I really enjoy it every time I go to this place. Best self wash experience. So many options!!! If you love your dog you’ll love this place. Workers are super knowledgeable and always willing to help. They have such good advice for my specific dogs needs. Along with that, they have so many treats and chew varieties, my dog loves the beef chews and the cow hide :)

This is my favorite local pet shop. Every visit has been pleasant, with friendly staff offering assistance, listening to your concerns, knowledgeable and caring for you and your pets needs. Excellent customer service!!!They have a great selection of healthy pet food and treats. Wide selection of toys and a dog wash where you can wash your pet with shampoos and towels.

Best experience with a self wash dog wash. Private room with 2 height adjustable bath tubs and 2 blow dry stations in a quiet, calm atmosphere. My dogs have never been more cooperative at bath time. 😂

They were super Awesome at the Pet Pantry to me when I brought in my newly adopted Kitty from the Humane Society. Staff was super professional, caring, and supportive.They also offered a free care package for my adopted Kitty because I adopted from the Humane Society.I am very grateful for them and their services to society for our animals 🙏I will definitely be back.

Traveling through town we needed a place to wash our old dog. The adjustable height tubs and all the required accessories worked perfectly. Even the dog didn't seem to mind this bath. We'll be back!

I've got to say, that the staff here at this particular pet pantry. Provide me with best customer service that you could ask for.. it's a family oriented owned business that's worth your attention and shopping there.. Even though the store is out of my way I am planning to make this my go to spot for all my animal needs. If you try it out yourself I'm sure you will too

This place reminds me of the hometown dog wash I used to go to in Loveland. Local business and friendly people. Plus the dog was service is great and inexpensive. Although my pittie hates it (he hates baths) I love it and will continue to bring the land hippo here

Molly Review- I am a regular customer to this dog wash facility and unfortunately I have to leave a very bad review. After giving my dog Molly a bath I went to pay at the counter where there is dog snacks all around the checkout area at the level of your dog. These tempting treats make checkout very difficult. I have brought this issue to the employees before but this time, their indifference required me to address this issue and solution with the manager. She was not only indifferent but did not listen, was defensive and rude. A simple solution to move the snacks at human level was not received and the lack of customer service has made my decision to use a different dog wash. Neighbors beware!!

Didn’t really care for the self dog wash here. I felt that the tub and its surroundings weren't cleaned because when I tried to use the blow dryer on my dog a whole bunch of white hairs started to roam everywhere (very obvious since he’s a black dog). Also wished that the staff was more welcoming, they seem to be more to themselves.

Came here for the dog wash. It was a decent experience. Got right in. It's $14.55 regardless of dog size. I feel like small dogs should be less expensive as it's a lot less time, water, and products used. I didn't like the shampoo and conditioner provided. They were extremely liquidy, and I almost want to say watered down because I had to use a lot of my small, short haired dog. I would like to adjust the water temp because I would've liked it a little warmer. Also, the blow dryer blows cold air. It really needs to be warm air because my poor girl was shivering so badly during this part. Overall, it was okay. It was a clean station, and I was given 2 towels and offered wash rags. They have a couple of different brushes as well as nail clippers. I liked that I could adjust the water pressure and that you're in your own room. There were 2 aprons. The longer one smelled terrible so I used the small one. It's also a regular pet supply store. Plenty of treats, foods, toys, and collars/leashes. They also have supplies for small mammals as well as fish.

Compared to other diy dog washes this one was the best. Not only are the tubs large and they supply everything, but the products they supply are high quality and really nice tools! Helpful staff that was patient as I was trying to control my dog that hates water like a cat, but as well as my active four year old that was a little too helpful. I'm sure if your like me (with a scaredy cat like puppy) that you too will make this your go to self dog wash!!!

We just moved to the springs and we haven’t even needed to go anywhere else like petsmart for anything. The staff is so friendly and give the best recommendations for anything like our dog with separation anxiety they showed us all of their calming agents and helped us choose the best one and our dog has been so much calmer. Also with training wise they gave recommendations for high value treats and how to get our other dog who is not treat enticed to listen while training. Cannot recommend this place enough.

The coolest self service dog wash I’ve been to with the adjustable height by using a foot pedal to raise and lower bathtub makes it so much easier on my back. Very nice staff and store.

Great first experience with the self serve dog wash! My pup is not a happy camper when it comes to bath time, but this is the best he’s ever behaved. Great water pressure/temp and great shampoo/conditioner options (even a hypoallergenic option!) Their blow driers are quiet but powerful. Will be coming back next month!

1st- The staff (Tara and Jenna) were super friendly and helpful.2nd- oh my God. A hydraulic tub that your dogs can walk into and then raises to your level is pretty spankin'. But the adjustable blower really blew my mind away- my dogs are terrified of the blowers and being able to start at a gentle breeze instead of a category 5 hurricane was a game changer.3rd- the dog treats at dog level are a real problem. My dogs wholeheartedly disagree with this statement.

I initially rated a 3star by accident. This place has a really nice setup. And the staff is so accommodating. Even when we had a problem with the equipment, ultimately flooding the stall, they were more than nice about it. We were also pleasantly surprised at how affordable it was, compared to other local options. Too bad we are only in town briefly on vacation. I would love to support a business like this.

I love the baths. I have three dogs from 38 to 110 pounds. The bath is great as it raises up and down and you have your own private room. The negative.... I go to petsmart because the employees say hi to my dogs and are very friendly. I've been to pet pantry about 7 times and I'm still trying to find friendly. No sense of humor, and they never greet my dogs. Not sold yet, except for the baths.

My husband and I shop here every two weeks for our pets. We have 3 cats and 3 dogs , this location always has exactly what we need to keep our animals happy and healthy! Between the excellent food choices and treats!!Their selections are incredible, the customer service is delightful and the prices are unbeatable! If they don’t have something you are looking for they will order it. The employees are very knowledgeable and also super helpful. During this pandemic they have taken extra steps to keep the establishment clean and everyone comfortable.
