Horrible! I’d say awful customer service, but they have ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, so…. I ordered several items from them and paid for expedited shipping. It took them over a week to process my order, which turned my three day shipping into over 10 days. Once I received the package, the box had been so poorly taped shut (one flimsy strip of tape across a previously used box) that it had come open in transport, and I only received one type of item out of the 20+ things I ordered. Furious!!! I paid a lot of money to not have my items shipped in a timely manner, and to not receive most of my order, and what was in there was damaged. They do not answer their phone, so the only option you have is to leave a message which they do not return. You can email them, but again, they do not return emails. And you can DM them on FB, but yet again no response… I will NEVER use this “company” again, and based off of my experience I would recommend you steer clear to! Just read the numerous BAD REVIEWS below…

Warning. Do not buy anything from this supposed company. They charge on Venmo so you can't get your money back and they do not have any customer service..i just got scammed for a priority 2 day shipping for a small item. Wasted 45 minutes on hold with postal service and was informed that the tracking number is for some bulk shipment that the postal service hasn't received from them. That is 4 days after I placed my order and paid an extra $10 in express shipping. I have no product or recourse for getting back my money.

Absolutely love this company. I’ve purchased from them probably 10 times now, and they’re always so helpful with any questions I have. My orders are always ready super quickly, and the quality has never disappointed me.

Service was prompt and item arrived within a few days! Can't ask for more. The instructions for assembling the tattoo pen were a bit too scant for me, but with help from an experienced friend over Messenger and a bit of work, it got assembled and is working!

I ordered Toltrazuril from this company because they dangled the FedEx 2 day shipping carrot, which I desperately needed for a sick puppy. I paid the hefty $31 shipping fee and then waited...waited and waited. I finally got a shipping notification from them to be delivered 6 DAYS LATER!! Totally uncacceptable and unprofessional of a business to promote 2 day delivery, charge you for it and then don't fufill it. Won't do business again with this company and wouldn't recommend them at all!

I ordered toltrazuril and it was sent with no icepack even though it was over 100 degrees out. Anyone whom uses toltrazuril knows it needs to be cooled. I used it twice and fecal results remained the same. Spent over $50 for it and over $100 for the extra fecal tests. My rescue has ordered from them in the past no problems but when I contacted them they said they would send a replacement and never did. Really disappointed.

I ordered the size large replacement floors for the metal nesting boxes I have (petlodge/little giant 10x18). They are really snug but still fit. Super fast delivery! I am happy with my purchase and am so glad I was able to find a great source (and good price!) for these replacement floors since the original manufacturer doesn't offer replacement parts. Saved me from having to buy a new nesting box. Thanks AllThingsBunnies!
