Lush throws the absolute best private events. I have now had two - one ladies night out and one kids birthday party. They were both uniquely tailored to meet the needs of the group and the staff went above and beyond to make the events an absolute blast. If I could I would have every party here. Great experience!

I just now bought a tub of Dream Cream. While I like the stuff, the young woman at the register looked me up and down, told me it was not on sale (no problem), and then double checked the price with me as if I couldn't afford it (Pretty Woman vibes?). I assure you that I can, and did, but I almost walked out because she was so rude to me. I will not shop there again after being treated like a peasant. Bye, Lush.

Scents waft out of this lovely little oasis and the staff breathes positivity! Whatever your latest issue, they have a remedy! Bath bombs sooth, lotion moisturizes, and oils sooth mind. Ask them to make you a custom blend of your favorite scent in any form. This company fully supports vegetarian and most of the time vegan products. A pamper store for sure!

I came in a few weeks ago for my usual semiannual stock up and met an absolute gem, Kehlani. I am not normally one to write reviews but I cannot stop thinking about her and the bright energy radiates. She went above and beyond to be sure that each product she recommended would truly suit me. That meant checking the ingredients against my allergies, reviewing the benefits to match my skin and hair type, and even just as simple as asking if I like the scent! I am a pretty pale European looking girlie but I told Kehlani that my natural hair is around 3A and she never questioned me. I often struggle with this assumption that because of my skin tone, I don’t need curl products but she made me feel seen and comfortable. I cannot wait to stop straightening and start truly embracing my natural hair. I went home with a whole load of new products and I cannot thank you enough but I am so grateful to have interacted with you! Kehlani is a dime piece 10/10

Lush was the first store we visited upon arriving in Boulder! The fragrances drew us to come inside but what was infectious energy coming from two LUSH employees! Tay and Emma Jean! Both employees were so helpful and friendly and kick started our Boulder experience on a positive note! Mahalo to you both!

I always have such a great time shopping in Lush and yesterday was no different. Everyone is so sweet and the person that helped me was a literal angel. I hope i remembered correctly but I think her name was Emma Jean and she deserves the world. Every product she recommended I had to try and I’m so happy I did 💖. She slayed me and I’ll always be returning 💖💖

This was my first Lush store and it will always be my favorite location. Today they were trying out a quiet sensory hour with lower volume music's, and I loved it. So easy to shop and communicate with the awesome sales team. Emma Jean, Kolony, and Kenslee we're fantastic helping me find a new face mask and scrub to try out

Was greeted by an associate, Logan, who helped show me around the store and took me directly to the stuff I was looking for. Maia and Kenslee were very cool at the register and mentioned a few more things they liked in the store so we grabbed another sleep bath bomb! Awesome store and awesome staff.

My experience at this location was fantastic! One of the people there -- LT -- was so helpful and kind. Even though I had no idea what I was doing, since I'm not well-versed in the different types of skincare products, they were very patient and explained what all the different products did. I had a wonderful experience, and left with a great gift for someone in my family (being secretive about it because this family member knows how to use the internet ✌️)

IF THIS WAS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE ID NEVER GO BACK.highly disappointed in this store. loved it when it was the smaller store the staff were friendly and helpful. neither the man nor the woman greeted us when entering this store. neither one came to help us or the couple other people that walked in.If I hadn't had so many 4star to 5star experiences at your previous location you would be getting a 1 star review.if you cant be bothered to continue what used to be awesome customer service maybe you don't need to be in a bigger store.doubt ill be going to this location anytime soon. my lady loved this store and always enjoyed going so I took her for her birthday because we don't live in boulder anymore. needless to say she felt our business wasn't wanted or needed .

Not cheap, I wouldn't be able to afford to buy all of my soap there, however it is the only place where I can find some natural fragrances that I don't react negatively to. My favorite product is the cream style fragrance called "Dirty". It is not too strong it does not contain alcohol and it smells like a wonderful Herb garden. I love that it's a cream perfume instead of a spray. Although it does come in spray form if one prefers. Very friendly staff - if they don't have something in stock they will ship it to you for free.

I've been in this location a handful of times, and have had consistently positive experiences. On a recent trip, I accidentally purchased the sample (ack!) and the sales associate noticed and took the time to call me and let me know, offering me a replacement. I stopped in the next day to pick it up, and as usual, the staff was amazing and kind.

The sole gentleman running it (teal green blueish hair!) was kind, attentive, had great customer service. He was kind enough to provide water for my puppy. Totally went out of his way to ensure myself and furry companion were happy and taken care of.

I have been a lover of the Lush on Pearl for years. I have moved away, to San Diego, and missed it so much, that when I made a visit to Boulder this past October, I was sure to add it to my todo list! (The San Diego Lushs' may have the same products, but the customer service isn't the same!)Mallory, at the Boulder Lush, was such a joy and so very informative. She made me feel comfortable, validated, and appreciated. I wish I still lived in-town, just so I could say hi! (Hi girl!) The service was exceptional from all employees and I am so grateful I got to visit! Side note, it is clean, well-stocked, and full of incredible products....with employees that know their products and ingredients!!Thanks again Mallory. I am obsessed with "curl power"; you were right, it does wonders!

I walked into this Lush location and was so comforted by the lovely smells, there was such a wonderful atmosphere. Almost immediately I was greeted by Aaron who helped guide me to the different bath bombs available. He made me feel like family and was very knowledgeable with the products (and even shared fun facts of each one!) I felt very confident with my purchases and just want to thank Aaron for a wonderful experience! Will definitely be coming back with my husband and all my friends!

I came in here because my girls have been talking about it and I thought I would give it a try. As soon as I walked in one of the employees came up and asked my toddler if she wanted to make bubble bath in one of their sinks. It was a great experience for both of us. The bath bomb was so foamy and pretty as it broke down and the smell was so good. The bubble bars made so many bubbles and also smelled delicious. At the price it is definitely a splurge but it was nice.

This place is a MUST! Shampoo bars that smell better than any if not all before them. Superb customer service, every sales associate knows so much about what they have to offer! Their massage bars have great scents, and textures with outstanding glide. A must for any couple looking to spice up life! Lush is a complete win!

The manager at this store doesn't do his work at all. I have been a Lush customer for over 15 years(not only here in US) and I had happy and pleasant experiences with Lush so far but I had the worst customer service here today.
