Physically sitting in line for the grocery pick up with kids in the vehicle. Haven’t done one in a while, but last I remembered didn’t take long. The management of personnel tonight is poor to say the least. They have half the spots blocked off causing a line blocking other areas, ONE employee working her butt off in the cold and no one to help her?! Was just inside for something we forgot to add and saw many employees not gainfully employed. Will not be a returning customer at this location.

This store used to be awesome, but now I avoid it. It's always slammed, the deli food is always dried out and nasty, the employees are lazy at best.Never ever order pickup for this location. Save yourself the frustration. The 1st time I ordered pick up, they asked me to come back 3 times because it was not yet ready. I finally went in because they refused to offer solutions over the phone. I was told to wait outside, and hopefully, they'll get to it, this was 3 hours past my pickup time expiration. I finally got a manager who shopped my items.I tried again months later, and here we are again. I ordered for pick up, and they can not meet the time. Actually, they can't even meet the day. I was told my order would not be fulfilled today and that I could try again tomorrow. I asked for a time for pickup, which was refused. When I asked if it would be ready tomorrow, I was told that was their intention. No solutions at all were offered, no apologies, no customer service at all.This is absolutely ridiculous. Get more people or cut off pick up. If you do not have the staff to fulfill orders, then do not offer the service or cap out timeslots. I had the same experience months apart. There's an issue.

Kind of upset with the absolute lack of any customer/employee interaction while on the sales floor. I have been shopping here for 5 years and don't think if I have ever been greeted by an employee while shopping or asked if I needed help. The employees that are stocking or shopping are all in their own little world of minding thier own business and avoiding customers at all costs. If you like a sterilized shopping experience devoid of human interaction, then this is the place for you! I will say the cashiers are all very friendly though.

As a store it’s decent but the pickup department is horrible.They are always backed up around the parking lot and have half the spaces closed. I had them throw items in the back with no bags without asking before the laws, then be rude about it on the phone. And they double bill on accident like a third of the time because they don’t do substitutions and bag charges right, so you have to wait a week to get your money back. Overall the store is nice and some staff do good but others just are sloppy.

Inspect your produce carefully - there is always partially rotten and moldy food, yet they can't keep certain items stocked. The store is huge, and there's a big variety of certain types of items, yet very limited variety of others, and some items I can't find at all. The Kroeger brand items are excellent, sometimes better than well-known brands.

They need to hire a new money service person. The lady was unprofessional and rude! She also doesn’t know how to properly do checks…. Avoid going here as you’ll have to go somewhere else as they are no help!

This King Soopers in Colorado Springs stands out as the best. People make special trips just to shop here. The staff is exceptionally kind, helpful, and friendly. The pharmacy service is outstanding, and their array of fresh fruits and vegetables is impressive. You'll find a vast wine selection and some excellent quality clothing at great prices.

My experience has been that King Soopers has the best produce in town. The associates have been friendly and helpful, especially Nick, the produce manager. I am very pleased with my experiences here overall and will continue to shop this location.

Empty shelves and once again self checkout disasters! Employees standing around just directing traffic while people are standing 10 deep! I'm done with king soopers! Your lack of customer service has gotten worse since your strike! You should be embarrassed! Why not have all self checkout stations open when super busy! Managers should be fired! I just read that king soopers has the worst grocery stores in the country. I believe it. I hate Safeway but at least they do things right.

One of my favorite King Soopers in the Springs. Basically sells as much as Walmart or Target minus the electronics and hardware sections. Can get busy but still not as crowded as Meadows or Hancock.

A nice but usually crowded grocery store, although it's more than a grocery store. It has clothing, toys, the occasional grill, and write a free other products. Products are good quality and it's also a good place to get flowers.

This store has everything, and is definitely competitively priced to Walmart especially when you consider the large selection of great produce, meats, and housewives! This store is doing it right, and we love gas points! I would really say it if I would like down and do their digital coupons!

Clean, comfortable atmosphere with an excellent selection of fresh produce. Nice deli and bistro near by and don't forget to check out the salad and sushi bars! Top it off with an organic bulk food dispensary.

I was very happy when this store opened. Previously, there were cash registers at one of the exits and you could buy something and have a snack in their cafe. This exit is now closed and the cash registers have been removed. ) This is one of the most expensive stores, but not the cleanest! The last time I decided to go into their toilet. I noticed that the doors were so dirty that it was unpleasant to touch them to open them. Isn't there enough money to hire a good cleaner and finally clean these doors .P. S. We understand that the situation is not the best, since for some reason the toilets in many stores are closed.

This King Soopers location is probably the best in Colorado Springs. They have Clothing, Houseware, and games at this location too. Really starting to almost become a Walmart/Target. They have great parking options here, always very easy to park and get in and out of the store.I will say the self-checkouts don't really have a great place to queue up. Same with regular checkouts, and if you traditionally like regular checkouts expect to wait a long time, as they usually don't have too many open.I've also had problems with the fish section being blocked off by stocking pallets later in the night, from 8-10pm. So I'd keep that in mind if you like shopping later. I shouldn't really have to ask for a pallet to be moved to look at product on a shelf.

I found this King Soopers off of Constitution. I've never known a King Soopers to look so much like a super Walmart. I carry clothes, shoes, purses, dishes and other houseware items. Very clean and modern. Easy to shop and easy to check out. Larger selection of food items. And they had things that other stores were sold out of. And you can go both directions down the aisles LOL. Pleasant experience. I will definitely go again.

This King Soopers location makes it so easy to shop. I'm gluten free, because I have Celiac disease, and other people in the household are lactose intolerant and they have the most options for all of us. Definitely a one stop shop!

They had our entire order available and all deals were honored. The one annoying thing is that he was really busy when we went to pick up our groceries and they had blocked off half of the parking spots which doesn’t make sense at all to us because isn’t that why they have extra parking spots like when they paid to have them built and the signs installed so they when people come to pick up their grocery orders, they can check in in a certain parking spot… For whatever reason, they explained to us that when it was really busy, they would block off those extra parking spots and they expected us to wait in a very long line. However, we explained to them that we were already parked and we were not going to go back out and wait in the line and they seem to be OK with it, but kept reiterating the importance of not doing that again so basically I would’ve said this was an A+ perfect experience, picking up our groceries from the store but due to this weird parking snafu I’m gonna have to take it all the way down to B-I would rather go to the store for grocery pick up, then any other store,

We don’t have any good options for grocery stores in the springs with the exception of Trader Joe’s and Costco. This king Soopers is poorly ran. A mess most of the time understocked and understaffed. I’m hoping with the falcon store being built it alleviates the stocking and staffing issues. But that’s not an excuse for the aisles being a mess and dirty

There's only 2 things that I will go out of my way to get at King Soopers, Big K soda and Chester fried chicken. You would think that at the flagship store in this area it could manage to have chicken ready for customers at what is peak dinner time, as people head home after work. NOPE. Every single time I've stopped in, I'm greeted with pans empty but for greasy crumbs and the other steam table items baked into inedible garbage, and not an employee in sight except the lone person in the cold deli. People may look down on the Academy and Hancock store, but I'll go there instead from now on because they ALWAYS have fresh chicken.

Great grocery store. Has almost anything you could possibly need. I use the online order and pick up feature. I find it very convenient. It's a busy place busy, but definitely a one stop shop!

Great location and variety. I really appreciate their military discount on the 1st and 15th of each month. Unfortunately there is often a long wait to checkout especially in the evenings.

The store is usually in disarray. There are often pallets of stock blocking aisles and blocking access to products. They constantly move stuff so it is often difficult to locate items. I suspect that is a dirty trick to sell you more stuff while you are walking up and down aisles looking for that one thing that they relocated again. The parking lot is always littered with trash. Zero upkeep, no regards for the neighborhood.Paul in the pharmacy is great, though!
