We used Grants a number of years ago. He did some fair work and some not fair work. Overall he is pretty nice and we think his prices were reasonable. We no longer live in the area and have found a great shop with a certified mechanic who does super work.Reviews are subjective to your own experience. Grant himself gets a 3 stars out of 5. His work gets a 4/5. He is just a small town shop trying to make ends meet with a large overhead shop. When he does you a favor and charges you nothing its worth noting.

Doing a 6k mile cross country trip with wife, kid, and two dogs when our brake line went getting ready to get back in highway. Grant took in my car and diagnosed it was my brake line and other one needed replaced as well. He replaced both and the caliper since air wouldn’t bleed from the lines. (Rare 17 year old car) and being small town it understandably isn’t easy to get parts so we got hotel for the night and he had it ready for me 9am the next morning. Can’t explain how much of a HUGE life saver he was. I truly appriciate the service. Was going to leave a review when we got home but it’s been a couple days and can’t stop thinking about how grateful I am. Here’s some photos of our trip since your help! Thanks again! 🙏

I had such a great experience with this shop. I was traveling home to Missouri from Colorado Springs and had some major car trouble about 5 miles from Burlington and my car went into limp mode. Grant’s Garage was recommended to me by another mechanic that was unable to work on my Volkswagen. They were able to look at my car and correctly diagnose the problem very quickly. It took a couple of days to get the part since it had to be shipped. As soon as the part arrived, someone came and got my car and then dropped it off again when it was fixed. I was able to make it 700 miles home without any additional problems.Every single person who I interacted with at this shop was wonderful and the price was more than fair.Thank you so much for everything!

My GMC started making concerning sounds on I 70 outside of Seibert Colorado. After searching for automotive services near me and oil change near me and garage near me.... I was so fortunate to find a meachanic shop (Grant's Garage) who could fix my car repair at the last minute. I'm convinced that if it was a chevy or chevrolet repair or a ford repair that Grant and his team would have done serviced the car and made it road worthy. These mechanics and car repair technicians, wt this Burlington automotive shop, is just what needed. They got me back on the road as quick as possible. Recommend for anyone traveling or living in this area. And the best part? He charged a fair and reasonable price.

We had a road incident while traveling across country and became stranded on the highway. With help from a state trooper and sheriff's deputy we were able to make our way to Grant's Garage for a temporary fix. Grant was super accommodating; his suggested repair not only made our car drivable for the next leg of our journey but also looking almost new again. We are so grateful we found a reputable, and reasonably priced, shop owner!

Great shop. Honest and fair pricing!A/C stopping working on a long, hot road trip with our bulldog. This would have been a dangerous situation for the dog, so we had to stop and get the situation resolved. Grant got us diagnosed, explained our options succinctly without any pressure, offered an accurate and fair estimate for the repair cost and time line. We were headed home from family vacation and the check battery light came on. After googling, we quickly realized there was probably a serious issue with the car. We pulled into Burlington, the first town we came to, and went to a parts store to have the alternator tested. It turned out we needed a new alternator and by some miracle, Grant, at Grant’s garage was recommended to us. He was extremely kind and understanding and fixed the issue within an hour and a half. Similar to others here we pulled in from I70 on our way to DenverF150 pulling a trailer and engine light on and rough running engine…. I was fearing the worstWithin 5 minutes Grant had diagnosed the problem as cylinder 5 misfire90 min later with new plugs installed we were on our way.But that’s not the best of it. Broke down on I-70 with a failed CV axel on a Saturday when small town specialty shops are closed. It didn't take long to accumulate the referrals for Grant's Garage from friendly Burlington locals and family friends over 400-miles away. The tow truck driver agreed with us upon his arrival that Grant's Garage was the best location. We dropped off the truck in front of the shop and left a phone and email message for the mechanic(s) for when they resumed business the following Monday. They immediately return a phone call and guaranteed to have the truck fixed before I could return a week later. Not only did they repair the truck as promise, but the price was affordable and the customer service was top notch. This shop has a ton of integrity as it was unbelievably fair and reasonable despite the situation (limited options). I would refer all friends, family, and broken down motorists near Burlington, Colorado to this shop. You can trust this shop and their employees to handle the repairs giving you peace and mind and addition time to find an alternative mode of transportation since there are no rentals cars near there to date. We broke down out of town and got a tow to Grants garage. We got there as they were closing and Grant new we had no way to get home. He stuck out the freezing rain after hours with me and helped me fix our car so we could get home. He went way out of his way to help us. He even called someone at NAPA to come after hours to get a part and drove me all around getting parts. Not many people would have done this. Last Sunday my husband and I were traveling from our home town of Topeka, KS to Estes Park on Interstate 70, when just about 2 miles east Burlington we lost our Fuel Pump. We were able to limp it on into Burlington, CO where we stopped at O'Reilly Auto Parts and ask an Employee of theirs if she could recommend a Mechanic that could help us out. She told us about Grants Garage. We found us a Hotel, called Grant's and left a Voicemail as to our dilemma! We were parked in front of their door at opening the Monday morning, spoke to Grant and he assured us that he would have it ready to go 2 hours, to go eat some breakfast and he would call us or we could stop back by. We walked to the VFW (Also very good food and wonderful service). We walked back up the Grants to check in on the truck and it was done as he said in be in less than 2 hours. We recommend Grants Garage for all of your Automotive needs!!!!! Fast, courteous, respectful Service!!! They get all 5 stars from us. Thank you Grants Garage for getting us back in our way!!!!

I have been going to Grant since 2017. The service is great and the prices are very fair. Grant and his team have done quite a bit of work on my car, from routine oil changes to brakes to battery replacements to a new alternator. He is a busy guy but has always worked me in and got me up and running way sooner than expected. My alternator gave out and fried my battery the last trip in, and I paid to have it towed seventy miles to Grant’s even though there were other mechanics along the way because I trust his work. No upselling and very honest. Finding an honest and reliable mechanic is always challenging. I could not recommend Grant's garage more.I took my van to Grant's Garage on multiple occasions for oil changes and miscellaneous repairs on the door and other parts that the dealer was quoting $200+ on. Grant was always able to fix the misc. issues that I had and completed the work faster and WAY under the dealer's quotes. Grant is honest, friendly, and I would trust him with any of my vehicles. We were on our way from Jackson Hole, WY to our home in Birmingham AL when we started having some serious engine issues In Colorado. We had a hotel reserved in Burlington, so we googled auto repair places in town. Grant’s Garage came up with great reviews so we checked into our hotel and rushed over there at 15 mins til 5pm on a Friday evening. They had a 5 pm close time. I cannot stress enough how wonderful this shop was to us. We were worried that we would be stranded in Burlington until Monday. Grant was so empathetic, kind, honest and most importantly EXTREMELY knowledgeable about cars. He pinpointed our problem immediately, got the part we needed delivered to his shop in short order and had us ready to go within an hour and a half....staying beyond his close time, on a Friday evening, to get us fixed up. We were traveling on I-70 toward Denver when the check engine light came on and the truck started losing power. Pulled into Burlington CO and figured we were in luck because there was a Ford dealership. WRONG! The receptionist was rude and said there was no way they'd be able to even look at it because they were booked out for a week! She did suggest a shop but we didn't trust her!Went to O'Riley auto parts to see if they could put it on the diagnostic and the guy there suggested Grant's Garage! GAME CHANGER!! Grant came right out, did the diagnostic, said it was a miss firing plug and probably coil. He showed us a spot we could drop our trailer for a while and took the truck right in! He was pretty busy but still managed to get us on back on the road in under 3 hours from when we pulled off! Such a great guy, with amazing customer service! And the office of the garage is beautiful! Custom finished by his Uncle Steve (who we met, and he was just as nice! )HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

On my way out of Denver heading to MO a couple days ago when my car started having a coolant issue, and I broke down about 20 miles away from Grant's Garage. Got a tow to their front door, and I have to say it is probably one of the cleanest, most family friendly auto shop I've ever been in, they even allowed my dog to hang out inside with us.They got my car in right when we got there. They did everything they could to get us back on the road as soon as possible. A radiator for my car was going to take a little longer to come in, so we had to stay a night. They went out of their ways to help us, and Grants Wife gave me and my daughter a ride to a nearby hotel, helping us grab things out of the car and even letting our dog ride in their truck. They called me the next morning as soon as my car was done and told me they were on their way to get us, they even picked me up in my own car so I could load the couple of things I brought with us to the hotel.If you happen to have car troubles in the area, I would recommend you look up Grants Garage!

Incredibly helpful and professional! I had a code thrown for a known but newer issue in Kansas on my way to California, called Grant at 4pm one day and he had me fixed up and out of the garage by 9am the next day! Our sons car broke down on I 70 and was towed to Grant’s last Sunday evening. Everything my son owned was in his car and we were nervous to have to leave it. We called Grant and left a message that the car would be there on Monday morning. Grant called us right away on Monday and looked at the car. Unfortunately the car was not repairable, but all of our sons things were safe and sound and Grant was so kind and professional! I mostly appreciated that when I came to pick up the car he assumed I knew about cars and didn’t talk to me like I didn’t. Even though I do not! Hahahahaha. Women appreciate that! I would drive from Colorado Springs to have Grant work on our cars.
