THE ENTIRE HOTEL REEKS OF CAT URINE AND HEAVY FRAGRANCE TRYING TO MASK IT.I picked this hotel based on the Google reviews and sadly many of the positive reviews are fake. You can tell because they come in batches and the reviewers have left only a few reviews in their entire life! That's a fake account. I've stayed in many hotels and no way a hotel like this would rate higher than 3 stars on Google.The front desk staff are friendly and I rate them 5/5, but the hotel itself is very dated and looks nothing like the heavily filtered and doctored photos on Google.The hotel smells *bad bad bad* and has triggered my allergies, yet they provide less than one roll of toilet paper and no tissues! The mattress is so old and hard as a rock and they are stingy with the bath towels as well. I am sleeping with the window open in cold weather because I cannot tolerate the offensive odor in my room.This place needs a gut rehab or maybe even demolition based on what is causing the harsh and probably unsanitary odors. I also noticed that instead of fixing a rusty drain assembly they painted it white. That's not even an expensive or hard repair.I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone. And I DO NOT support businesses who buy or solicit fake reviews. I was desperate to find a hotel, but because of my allergies I would have been better off sleeping in my vehicle.

Stayed for 3 nights after the driveshaft broke on our vehicle. Best rate in town, they also gave a little discount due to our stressful situation.Clean rooms and nice couple running the motel.Not bad at all for the price and it's in the BEST location. Food and grocery just across the street.Rooms: Clean and not bad for price!Walkability: Directly across from Safeway, Arby's & McD's, a coffee shop, local restaurant, and gas station!

Not sure what was happening in Eastern Colorado the night we passed through but after a half dozen motels were full we were pretty desperate. Stay Inn had exactly one room left due to a cancellation. As others have mentioned, the staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Donuts and cereal for breakfast but the coffee was pretty decent as far as roadside motels go. Overall I had nothing to complain about ❤️

Not worth the $250 we spent. We were there for 1 night with 2 rooms and 4 dogs and it absolutely was not worth it. There was a hole in the bathroom door, metal fixtures were rusty, ac didn’t work, hadn’t been updated since the 80’s, the only nice thing there was the lady at the front desk. It was hard to find, walls were extremely thin, we could hear people walking around upstairs and the TV from someone on our floor. There was also thorns everywhere, my dogs ended up with them in their feet, there was no where for them to really go to the bathroom, other than a tiny strip of grass, despite the listing saying there was an off leash dog area on the property. 0/10 would not recommend.

This place is clean and has very friendly and welcoming service. They take good care of their facilities, even though it is a little older than some other places. The prices are excellent. Supporting a small business owner like this is important. She works so hard and wants to make her customers feel welcome and safe. Please stop here if you are in the area. You will definitely come away rested.

Great no-frills motel to get some rest after a long day of driving. The owners are very nice and the rooms are clean.The indoor hallways kept flies out of the rooms, unlike some other motels in the area.

My wife and I are on a road trip and moving to another state, and we were concerned about someone breaking into our SUV or trailer. The owner has cameras around the entire perimeter, and he allowed us to park our vehicle and trailer in front of the front office as added security.We feel very secure here, everything is under lock and key and the owner is very attentive and kind. I wish we were staying more than one night because it's a great hotel. Sound proof, no strange smells in the rooms, our 1.5 year old baby is happy and we're happy. All the stress from our trip has melted away even though we were exhausted when we first arrived.

Someone must be paying people to write these reviews because this place is a dump. We paid $86 after tax to stay here with a dog after they quoted $79 on the phone due to the $20 pet fee and there isn’t even a place to walk a dog. They also make you stay on the first floor when you have a dog which feels unsafe since the window latch is barely hanging on to lock it. In addition to that, the room door chain lock was broken and the back door to the hotel lock was broken as well. Makes you wonder what goes on here. This place needs some serious up keep. The bath tub laminate is peeling and flaking into the tub and there was dirt all over the place. The bed is so uncomfortable you have to toss and turn to avoid getting bruises because it is so stiff with no mattress pad. The TV is also blurry, sound muffled and would randomly jump to another channel. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

We have stayed here for almost a week now an the staff is very friendly an understanding. First couple days was a little bit rough but now that we have been here a few days they have kinda warmed up to us an our last minute choices. We're very understanding about our situation that is going on. Rooms are perfect for this last minute choices An we appreciate them very much as we checkout Saturday.. we will definitely stay here again if needed to stay somewhere

Though the room was a bit dated, it was huge and very comfortable! The lady at the desk was VERY nice and helpful when we got there late because our car broke down, and she gave us an excellent price. She was also patient on the phone through bad reception while I was booking and had a card mixup. The shower head was a bit low even for me, not to mention my dad and brother, but can't beat this hotel experience for the price!

They must put in their own reviews because it rated 4 stars more than deserves. No heat or air conditioning; darn thing just didn't work. Lucky the window opened and weather was good. Then the tub wouldn't drain so you stand in 3 inches of water. Also wanted to argue price after we had booked. The lady was sweet and had a good sense of humor when my husband pushed for any kind of extra discount. Beware they are remodeling the lobby so no breakfast but she said they have coffee.

Ok, so the hotel itself was fine so I’m not going to ding their rating, but I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR DOGS because there is no safe place to walk them. The one grassy area had thorny brambles that got stuck in my poor dog’s paws (that was fun…) and the other area was just the brambles with no grass.

The owners were very nice, down home couple. Treated me and my family like family. The rooms were clean, the price is amazing. We enjoyed our stay at Burlington Stay Inn. I would differently stay again. If you are looking for a place to stay while in Burlington, Colorado, you will not go wrong by picking Burlington Stay Inn.
