The most rude unfriendly if you can call it customer service charged twice tried to make me feel like it was me got mad because I brought it to their attention wanted me to do a return because it was a coupon sale the first lady wouldn't help at all with the digital coupon process some people should not work with others I don't like to complain but I left shaking the way that I was Treated. If they had just taken a few seconds out to there hateful hearts they would have mention that he had frostbite and trying to make sure he kept his foot and workers did there best make that didn't happen.

They let a homeless man live outside by the ice box area. He has all his electrical stuff set up and all his belongings laying out on the sidewalk. Note this is located right near a daycare.

For it being located in a small neighborhood like widefield it is very well behind in upkeep, it’s usually very dirty, cluttered and very recently a constant presence of someone(homeless) always laying outside the store entrance.Unless you are strapped for cash just go somewhere else and avoid this hole, shoot King Supers is just up the road.

I had my hands full and needed to go outside to get a cart. "Dizzy" dropped what she was doing at the counter and offered to get a basket for me outside. She was so kind. I like this location very much because the times I've gone, great customer service!

***** A+ CUSTOMER SERVICE***** at this FAMILY DOLLAR!Today, a manager & cashier went above & beyond. I arrived alone, on crutches with a broken foot. I just needed ice packs, & something cold to drink. I'm not able to manage a cart or basket on my own, so I asked if I could use one of their plastic grocery bags to shop with. The manager, "D", didn't want me to move more than necessary, asked what I needed, found it for me, offered 1 of two cold sodas to choose from, & gave me a reusable family dollar shopping bag to put it all in. (Smart, because now I have my own shopping bag for my next visit.) A very kind, caring cashier even offered to help me to my car. Blessings to you both for looking out for the neighborhood's health and well being. Thank you.

They have homeless living outside by the ice box luthera twenty Seven, where did they go to the bathroom? Where did I eat at who's feeding? My grandson? Can't go there but the walk through home was it's unsafe.It's outside for my grandson to go there

Don't buy any electronics for Christmas presents here!!! This is mostly for corporate. I never had a problem here. But why put out Christmas presents out two months early if you have can't return them after 30 days. We took it apart after hearing this news and the wires aren't even connected.

I don't know about the people who work here, but this store is a liability risk for falls in the store right now. There has been so much inventory scattered all over the place and isles are filled with boxes and you can't safely walk thru its very disorganized. It has been this way for over 3 days which unacceptable for a retail! I guess people don't care or why would they let this continue. If code saw this its not safe for seniors in the community to have isles blocked like this. Where is the manager during this ongoing mess!

For example, the manager working there by the name Disaray Nowak is a com koi plete game changer, she has truly worked hard to whip this DollarStore#3118 into shape”I’m just saying, “ before she was the manager the store was always in a mess unorganized, no prices on items, boxes blocking the entrance into the aisle, yes! This made it very difficult to shop and felt dangerous. However, when Disaray started to manage she changed the store’s energy, she organized the entire store, yes! She, did all of this while training new employees, continued to give excellent customer service, right! And, kept a positive attitude; never complaining, NO! She, is simple the best so I appreciate all the good customer service she has guided her employees to place on a higher level! So, give this young lady a RIASE already if you haven’t. Please take notice of this dedication being given by Raylyn as well! He has always been knowledgeable, very friendly to every customer he comes in contact with, right! He treats everyone the SAME I’ve noticed. So, I thought I might give Raylyn a shoot out! To sum it up, these employees you have; your Company INC had hit the jackpot, yeees!!! Take a note, then edify these two specific employees, okay! 👌 You have two of the best I’ve ever seen In regaurds to other DollarStrore, right! I spent a lot of money over the years in this store #3118, 350 Main St Colorado Springs 80811 for years but after the manager (Sheila)confronted me the way she did I will not go back to that store again. I go back into the store looking for a product that was supposed to be restocked for the 2nd or 3rd time and again it was not there (I did this for 2 weeks) and the last time it really frustrated me, so I walk to another aisle and another product I wanted to buy wasn't there, I told myself out loud "I hate this store" no one was around I don't even know if there were customers in the store and all of the sudden the manager was up in my face it shocked me she was pointing her finger at the front entrance and saying "You don't like my store"? "Then why do you shop here why don't you go somewhere else to shop"?I won't go back again after all the years I have been going.The manager should not have scared me like this.

Since my car broke down I have frequented the store because it is within walking distance. I am in there often to purchase small items when I don't feel like walking further. Today however I learned that they are willing to embarrass you to no end, accuse you of stealing, and ask you to empty your pockets for no reason whatsoever. They even saw me in plain view of employees and customers alike counting the money needed to purchase a bag of sugar. Rather than actually ask me to step aside to speak, they demand I empty out my pockets AFTER I had already bought the item, holding up the entire line behind me. While the cashier was a very nice lady, the other employee who was evidently the more experienced of the two, decided to be as rude as possible about the entire process.I will never shop at this particular store again. I am more than willing to walk further and if need be pay more for something in the future regardless of whether it is rain, snow, or shine.

this place is by far the worst convenience store I have ever stepped foot in from smoke brake managers to degrading employees in front of customers I was in the other day to purchase a few things for the house and talk about a nightmare there was three managers on duty and not one of them could help their one associate named Stephanie working the register with a huge line of customers. and then on top of the laziness of the managers all they wanted to do is degrade the associate named Stephanie working 10 times as hard as the rest of them. I hope these managers get whats coming to them. I hope the higher management will step in because this place is truly unacceptable for the customers and their employees working for those lousy low life a$$wholes that they call their managers

store was unorganized and cluttered ( with the few things they did have. I used the app to clip coupons, they had none or a very small selection of the things that were on sale. I will not be going back to their store.
