Tracy J. In the pharmacy was absolutely amazing and went out of there way to help me collect on a prescription for my dog. She was patient and kind and helped me with getting pet prescription insurance, so I wouldn't have to spend as much money. Absolutely would recommend going through them for any prescription! Thank you Tracy!

I changed my review from a 1 star to a 4. I have never changed a review. Today my husband went to pick up his prescriptions and Rachel greeted him by name, treated him with kindness, and impressed us so much. Rachel, thank you for being so amazing at your job. You went above and beyond.

I Love Walgreens but I have had such bad experiences at this Walgreens. The woman in the pharmacy was literally hitting on my Fiancee while I was standing there pregnant. Very rude. Today wanted to load money The Manager was rude as well as the cashier. Not personable at all. Horrible customer service

I tried to see if my photos were available for pickup. They had to be sent off to another company to be printed because they were disposable cameras. Come to find out they had been shredded months ago. These are the only chance of photos I had of my wedding! There was no order number in my file so we can't call the other company to see if they have any copies! They have no empathy for their customers or they would have called before shredding my wedding photos!

I love that they have a drive-thru pharmacy. Its super helpful when you have kids. Also, I love that they have Apple Pay. So, if I forget my wallet I can just pay from my phone! The store is clean and employees are helpful! Location is great! Easy to get in and out of quickly.

The male cashier was rude. He was extremely distracted in an empty store and I had to repeat myself several times while he still ignored me. He kept touching his mask, pretty sure the defeats the purpose.

I called Walgreens, got an answer was being transferred then disconnected.I called a second time, I was disconnected again.I called the third time and they were two callers ahead of me. I did a while and hung up.I’ll bet you a dollar neither one of those callers have been dropped. not very happy.

They changed their hours. They now work banker's hours. I work out of town and can't get my medicine during their open hours. Will have to change pharmacies to get prescription filled.

Kristen (sp?) in the pharmacy went above and beyond to help my dad get a medication which saves his life, at a price he could afford. Especially during the hysteria of this quarantine, for someone to go out of their way in that manner is breathtaking. I won't forget this!!

I love this pharmacy, they refill early so you never run out of meds even if they have to send a request to my MD. Then on top of that they are always incredibly polite and there is a drive through.

The photo lab has the worse customer service. I spent 20 mins to trying to get photos and apparently their system was down but they didn't bother to say anything or even put up a sign that says that there lab is done.

They do not answer the phone at any walgreens this one is the same, I don't think they have a pharmacist on location

When you try and call them the automated caller keeps telling you the associates are busy with other callers and take to long to wanna wait. I can bet they aren’t on the phones at 8pm

Long lines way understaffed and they don't even answer their phone. I was on hold twice for about 45 minutes and then they just hung up.
