I stopped in this Family Dollar the day before Christmas this year because although I’d done my Christmas shopping early, I realized I hadn’t wrapped a single present.The store was busy, but I spoke with two different employees who were friendly & helpful.One of the kids even suggested a bunch of stocking stuffers & the chocolate covered cashews he suggested were as good as any I’ve spent more money on. Delicious!They had a much larger selection than I expected & it was a pleasant surprise to chat with such friendly & helpful staff!I’ll be back! This place is great!

Extremely unsafe place for customers!I went in for less than 2 minutes, and two thieves tried to cut the cable locking up my electric bike with large bolt cutters. This business doesn't have any exterior cameras...This creates an unsafe place for customers to shop, and opens up Family Dollar for massive liability risks.If they had invested in exterior cameras to protect their customers and their business, these two thieves would have been found and arrested, but instead, they clearly know Family Dollar is a good place to take advantage of people.For your personal safety, I encourage you to stay away from this business.

It's like a supercenter with discount prices lots of neat things in there not everything's a Dollar but if there's something you need there's a good chance you're going to find it there at lower than Walmart prices. I scored a sweet deep fryer for 25 bucks better than any fryer I've ever had. Definitely worth checking out the store.

This store is close to me and I have been going there quite often especially since they seem to be having items in stock that other big chain stores don't have. I'm giving the store a one star because I brought back an item and I had my receipt and it was a manager who did my return and I found him extremely rude and disrespectful. I used my refund to purchase more items, I should have kept the money and gone to a different store, and as he was ringing me up he was horrible at customer service his attitude was offensive and I won't spend money at a store that pays the salary of a manager who lacks customer service and is disrespectful and rude towards their customers, therefore, I will not be returning to his store.

It was a pleasant shopping experience. The store could have been more cleaned up. Their clothes section was a mess. Clothes on the floor and it was so packed with clothes you couldn't even look at it.The store was a bit cleaned up.

Twice now I’ve gone to buy hair products but 75% of the products are for African American hair. I think its great if you carry both but there are almost no products for caucasian hair. Its especially interesting since this area has few african americans living here. Anyway I would appreciate you having a nice selection for both. Thank you

Normally I'd shop at the one on 30 and patterson (They're the best) but this one was on the way home so we decided to stop there tonight. The big girl with red hair was the absolute worst! She has no customer service skills at all. I definitely won't be going back and I'll be sure to let my friends know as well.

The clothing section was very torn apart, clothes shoved into each other, couldn't really look though cause everything was falling off hangers.

This is a newer store, its clean and stocked full of all kinds of good deals! They have things you cant find at other stores for great prices. There is allways a seasonal section with cool finds and great party supplies and great decorations and the uasall housewares.

The cashiers here are rude. They don't acknowledge you and say nothing as you're leaving. They roll their eyes and get frustrated when you ask them anything. The people at Wal-Mart are even nicer than these people.

Family Dollar close to my home but only go when I need one thing or two and only occasionally. They have a good variety of stuff but kind of dingy inside. Always a different cashier. Goes through lots of help.
