and she is training people like “Maria” a new hire on how to provide the worst customer service. All of this is lead by “Jeanhe” who does not know what her people are doing and instead of listing to you she puts you on hold to talk bad about you to the pharmacist all well thinking you can’t hear her. I called her out on it and she flat out denied it I had to request a district manager call as this is the worse place to have your Prescriptions at!

Bad service in the pharmacy. Kept checking out drive through people while I was just standing there waiting. They saw me and didn’t even acknowledge me! After a while someone walked up to the wrong line and they started to check them out ahead of me! I said something and they told me to just get in line behind her. Very annoying.

Never ever use a Walgreens if at all possible. Their hours are horrible, they don't even keep basics like antibiotics in stock. I had to wait 3 days to get antibiotics for step throat for my son. If you have any other options at all, USE A DIFFERENT PHARMACY!

Irene the pharmacy manager is highly unprofessional! I called and speak to Irene about a prescription and she not only hung up on me once but twice. Then when I went into get the information in which I needed for the prescription. She proceeded to argue with me about it in front of an entire room full of people waiting for prescriptions. Not very professional in my opinion.

The pharmacy takes forever and if you aren't a senior won't believe that needing insulin you are completely out of is a needed to be filled then and there. Arguing is more important than a person's life. Set certain hours for vaccines and do the life or death prescriptions first.
