What a refreshing experience Brianna was so amazing to deal with at the gun counter, fast efficient and knowledgeable she makes it really easy to purchase a firearm or find it at another location if not in stock at her counter.Tina and Brian make it easy to do business in the overall store and are always helpful, and I appreciate them hiring such an amazing team. Pretty nice BX. Clean, well organized, not too cramped with stuff. Friendly people overall. Pretty good stock Of different items but definitely make sure to check/compare prices to the commissary because sometimes they’re much pricier (dog food, for example). But great convenience for if you need to pick up something real quick. They sometimes have cool seasonal items, like this singing Grinch thing, or good clearance prices!

Brianna is amazing. I was shopping there and I wasn’t feeling too good. Brianna helped me to get some food and water quickly and also helped with the purchase. Staff goes above and beyond. It was amazing to run into a kind person like Brianna.

Only active duty, reserve, retired, DoD civilian/subcontractors and (only on-line) veterans are allowed entry. Must wear mask during pandemic. Large department style store with a variety of goods and services. Employees were friendly and helpful. Would return again.

A little far for me to get to on a regular basis but when I do I spend a lot of money. I stack up on supplies but my favorites are things on clearance from 50 to 75% the reg price. Then when hungry, step into the food court or Starbucks to fill the tummy again.

The PX is a decent size with a vast parking lot, as is typical of PX stores. The store appears to be well-stocked, but I did notice some disinterested employees that negatively impacted the shopping experience. Additionally, one of the employees working at the Subway restaurant had visible warts on their hands, which was a bit off-putting. On the positive side, most of the food court outlets typically open at 11 am. Overall, while this PX has some areas for improvement, it can be a good option for shoppers looking for a well-stocked store on base.

The customer service at the exchange could not be worse. I ordered a 4 TB Toshiba HD 1.5 months ago and it still has not arrived. I would have as much success trying to process this return at the DMV on Saturday

My family avoided base exchanges after a disgusting first impression, but this place is my new favorite store.Better staff and everything is restocked often. They have a generic brand but we've been buying weeks worth of name brand groceries and our bill never goes over 200.And if you're planning on going to the mall you should stop by BX cause they stalk stuff like bath and body works at (again) way more affordable prices. This is a store send from heaven

Great place to shop in general and just to browse and spend some time. They have all kind of merchandise. Just keep in mind that it is only for authorized military and civilian personnel. You need to have a military ID or somekind of authorization to use this facilities. The personnel are great (professional and friendly) and the merchandise is top of the line.

My wife went there this afternoon to have her phone checked because it couldn’t make calls. But anyway the counter person looked at the phone and in the process lost the sim card then said she threw it away. she works at the exchange figure you would get someone with good customer service, wrong answer. Wanted to charge her $10.00 for another SIM card. Wrong answer. Off base has better service and free for account holders.

Good place to shop if you have access. Prices are standard but the way to save here is to price challenge. They will match any price as long as it's from a brick and mortar nstore, that combined with no tax makes this a good place to shop. Their selection is weak but sometimes the prices are great. Staff is pleasant but not very knowledgeable about the products they carry.

The exchanged was clean and the staff we curtious. It had the normal good at the normal prices you'd expect at the exchange. Their food court was a little lacking, and one of the places seemed to be out of everything. Otherwise, it was a normal trip to the exchange.

Decent exchange. Very well stocked considering it's size. Cool sports theme shop just outside the main entrance to the exchange. Food court has a surprisingly diverse set of choices from traditional fast food to made to order, authentic Korean.

Found some FANTASTIC deals on clothes, much to my hubby's chagrin. Lol. After I was done, we waited in line at check out for about a minute b4 an extremely nice gentleman came to us and said we could go to his check out counter! All in all, a wonderful experience!

Interesting and constantly changing selection. Good prices for those who can shop in the store or on line. The store is always neat and spotless. Plenty of free parking. Part of a mini-mall and contains a food court.
