I live closer to the one on Uintah but this one is well worth the drive. They have a huge selection, they tend not to run out of items, and the lines always move quickly. The only complaint is how poor cell service is in there, so if I run into something that needs a coupon from the app it can be a pain trying to get that. It would be great if whoever runs this location could do some training on how to run a store.

Bad day at King Soopers. Only 2 weeks ago we stopped using The King Soopers store at 19th and Uintah due to the harassment and constant theft and dirty, littering, unsanitary conditions being caused by homeless persons. This morning at the Centennial store we experienced the same thing at the front of store. We were yelled at, cursed, for no reason while walking inside. We did notify Security who said he was aware and was headed to the location out front where there was about a dozen of these homeless persons congregated. Time to find a new grocery store if this continues. BTW, staff inside are great.

This usually is as five star grocery store for me. Helpful staff, clean and well organized. I went there today and am only giving a 3star the checker was slow and proceeded to talk to peers as well as the lady who had been checking out prior to me. I like customer service but when the line is slightly waiting and the conversation is beyond after check out, I wonder where common sense is.

Every single time I place a curbside order here there's some sort of issue. Today they had the audacity to call and tell us it wouldn't be ready at all today and we can we can come pick it up at 7 a.m. tomorrow! Who does that? Sure, I'll get up early on my day off to convenience you. Get real. If you value your time don't waste it on these jokers.

1) I purchased a charging cable on December 16, it stopped working TODAY, and the store won’t refund or exchange.2) I’ve done price comparisons for groceries at several stores, and Target beats King Soopers across the board.3) If you order for pick up, you’re charged extra - Target charges nothing.4) oh, and Target’s refund policies are far more reasonable and accommodating.I won’t be back.

So over the disappointing grocery runs to King Sooper on Centennial Blvd. Everything from moldy products such as ready-made pizza dough to graying beef products this morning. Then, customers have to listen to employees complain about their jobs they have, obnoxiously rude and loud. Deli workers being rude with customers at the counter. Ugh, this place used to be the friendliest place to grocery shop. Employees were helpful and kind. Nobody made you feel like you were in their way as a shopper. It was such a nice neighborhood store in our community. It never felt like a dread to go there because you knew you were going to see friendly faces and find quality products in the neighborhood you reside in.But now?????

Had a pickup order yesterday Sunday November 21st. They replaced the Kroger cheese cubes with private selection. I ate a couple last night as a late night snack & thought they tasted horrible but thought I just wasn’t in the mood. Go to grab them again today and see they’re completely moldy. I called to let the store know and they seemed like they couldn’t have cared less & said I need to come in for a refund. Inconvenient, disgusting & frustrating. Last weekend it was a moldy onion. I don’t know where they pull from for their pickup orders but it seems like we get the worst quality product when we do pickups. I highly recommend shopping at any location but this one.

this location has turned sour. used to be the best spot in the springs, now it's turning into another dirt hole. adding security guards, adding gates, removing amenities like disposable containers.

One of the cleanest King Soopers in the state. It's always fully-stocked and tne new and convenient Starbucks in the store is having a grand opening sale on the drinks for $2 each. At least my white chocolate mocha was.

This review is solely for the bakery. The lady at your bakery department today was unbelievably rude. I spoke to the cake decorator and had a plan days before. We had started the plan for a cake for an organization here in the springs. I was mistaken on which day I could arrive to give the design for this cake. And the lady there had every single intention to place all fault and blame. I wasn't confrontational or upset at them in the least. I remembered right then and there that the decorator wasn't there on Thursdays. I had no problems until I couldn't even explain what my intentions were with the design I brought. All I was there for was to ask questions today. But by the end of speaking with the rude lady and receiving that kind of service, I canceled the order, and took my business to a local shop that took my order. That place has amazing customer service and charged a bit more for the cake, but I'll pay a bit more for the ability to ask questions and have a friendly business conversation. I never had to order a cake like this before, but after this, it's not only the bakery that will not be receiving my business any longer.I know you don't care about reviews, but your customers will read this.

Nice King Soopers, large selection of produce and meats. The fresh sushi section they have there is great, fine tasting sushi. I was disappointed in the herbal selection in the pharmacy area. They did not have FO-TI, a very common herb for tea, not as common as Ginsing, but they only had one type of Ginsing....Otherwise a very nice place to shop. Good location next to a restaurant, dentist, liquor store, bank, and several other businesses.

Look I know yall have problem with shop lifters and all, but do I need to wear a 3 piece suit to go shopping without your plain clothes lost prevention following me in every aisle. Ya I might be unshaven wearing sweat pants and a sweat shirt but I am not a bumb nor do I shop lift! Very unsettling when a shmuck follows you when all you're doing is innocently grocery shopping. I guess you need church attire to shop at king soopers on centennial Blvd

Pheebe in customer service got rude after she WOULDNT accept my medical STATE ISSUED ID (for disabled persons not legally allowed to carry a drivers license-its a state issued PHOTO ID)She obviously had no knowledge of these forms of ID, and got rude and refused to sell me cigarettes.As a disabled mom of a toddler you have no idea how difficult it is to get somewhere, park, unload my toddler and make my way into a store for our shopping. Thanks for making my day that much more difficult, and for now making me late to my sons cancer treatments.

i am poor and i am on food stamps. i purchased no sodium added garbonzo beans and albacore tuna in water but i don't have a can opener and i am hungry. i have $2 in change so could not afford to buy one. i asked the head clerk if they would open my can in the deli with their can opener. she said no due to health department regulations. praise God thank you for a liquid diet today.

Entered the store this morning, tried to get a shopping cart and Security locked the cart. In doing so they dislocated my shoulder I just had reset. I also just had my pelvis reset twice in one day. Thanks for the pain and because of your stupidity I now have to go to the doctor again to put them back in place.This store is no place for injured or handicapped people.

Good store, variety of products, you will find everything you are looking for, always fresh produce, nice quality, nice location, the only issue is some of the ladies that work at self checkout got no customer skill, rude and they don't stick to the kroger's policy such as I know they got to greet people and ask you if you need any help and they have to walk you to the aisle if needed to guide you but today the self checkout lady she refuse to let me go get eggs and she refuse to go get it for me, she was rude and she was wearing Jean's which means she don't even care about kroger's dress policy, otherwise good store to get groceries.

I guess I am realizing there is just two products I will shop at KS for anymore , other than that it always seems like I spend a lot of money for a small amount of groceries , today I bought 2 Kroger salads that were rotten and some cornbread from the bakery that is wet and soggy...The Kroger natural peanut butter is good and a good price and the Simple Truth tart cherry juice is good and priced lower than most brands but still expensive. I will just be stocking up on these two products and doing most of my shopping at a less expensive store from now on.

This is a Kroger family grocery store. It's large, clean, and has a good selection of groceries. It anchors a small strip mall with other food related businesses and restaurants. Restrooms are inside, but need assistance with public entry to keep them clean and not vandalized. Gasoline and diesel fuel are available on the property. The parking is free in a large lot, shared by other businesses.

This store use to be the best store, great customer service, friendly employee's....All of a sudden little by little I have started to notice a change and It is not good! Customer service have went from a 12 to a 3!! What happend??? I do know you need to re-think a few of you hight up employees. One is a lady I believe runs the pick up, she is rude as all get out and has NO customer service edict. You guy are going to start losing lots of business if you don't figure out what you started doing that caused all this!! Just a suggestions!
