Rude staff. Came in 20 minutes before they closed and got stared at and attitudes. I don’t normally go into stores when they’re close to closing but it’s not like we came in at 7:59. Still bought stuff and was out as quick as possible.. just disappointed by the way we were treated when you’re still open until 8 and we were out before 8.

I called 15 minutes ago and asked how much they charge for a propane refill. The woman on the phone said $3.49 per gallon, I thanked her and said I'd see them shortly. I haul *** over here as they are getting ready to close and I urgently need propane. I get here with about 15 minutes to close and tell them I need someone at the gate to help with a propane refill, it's AT THIS POINT that I am told they don't have any propane to sell, their tank is empty. It baffles me as to why I was not told of this on the phone when I said I'd see them shortly, IF I HAD BEEN then I could have made it to the Lafayette store before they closed and gotten what I urgently need, but now my family and I are screwed. Not coming to this location again, very very bad service.

Iv been shopping at this store for quite sometime and never had an issue with their price matching until today. They refused to match LOWES stating they only match “ACE and Bomgaars”. It’s printed in big red letters on the south wall “we match any local competitor price” Lowe’s is about 4 miles from this location that’s local if you ask me! On their website it says they will match locals and online except Amazon marketplace and EBay. It also says the item must not be on sale, clearance, or coupon which the item I requested to price match was none of those. It further stipulates the item must be in stock which it was at the time I requested the price match.After I left the store I called the customer service line who told me the stores can choose which item they want to price match. This hardly seems fair if the website is clear about how the price match works they should honor their own website. Geez. I Likely will not be back to this store as the price was 250% higher than Lowe’s.

Disappointed that some fat dude named Alex threw every excuse in the book at me to not fill my propane. I've been filled after dark many times by Rodney who is a good guy but Alex is trash and a cry baby. I'll be filing a formal complaint about his rudeness with the head office as well as never shopping for propane or anything else here ever again. Permanently lost my business. Absolutely trash company. Avoid at all costs

My kids know this as the peep store. Always had what we need and always had answers. We run a rescue for primarily poultry and they are our go to.To the staff of this store as a prior manager of a retail outlet you are an amazing and wonderful team, your customer service is delightful because it comes from bonds we build. It's because of this hometown feeling here I will keep driving 40 mins to here. I wouldn't trade my monthly trips for the world.

I just wanted to reach out because the people at Brighton Colorado location made my day. They were so amazing. Ester was my cashier and I have gone in a couple of times the past week with her there and every single time she makes me laugh. Tonight I also got help from a gentleman named Scott. And he was just as funny and amazing. They were both joking around with me, and so helpful. But more importantly, it felt genuine. This is by far my favorite store for feed. And I am even closer to other feed stores. But I will go out of my way to shop there just because the stuff is amazing. I know most of the time people only reach out to complain. So I wanted to make it a point to give kudos. They truly deserve it.

Pam’s friendliness floats all around her—-sweet lady and beautiful smile!! Steve is friendly & doesn’t mind helping customers despite the weather. Was here to get chicks and had a terrible experience. 3 staff on hand. The cashier was very rude to me and my family. They also would not sell us 2 chicks even though they only had 6 left. They say a 4 chick minimum so there enevitably would have been 2 chicks left. Unprofessional. Rude. And honestly kinda mean. Will take my business elsewhere!

So much cool stuff. Love the spring when they get all the nice things for the yards. Went back for some metal rockers and they were gone. Things go fast so we advise if you see it and like it, get it. It may be gone when you go back.

We tried to spend over $1000 on a safe or two today. Couldn't get help for over half an hour. Talked to someone who said they'd come help, they didn't. There was three people at the front of the store who couldn't be bothered to help either. We walked out, still barely got acknowledged and we are spending our money elsewhere. This is the second time I've been in to this store and second time I've gotten awful customer service. We won't be back.

Called ahead of time to make sure they had propane to refill my tanks. They assured me they did. Ounce I got there I asked who could help me with the propane and I got a sarcastic “No One can help, we’re out” I ask if they where serious and they guy replied with a “Dude we run out all the time” Waisted call, waisted trip

Scott the manager is amazing, our daughters friend dropped her air pods in McDonald's bag unknowingly and we threw it in the trash. We tracked them to the store and called. Scott was so kind to go threw the trash and found them. Not to many people would go that distance. Thanks Scott.

Bought a 40 gallon pull behind sprayer. Got the unit home and began testing as recommended per instructions. Looking over the unit find that unit was not properly hooked up with the hoses. Reached out to the store manager Britney, she informed me the pull was stolen and that a pump from the store was put on. I inquired why wasn’t it hooked up properly and tested to ensure the $730 sprayer was going to work properly. She had no response other than bring it in and they can piece it together with parts on the store. Drove 30 minutes back to the store, the person who tried to help me was frazzled as it’s obvious they are understaffed and very busy. After waiting 30 minutes to find the parts they did not have them. I returned the sprayer. The lack of customer service and consideration from the manager was appalling. I will not return to TSC, I have wasted 3 hours total of my day today for what I thought would be a high quality purchase to get what I paid for. Buyers beware.

I really like Tractor Supply but this store has always let me down. They don't have the same inventory as other stores and the customer service is not willing to help you find answers.The last straw was when they canceled my in-store pickup up order. I would be fine with if they said that there wasn't enough inventory but they had the audacity to lie that I called to cancel the order.Save yourself a trip and shop at the Lafayette store.

Staff needs better training. I ordered an item online on Black Friday and opted to pick it up at the store. It was delivered to the store a week later according to the tracking. The emails you receive specifically say to wait to pick it up until you receive an email saying so, the "Arrived/Delivered" email isn't enough. So I waited about a week and called the store to ask when I could pick it up. I was told it hasn't arrived, nobody knows what's going on, and that I should wait for the confusing emails to say to come pick it up. So I wait almost another 3 weeks and just drop by the store to see if I can pick it up. I walk in and ask about it, saying that I've called and been patiently waiting for an email, and am greeted with a snooty "We've been waiting, nobody has called about it and I have no control over the emails." The employee takes me back to a computer to sign for it and they start tapping away at their computer and my phone buzzes with an email from Tractor Supply saying my order is ready for pick up. No, that isn't coincidence. They don't know that they have work on their end to have the emails sent out so customers can come pick up their orders.Reason for two stars and not one is that the guy in the back running the fork lift was pleasant to work with. If not for him, this would be a 1-star review.

Store manager is out of control, thinks the on line store and in store are two separate companies, could not take off the shelf the EXACT same product and price I ordered and said "it did not come in therefore you have to wait until it does come in" Basically started yelling at me that I had to pay for it if I take it off the shelf, she would not even look at the email saying it was received just ranted about two separate companies. Don't shop here, and don't ever do an online order and pick up at this store!!!

Called to see if they had hay and a gentleman was very nice over the phone actually went out to see and they had 3 bales. We go in MAYBE 30-40 minutes after we called and get to the front and told the cashier we had called a bit ago about hay and she insisted they had been our for a week. When we were there no one bothered to go look outside. We went out where they keep the hay and had found the three bales the gentleman said they had. So I went back up front and told her the three bales we called about were still there and that we would like to buy them. She kept insisting they were out. I also went to the back area where they keep feed and the cashier must've been talking over their radios but a worker or the manager yelled "we have no hay" very loud. At that point I just laughed and went up front to purchase the three bales. Had it not been 8:00pm I would've went and bought hay somewhere else. Also, they are always out of calf replacement milk.. ALWAYS. You would think they would know when calving season is and prepare.... This store is just overall horrible.

Excellent customer service. The Employees are so friendly and helpful. The store is fresh and bright. Very organized and clean. They may be a little pricey on some items but I think the customer service makes up for that.

Be wary of any purchase from this store . I have bought many items over the years and needed a part for a atv sprayer . Went in store to try and get help finding part . This item has no model # anywhere on product . Pam Thomas ( manager ) told they only support products that are available in store and would not help me . She said they have 1 person who could do any special order and I was to google and find item but without a model # I have no chance . She told me she didn’t care if I was happy or ever shopped at her store . The corporate side was a bit more helpful and have spent hrs but now have part ordered . Thanks for not helping me at the store level .

This used to be my go to place. Anymore it seems like their employees barley know what they are doing(aside from a couple). And they can NEVER keep their brand of dog food on the shelf. I have to do a rain check just to ensure they order enough. Really hope they get their s... together
