Visited this place before it was opened and helped install the sod around the grounds. Was one of the very first people to eat at the subway long before it opened. The facility is quite nice and got to meet the one of the contractors who built it. Bathrooms were built nice and had point of service hot water at the sinks which was super nice!

Men's restroom is all touchless including now bathroom entrance door. Has paper towels and air dryers. Women's restroom is touchless minus the entrance door which is pull to open and push to exit. Bathrooms are generally clean and sanitary.

Except for the water conditioner in the showers. The store itself is actually pretty nice. However, I didn't get her name. But, the racist, white haired woman working the fuel desk should be fired. That is, unless Love's itself wants to be known by/for the caliber of it's employees. I will personally be trying to avoid this particular store like the plague. I will also be informing my company and every driver of color that I meet to also avoid this one particular store. It's 2024! I'm a veteran that has served my country with distinction and I will not allow people like this to go unpunished.

Just writing to thank the cashier who expressed concern at our continuing to travel on Christmas Eve towards Denver. He alerted me to the fact that there were even more accidents on the road west from there than there were east (where we saw 3 overturned tractor-trailers). Thankfully we had the resources to get a last minute room at a hotel across the street. Grateful we did.In addition to that: a decent rest stop. Clean restrooms. Good selection at the shop. Pleasant people.

What an amazing Love's in Burlington!! I enjoy going into Love's with my refill cup saying, Honey I'm home! Charles and Cisco responded with the traditional "welcome to Love's" letting me know I 'could feel at home' here. I wholeheartedly recommend this location! Thanks, guys!

Very well lit at night, which is always a good thing! Very well maintained on the outside. They even have a dog park! Everything is well stocked and tidy on the inside. The showers are awesome! Great water pressure and super huge! The staff was friendly and welcoming. Will most definitely visit again!

Staff was great and they have some handy folks on staff. They unlocked my vehicle in the cold after I forgot my keys.I had just purchased a new f150 and had braved the snow between Denver and Burlington. Jumped out to clean off ice and get some coffee around 9pm. Hit the lock button as I crawled out like normal and immediately remembered I hadn't set the code. Keys were locked in the Truck, that was a first for me. It's 9pm, 28*, and I'm in Burlington... I thought there was no hope. I walked in and asked if they knew a local locksmith. The clerk made a phone call and said someone in the tire shop had some tools and he could open it for me. In 10 minutes he had me back in my truck! What could have been a long night turned into a funny story. I forgot to get everybody's name, but this was December 13th around 9pm. Everyone I interacted with was great!Thank you!

Decent amount of parking and a good spot with long parking spots for cars towing trailers. The Carls Jr. there is the fastest CJ I’ve ever been to!The dog park isn’t great but any fenced in area for our dogs works for me!

Great gas station. The pumps are clean, the stores are clean, the restrooms are also clean. Gas price at this station is quite normal. Many snacks, drinks, souvenirs, and automotive products are sold on the store.

Shop took great care of my coolant leak.But guy parked in front of me decided that he should use parking lot instead of restroom where he was in plane view of about 6-8 trucks 1 of the trucks had a woman & child that got exposed to his neglectful behavior which he exposed him self to the world.The shop called Burlington city police but he had already left but from the photo he filed a report and was able to run the trailer tag number *OKLAHOMA BY3482* & it came back to a company out of Denver under the name *Coming Again Coming Soon Inc*Mgr of shop hope he stops there again so he can call city officers back to great him😄

Nice gas station, huge selection of food inside, as well as some of the weirdest clothes and accessories out there. Good gas prices and friendly staff. Clean bathrooms, and plenty of parking.Everything smells like poop though.

Very nice loves to get into, reason for 4 stars is no Laundry for a Truck stop you’d think they’d have basic amenities for drivers but I guess not nonetheless good stop

This Love's location and it shows.The store and bathrooms are very clean.The food and drink selections are plentiful and you can get whatever you need here,everything is delicious(chicken tenders is juicy and crispy). They had water to clean the windshields and new sponge.They are very good staff.

I have never given loves a one star review ever This is the worst shop I've ever been to I have diamond status i always fuel and always have my truck serviced @loves never againCorporate really needs to get into this shop. Being a fairly new dog mom, I was excited to see this dog park at a gas station. Brilliant idea! Too bad people cannot clean up after their dogs though. Sad how disrespectful so many people are.This gas station was packed! Right off the interstate.. I did not need to go in, so no reviews there. Carl Junior drive through was wonderful. Very happy to have vegetarian options,especially the beyond burgers.

Walked in for a tire repair, Andy witt the shop manager took me in right away and checked the issue I had and in no time I was in bay technician skyla took over and I was out in less than an hour, very cool, knowledgeable, respectfully and professional guys at the shop,I will come back more and would recommend anyone to stop by for any maintenance issue.

My ‘86 RV broke down in Burlington while moving my daughter & 5 mos old grandbaby across the country, oil pouring out from underneath.The guys at Loves were amazing! They helped when no one else in Burlington would - especially Shane who diagnosed and fixed the oil problem (busted flow sensor) & broken fuel pump to get it purring like a kitten & back on the road the next day.Made it to Philly on schedule, a true miracle! Thanks Loves!!!

Stopped at Loves for the night with our 5 dogs and was excited to see a dog park, until we realized it’s 95% stickers. The best grass was right by the gate. We found lots of stickers in our camper the next morning. The store itself was clean and Carl’s JR hit the spot with their loaded burrito and vanilla cold brew.

Pulled in to get a tire fixed and we've been sitting for several hours waiting for a fuel spill to be cleaned up. Another driver decided not to listen when told to move his truck because his fuel was leaking now they are having him clean it and every 10 minutes he takes a 45 minute break.

Not the best experience today. The were cleaning both restrooms when we got there. The woman cleaning the female bathroom had her phone on speaker while cleaning and it was echoing off the walls. It was loud and annoying. The guy cleans the male bathroom told my husband he doesn't clean floors so the trash on the floors stayed. The only good about the visit was Carl Jr's was clean and the food was great!

Pulled into this loves on our way from Utah to Missouri. Hit a dead coyote and had some minor damage on our car. Needed to remove a protective metal that sheet that was rubbing the ground. The staff here was so kind and amazing. Asking if they sold screw drivers or wrenches. And instead being guided to items to buy I was partnered with Skyler a tech in the Truck Care under the direction of Andy Wltt. Where the damaged item was removed for us and allowed us to get back on the road safely and quickly. I was so impressed with the tech and gas station staff. Definitely felt the “LOVE.”

Very clean truck stop, inside and out. It was nice to see someone cleaning the entrance/exit doors this morning. Some gas stations look like they haven’t been cleaned since the Raegan administration.
