I’ve never had a bad experience here, especially at the pharmacy. Walk-in vaccinations are taken and are thorough and time-efficient. The team here does a good job. I definitely recommend it

Went to pick up my wife’s prescription while she was in surgery and the pharmacist was super short and rude to me! She said that she needed to go to lunch and wouldn’t fill the prescription till she came back from lunch. I told her that my wife was getting out of surgery before then and she said she wouldn’t be able to do it before lunch and I would have to come back. No wonder this place has such a terrible rating! If I would have know I would never have asked for the prescription to be sent there. What a bunch of terrible people I hope this place closes!!

Took a passport picture of my son. Was told I'd be able to download the digital copy. It didn't work. The store did not provide any help and asked me to come back to take new pictures.

It was both the worst Walgreens experience and the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I would encourage you to explore any other option. The store manager was staggeringly combative and unhelpful

They no longer provide carts or baskets for customers, even those of us who are shopping for services and therefore I have a lot to hold.The woman at the counter Brianna was extremely rude about it as well.Apparently, this is Walgreens policy

Put in a prescription for my meds a week ago, got the “your RX is filled” text, showed up, they hadn’t filled it and now I’m out of my medication. Thanks to their lack of effort I now am bleeding profusely and have to get another blood transfusion. They were treating my Birth Control like it wasn’t an important med. I take it for Iron retention. Kinda important. So now I’m bleeding, angry and have no medication still. But hey, they said I could drive to Superior myself if I want it…… really? They said they mailed it and it would arrive today, why are you mailing an in person pick up prescription?!? Didn’t show up either even though they called and said it arrived.There was a single gentleman that was really nice though, I think he was the store manager.

Each experience I've had at this location has been positive and saved me money, pharmacy is full of super people and they take good care of me as a customer. Thank you! And to my Lakota speaking friend there, another super employee. 👌

Great store with kind, knowledgable & caring employees!! There's something for everyone's needs & wants at this Walgreens & good sales all the time as well!!😊There's even a pharmacy inside this location unlike the Walgreen's on The Hill here in Boulder.Only thing i can think of that would make this a better Walgreen's store is if they would remain always opened 24 hours like some other Walgreen's do.Click the LIKE icon below please if you like my review.... I dropped off a prescription, then carried on about my business for about an hour. When I came back to pick it up, they told me they had no clue what I was talking about and that I must've gone to a different pharmacy. I told him no, I recognized him and I was certain it was this location. He asked me who I gave it to, and I pointed at the girl who was STANDING THERE THE WHOLE TIME, NOT OFFERING ANY INFORMATION and said, "her." I kid you not, this girl straight up didn't give the prescription over to be filled. She stood there silently the WHOLE TIME and just casually walked over to the spot where she had hidden my prescription paper. She was honestly super shady and couldn't even speak properly whenever I dropped them off in the first place. I don't know her name, but she had dark hair and a septum (nose) piercing. I could not believe the absolute lack of effort in her work.I asked when it could be filled and he explained that it wouldn't be before five (appointment was at 3:30). I needed the prescription for an important dentist appointment due to severe anxiety and had to take it 40 minutes beforehand, so now, thanks to her, I had to reschedule the appointment. I really hope that those who read this, take the time to find another pharmacy because honestly what a pathetic excuse for service in such an important position.

Go here if you consistently want to wait an hour just to get to the window and talk to somebody and for them to tell you they never received your script that your doctor had sent twice the day before. Also, call them to check on a prescription if you consistently want to wait an hour on the phone while automated hold message tells you there is one caller ahead of you. Realistically seems like they are far under-staffed.

Wow this place's low rating is totally deserved. Only one pharmacist is on staff so if you come for a vaccine you must wait for him to be available to get your vaccine. The whole pharmacy felt really disorganized. During my lengthy wait, I saw many customers who had issues with their prescriptions being sent to wrong locations or not being ready though they got a call saying it was ready. I would definitely avoid this and all other Walgreens if possible.

I am always really impressed with the customer service at this location. Everyone is chatty, patient, and friendly. I also witnessed a homeless-looking individual come in-- tattered clothing and all-- and the kindness the staff showed to them really impacted me.

I just went into Walgreens and within the 15 minutes I was in line for the pharmacy three customers were extremely rude to the employees. I understand being frustrated but the way that frustration was handled was, in my opinion, unacceptable. I am giving this Walgreens a five star review because their pharmacy employees did a great job helping me get my vaccine and because they do not deserve to be treated with so little dignity and respect. 0 star review for the customers, 5 star review for the employees.

Huge kudos to the pharmacy team at this location, specifically Rachel and Rebecca. They went out of their way to help me navigate a frustrating insurance problem by contacting my doctors office several times to get what they needed for insurance to cover my prescription. I’m very grateful for their support and compassion with a situation that had me feeling overwhelmed and helpless

Never had a more strange experience at a walgreens/cvs/(or any store?) in my entire life…. Waited in line with one item to be given a dance show by the cashier for 60 seconds before he let me pay for my item. (he did this for every customer in line by the way). He then proceeded to make some interesting and inappropriate comments to customers, including myself, making me feel pretty uncomfortable. I’m honestly speechless at this social interaction. I definitely won’t be returning, that’s for sure 😂

Do not bother with this pharmacy. I had an appointment for a COVID booster. After waiting in line for nearly an hour after my appointment time because the pharmacy was moving so slowly, I was told they could only administer my vaccine if I had health insurance, which I do not currently have. According to the CDC and the Walgreens website, I should have had no trouble receiving the vaccine with or without insurance. But after making me wait in line, and then wasting other patrons' time in line by processing all of my information for a full half hour BEFORE they told me there was any issue, they rejected me. They did not offer to rebook my appointment and told me that no Walgreens could do this, that I would have to find a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PROVIDER. I called the Walgreens 800 number afterward and was told that all of this was grossly incorrect and qualified as misconduct, and that I should have received my vaccine without issue. While waiting, I heard numerous other customers who were just trying to pick up prescriptions being told their prescriptions were unavailable or had been lost. It seems like the whole pharmacy department in this location has no idea what they are doing.

Perfectly fine Walgreens for all other purposes, but be wary of dropping off any film there. I dropped off a disposable camera and they didn't ever notify me it was ready (they said they would), and when I did pick it up it was somebody else's photos.They said they'd sort it out and notify me over my phone when it was ready, that never happened either. So I go in person to ask and I finally get the right pictures... but the CD has the wrong photos.I'm hoping this was a one off mistake, but I will probably go elsewhere for photos next time.The staff, however, was very kind to me the whole time!

I thought I'd share my experience so management could help improve, but by the looks of these other ratings, I'm not alone in the worst customer service ever, management knows, and nobody cares.I needed to talk to a pharmacist for questions that only a pharmacist could answer. Didn't feel like driving in just to ask a question, so I called. I was on hold for 22 minutes. During this time, their automated system plays hold music. After about 2 minutes or so, it automatically starts ringing. I assume this is so they don't forget you're on hold. After some ringing, varying from 2 - 20 rings, someone would answer the phone, I'd hear about half a second of background noise or people talking, then they'd put me back on hold. No comments. No questions. No apologies. No asking if I could hold. No addressing the caller at all. Just answer and put on hold. So there's this ongoing cycle. ... hold music...ring .... click, noise, click .... hold music. repeat.After 20-30 minutes, I was disconnected. So I called back. Pretty much the same story. hold music...ring .... click, noise, click .... hold music. repeat. But now there's a new player! About every fifth cycle, I get kicked back to a kind of admin or call answering service where a gentleman answers and asks me what I'm calling about, I tell him I need to speak with a pharmacist, he puts me back on hold.Another 20-30 minutes, get disconnected again. At this point, I'm just making lunch and working in the background, so I just call back to listen to the hold music as background music while I work. It's like elevator music, or instrumental background noise.I think this is likely no one person's fault. This is likely an under-staffed problem during a busy vaccine time. My apologies to the pharmacist and staff that are probably running around crazy just trying to keep from drowning. I'm sure they're very stressed. Management may need to do better about staffing during busy times.

I walked out after waiting in line for 40 minutes to check in for a vaccine appointment that I had scheduled IN ADVANCE online. 🤬 If the way appointments are scheduled & prescriptions distributed doesn’t change, someone is going to get punched. Not by me, because I’m a pretty patient person compared to most… but the day they get someone who is not so social…. Punched. This is honestly a safety issue for people who work here.

Incredibly slow service at the pharmacy. It appears that the vaccinations being offered take place over prescriptions bring filled. I tried calling and was on the phone for over an hour before anyone picked up, by then I was already there in person. Told my prescription would be ready in 20 min. 20 min later told it will be another 20-30 min. What a huge waste of time. Will not be using this location ever again.

this location was terrible. They could not communicate with my doctor for some reason, and they wouldn't answer her call when she tried to reach out to them back. When I called, I was on hold for 2 hours before my call was answered, and I was immediately hung up on. Other times, I was on hold for 3 hours before giving up and just going to the store. I only had a call get through to a person once out of 4-5 times I tried calling. I got text updates saying my prescription was ready for pick up, and it was not ready when I showed up to pick it up. They say that my prescription is missing information, but my doctor says that she can see that she sent them the information they say they're missing on her end, so I'm not sure what's happening there. I've been trying to get my prescription for a month at this point.I think the root of the problem is that they just need more staff (lines have always been long, even in the middle of the day), which comes down to Walgreens needing to pay people more to work there. The people working there now were very nice, but just can't seem to process my prescription or answer phone calls.

I have had really good customer service interactions at this location, but would like to offer a suggestion for improvement relating to bike policies. Normally I drive to complete my work errands, but with gas prices double what they were a year ago I have started using my bike to get around versus a vehicle. I was told yesterday bikes are not allowed in the store and was treated rather roughly I thought-- and unfortunately due to the level of bike theft in this town I feel unsafe leaving it outside. I will unfortunately be choosing to shop elsewhere where shops are bike friendly (oddly enough, other Walgreens have never treated me any different when I have brought in my bike).

Recommend avoiding this location for vaccines at this time (early October). They only have a single servicer for vaccines and prescriptions. Had a 4pm vaccine appointment, arrived 30-minutes early and the line was extremely long. It appears Walgreens scheduling system over-books relative to capacity to service. Waited for 30-minutes and the number if people hanging around their prescription area kept growing. I finally left without getting my vaccines. They serving capacity at the Walgreens at Valmont/28th is better!!

Horrific experience trying to get prescriptions filled here. Literally waited in line for 20 minutes just to be told they couldn’t fill my birth control 10 minutes to close. Most rude staff imaginable- the other two north Boulder Walgreens pharmacies were closed unexpectedly and the staff at this one could not have been more rude or unhelpful. Made me want to stop patronizing Walgreens all together after their complete and total lack of service that presents a real health hazard for people when you turn them away after waiting 20 minutes in line to get their prescription transferred over BC the other pharmacies aren’t honoring their normal hours. Despicable!!!!

Pharmacist was rude. Scheduled an appointment for a covid booster and she accused me of not getting the first two, even though I was standing there with the first two written on my vaccine card. She continued to talk about me to the other pharmacist like I wasn't standing right there and had customer service skills of a whiny high schooler. I was turned away even though the other Walgreens where I received my first two was able to confirm that they gave me vaccine. Overall frustrating experience that was handled poorly.

I have been here several times and every time it is the worst possible experience. There are always angry customers, always a huge unnecessary line, and always workers stalling and not doing their job. On top of that they have no problem with making you wait upwards of an hour. Definitely worth the drive to the next nearest Walgreens.

Theresa and Hamza (et al) have done an excellent job of keeping this pharmacy operating throughout the pandemic. Yes, the pharmacy can be short-staffed and you can expect a line during peak hours; however, the staff has been consistently friendly, competent, and helpful. It’s clear that they care about their customers. My wife and I really appreciate all of the hard work they continue to put in to provide us with the best customer service possible.

I can only speak to the performance of the pharmacy…it’s literally the worst you will ever experience. God forbid you try to schedule a flu shot. The lady (pharmacist?) handling the vaccines was rude, unorganized, and mismanaged her team so much that we ended up leaving without the vaccine (will be following up with CVS at Target). There were people with appts an HOUR before us that still hadn’t been gotten their paperwork checked in, so we knew we didn’t stand a chance before closing…
