Location is great. Very walkable to anything you need. Grocery store is steps away.Beds are a bit hard but some people like that.I’d say for what it is, it was overpriced. It was the same price as a best western etc with less updates and amenities.Overall a good stay for a night off the road though.Clean, quiet, right off the interstate and food/grocery in walking distance.Also pet friendly which is a big plus.Would stay here again.

Google said it was $52 for a room and since the reviews were comparable we thought we would catch a deal.It was actually $80 so that was disappointing but not the hotel's fault.When we got to our room, there was a questionable fresh stain on the bed spread that looked like semen. When we pulled the sheet back there were multiple black hairs on the sleeping sheet. That was very gross. Because there were two queens, we used the other one.Would rate the cleanliness pretty low.

Needed a place while "🎶we're motorin'!🎵"(Get it?)Got there at 1 am, they got me a room really quick, which was nice with kids sleeping in the car.Room was very neat, clean, and updated.Heater worked nicely.Got on the road early the next morning and missed the breakfast time so can't comment on that.Would definitely stay here againRooms: Clean and nice

The kids loved staying at this high value for your dollar Inn. It is not fancy but it was super clean. The kids were delighted(pun intended) with the bathroom mirrors.Rooms: Clean, efficient, bright.Great experience.Walkability: Easy walk to restaurants close by.

Stopped here on the drive from Colorado to Kentucky because of good reviews and it didn't disappoint! Don't let outside discourage you. Very clean and comfortable. Great parking right in front of your room. Mattress and pillows are very good. Perfect shower. We got upgraded to a bigger room without even asking. Right off I70 with grocery store and few restaurants next door. Cheaper and better than surrounding chains hotels.

This place was wonderful. The room was very nice and clean with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was complimentary and included the usual cereals, fruits, juices, and yogurt, as well as an immaculately clean waffle-making machine. Unlike the ones found at many higher priced places, this waffle machine was completely spotless and made for easy use without the issue of the waffle sticking and burning.The Chaparral Motor Inn was by far the least expensive and nicest lodging for the price on our trip across the western US. We were very pleased and will definitely return when in the area.

The room was stylish, clean, and comfortable. It looked like it had been recently renovated. Staff were prompt, professional, and friendly. Easy access to highway but no highway noise. There's an electric vehicle charging station available onsite. There's a McDonald's directly across the street and a Safeway grocery store at the edge of the parking lot. The price for my stay was excellent!

Lovely hosts, were there for our late check in. They hurried our check in so we could get to the restaurant they recommended before closing. It is a motel, but in the rooms the beds were comfortable and everything was clean and well presented. Complimentary breakfast was yum with fruit, cereal, donuts and make your own waffles. Yum!

This place is a delight. It's an old motor inn, but the rooms have been totally renovated and are scrupulously clean and modern. The staff is truly pleasant and helpful. The many good reviews are why we decided to stay, and I wanted to add another one. I'll stay again if the opportunity arises.Nearby activities: If you want a gourmet meal, eat at the Dish Room just up the road. Not inexpensive, but first class dining.

Friendly and very quick check-in, friendly check out. Room was great for the price. Plenty of parking, you can get a vehicle and trailer in there if needed. Bed was comfortable, shower was great, room was clean. They do offer a light breakfast, but once we walk through the door to get something, we immediately turned around. Not sure how to explain this, having traveled overseas many times, the smell in the lobby, check-in area and all throughout that building was overwhelmingly a European food smell, when I recognize from Turkey or India. Having been to both countries numerous times and stayed there very often, it was that type of smell which we are definitely not used to so we could not even stand in there very long because it was completely overwhelming and permeated our clothes. I can't fault anyone for that, the people who run it probably live there also and cook their food inside that building which is their business. But definitely an overwhelmingly different smell. We went somewhere else to get breakfast.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was great--clean, no weird smells, and warm even in -10 degree weather. The updates were lovely and the sink was very cool. The shower was hot and had great pressure. The bed had a memory foam mattress and we slept so well. It's family-run and they are a kind, helpful bunch. Dogs were allowed, too!

I usually do not take time to write a review on any business but this chaparral motor inn has been an amazing stay with this area being limited to many things. The hotel owner's/ employees have been very welcoming. Place is clean property is very well kept. Everytime I walk past a hotel employee they greet me and make sure all is good... I was very impressed with this hotel and will be staying again when traveling thru the area.

I am reviwer myself so checked their review on Priceline. Their review and the price were great so I booked. The owner greeted us. He and his family? were very friendly. The room was clean. AC worked great. No microwave in the room but they have it in the breakfast room. They serve coffee, juices, toast, cereal, woffle and more! Free ice, too. I got to mention that they take care of their lawn. I thought it was artificial first. What that tells you, they keep the Inn CLEAN! And Safeway is right next door
