South Nevada sprouts is horrible. They don’t quality check their produce. They leave the fruits at the front door on display the entire day without checking the product. The produce department is managed by a lazy supervisor. Who is support3; my his mangers. Juniper and Chet for leaving bad produce on the floor for customers to buy. Not to mention the food stall by the front of the store that states it’s made daily. Those ready meals sit there a week at a time. Only on the last day of the week that put a reduced price on them. This store only cares about your money. They don’t live up to the value posted on third signs Three photos I took while serving as a guard. Strawberries i found during a morning shift already with mold forming. Note this stayed in the spot for customers to buy. Because produce didn’t check nor the day shift managers wanted me pulling them. The picture of the orange displays a spider that established residence on top of them. Note the oranges was in place over a week. Which allowed the spider to set up with no interference. This a small bit of problems i found at this store. I nearly gagged daily at the state of the produce.What I learned:Chet money grubbing and doesn’t care for his customersJuniper. Lack’s communication skills and loses her composer quickly Ie she ban a person from the store because he was upset that he was profiled for going to the restroom. also money grubbing. Got made at me for trying to pull bad produce as a guardDavid is a lazy manager who accepted a the ideals of the 2 top managers. So he could continue be lazyKathy is awesome. She try’s and always works to clear bad produce. One day she pulled over 100 lbs of bad produce and posted a comment to the managers. I was told Chet deleted the comment in order to cover it up.Let’s be clear. I will never by food from the store After working there. It’s clear they don’t live up to thier values and only care of screwing over their customers for profit

Employees are super nice, they always help you find things and service is fast at the deli. One of the most nicely zoned stores I've ever been in so I can tell the employees work hard. The products they sell are really good if you're health-conscious or interested in trying new foods or brands. I like the Honey Pot pads they sell because I have sensory issues and these are a million times better than Always. The parking lot is very spacious and easy to get in and out of. The only complaint I have is that Instacart shoppers can't use self-checkout, but the cashiers are always really nice and help me bag my stuff.

So happy to finally have a sprouts on the south side! The staff is top notch and very attentive to detail. Tara has been amazing. Rory is so friendly and goes above and beyond. The lady in produce in the evenings was extremely kind and helpful - as well as David the produce manager. I’ve only had positive experiences and they definitely have by business. Thanks for caring about quality and caring about your customers. We really notice the difference!!

The catering trays are a rip off !! I was hosting a small Easter celebration and ordered 3 catering trays. A fruit and cheese tray and 2 small sandwich trays. When placing my order, I was told the cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo packets could be on the side at no additional charge. The next day I received a call from the assistant manager, informing me that they would be charging me for the things I ordered on the side. I asked “so you’re charging me $40 for a tray of bread with meat on it?” and she said “I don’t set the prices!!” So if you’re looking to serve bread with meat on it, order a tray from here- but if you’re looking for a tray of nice little sandwiches, do what I did and make them yourself!! Walmart even sells sandwiches by the foot-you can get three meat choices and they include cheese, lettuce, and tomato at no additional charge!!

First off Melissa the cashier is so sweet and kind and the woman in produce went above and beyond. It is really appreciated when staff are supportive and make the experience fantastic. I am very fortunate to have this store so close to home and I appreciate how good food makes me feel. I am positive you will enjoy your experience here as well 🍀

My first time visiting this location and I have to say based on the area and the density of the traffic I probably won’t visit it again.But more importantly, when I was checking out the older dude who I think is a bagger just snapped and was very rude to the cashier. And it wasn’t only that he was rude to her, it was that he did it in front of a customer.It made me extremely uncomfortable especially since I was standing there paying so much money for produce.And you could see by the cashier’s response, that it wasn’t her first time dealing with him doing that.I mean there were three people in line behind me she was simply trying to get me through quickly and by the way she friendly so she wasn’t being mean to him or to me.So if he can’t control himself and behave professionally and bagging groceries is just too much stress for him maybe that isn’t the best position for him in this particular Franchise.

I’ve been shopping here since it opened and was extremely happy to have a decent quality grocery store close by. Initially all was well with good quality in all departments but there has been a gradual and noticeable decline in the produce area. Several times recently the vegetables have been dried up and past their best. Today I shopped for broccoli and spinach. Both were old and dried up and shouldn’t have been on the shelves. I declined both and found fresh products across the road in Safeway.Sprouts management, if you’re listening and interested, you are about to lose a paying customer.

Disappointed, to say the least. Very small Sprouts! The deli area with the sushi and California rolls all looked old and not fresh. Bought a rotisserie chicken, herb flavor, and it was like eating drywall. Returned it in hopes of a fresher one and the BBQ flavor wasn't fresh. It was stringy, dry, absolutely no flavor and the chicken itself, was old. I won't return to this location. Very sad 😔

I love it! I specifically deodorant. I tried to organic deodorant, unfortunately I had allergic reaction on my armpit.I read mineral salt deodorant spray. It is beneficial:-unscented-no aluminum chlorhydate-alcohol free-hypoallergenic non staining

Bought a plate of ziti and meatballs (the kind you just heat up in the oven). After sitting in the oven for about 25 minutes I realized that the meat is completely raw. There are just three ice cream scoops of raw meat sitting on top of a bed of cooked pasta. Am I supposed to scoop the raw meat out of the tray and pull the noodles, sauce and parsley off of it? Or am I supposed to cook raw beef in the oven for an hour and have incredibly burnt noodles.

Loved the store. However their bathrooms. You literally cant unspool the toilet paper. There's tp pieces covering the entire floor bc you literally can't get any out of the dispenser. You charge $13 for pastries sorry but you should have toilet paper that comes off of the damn roll.

This Sprouts is the worst. The only good employees are working behind the counter at the deli and meat department. Produce folks ignore you and the grocery people just tell you items you can't locate have been discontinued, when in all reality they are just shoved where ever on various encaps and shelves throughout the store. I hate this store, nobody cares at this location

This location is super clean and organized. Great prices on sale items (otherwise prices are a little higher than average).Meat / Fish department - They have the freshest and best priced fish in the general area, however they usually refuse to cut the fish for you so you have to buy what's available (3 out of 4 times this has happened to me).

I used to shop at the store on Dublin Avenue. This new one is much closer to home. It's nicely organized, and carries all my favorites.Entry to the parking lot is very strange. (I don't know what the developers were thinking.) Otherwise, there is plenty of parking available.

The team at Sprouts and the personal shopper went above and beyond. I was in the middle of making pumpkin pie when I realized the two cans I got from my pickup order were both moldy. The team at Sprouts drove over new cans for me (as to not disturb my child’s nap time) and stayed to make sure that the cans were okay. Thank you Sprouts team!!

The new sprouts is nice and clean probably because it is new. The prices for what you get I would say is higher than average. Their produce is very good and happy with that part of it. However, all the other selections are limited. Unfortunately, they built it in hobo row and you see them walking around trying to snack on the bulk items. I don't know about you all, but something about people grabbing in those containers of fruits, chocolates, and nuts just make it extremely unappetizing. I dunno why they still have those community buckets around because it is pretty disgusting when you see people with dirt under their nails digging around in it. Would I go back most likely no. However, wish them luck.

Selection isn't the biggest and the prices can be a bit high, but you are getting better quality, freshness, and customer service for the price. If you are a shop the perimeter grocery person then this is your store. If you're looking for frozen and processed foods - probably not.
