I absolutely love getting my doggies groomed here! I drive all the way from Denver for my pups to see Maddy because she is so gentle and sweet with them and makes it such a comfortable experience! My dogs don’t hate getting groomed anymore, and she is always so helpful when I come in to get treats for them, too! I also love the shop and their selection of treats and food. I am just as picky about my dogs eating clean as I am for myself so the selection here is stellar. Nothing but good things to say about this place & Maddy!

I’ve always had a pleasant experience here both with the staff and the store’s selection of items. The staff has been great interacting with my fearful dog, helping her acclimate to their store, they hold items aside for me when I’ve called, and I’ve never had a weird or bad experience with the employees. They’re always friendly, happy to help, and easy to be around! We love supporting this pet store and are so thankful to have it nearby!

I never write bad reviews, especially for local business, but honestly this business needs to get a reality check on how they treat their customers. I live across the street from this place, and I want to be able to support y’all so bad, but every time I come in, NOBODY greets or acknowledges me. Nobody asks if I need help finding anything. Every time. Seriously???? When I am ready to check out, without fail EACH TIME, I have to wait for the cashier to acknowledge me because they’re on their phone or conversing with another employee. It’s so unprofessional and embarrassing as a customer. As someone with social anxiety, I constantly feel unwelcome and unwanted in your store when your employees act this way. The second to last time I came in, the employee was “helping” another customer (actually just chatting). The other customer wasn’t even ready to check out, yet the employee let me stand by the register (that they were at) for 2 minutes before checking out my 1 small item, with no reassurance that she would be with me momentarily (didn’t even look at me!!!). If you’re looking to support a local business, PLEASE go to Only Natural Pet in central Boulder. They are nothing but sweet and have AMAZING customer service. Do better.

Took my dog to get a wash by one of their groomers and got her a couple of toys and treats on the way out. Maddy was so nice and helpful and did a great job with my anxious dog. Everyone in the store was kind and had excellent communication, it was my first time getting my dog professionally groomed and the experience was great!! I was also shocked by how reasonable their prices were. My dog and I can’t wait to be back again!

We simply love this place. We can get Barkworthies Bully Bites, Stella & Chewy's, CBD oil for our elderly shepherd mutt, Fromm for our entire pack, and Tiki Cat for our rescue felines...If you can't tell from the brands, we love spoiling our rescue family, and Leanne does a wonderful job providing nutritious & healthy food and treats for them all.We have yet to try the grooming, but I hear Rachel is stellar with taking care of bathing our disabled dog...

We like this place a lot and are glad it's a part of the neighborhood!Their self-service dog wash is unbeatable for those of us with dogs who like to roll, predominantly, in dead things. YAY FOR CLEAN DOGS!

Update: Lazy owner took the time to reply to my review but NOT to take my call when I called to say I was very displeased. Thumbs down for this “small business.”Lazy, late groomers. Unhelpful owner. Don’t bring your dog here for grooming as there are so many better, customer service oriented groomers in the area, especially for the same price if not cheaper!

I really wanted to leave a positive review because I believe in small businesses from our community. However, we had a pretty terrible experience here. We arrived for our scheduled grooming and the sign said that they were closed until 12 for a staff meeting (our appointment was at 12). We waited and waited, but no one came. At 12:15, I called the store, and someone came out. No one apologized for the delay and acted very rudely towards our family. Our pup went in for a full body grooming, and he came out looking identical to when he went in with the exception of a wet coat, as he wasn't even dried. We paid and left, but we won't be coming back, as the lack of kindness from the staff was not appropriate. It was a very expensive service that was a waste of both time, money, and energy. I would encourage you to visit Black Paw or Gigi & Co which have impeccable customer service, fair pricing, and a love for both animals and their owners.

Staff is rude. Walked in and immediately was told “you need a mask” with a negative tone of voice which I was already putting on. Didn’t consider if I had a medical exemption possibly considering it’s not a law to wear the mask.What a crazy way to greet your customer who spends hundreds of dollars on food a month. My dog just had to have surgery, and the painkillers were affecting his appetite, so I came in and asked what kinds of foods dogs like best, and the employee suggested that I try CBD to help his appetite. I got some treats and some oil (she helped me find a very cost effective bottle) and he's eating like normal again. I’m very grateful the employee took the time to go over different options with me and helped my dog regain his appetite.

Great set-up! Had everything we needed to self wash our dog, Timber. The bathing area was large which was great since he’s a big 90lb Husky. Loved the smell of all the natural soap and bonus for the super quick hair dryer. He liked the free treats too. Very friendly staff!

Great selection and knowledge of pet foods. Pretty much everything they carry is well-vetted and high-quality (as opposed to the big box/grocery stores), though prices are fair (unlike the bougie boutique stores around Pearl). It's my go-to spot in S Boulder...and highly rated by my pup too!

Took my springer spaniel in for a sanitary bath including feathers & nail trim yesterday. Best grooming he’s had so far in Boulder! Carly did an amazing job and he came out happy and not at all stressed. This is a full-service pet store with a mellow vibe and good selection of food, treats, toys and pet accessories. Highly recommend :)

Some of the best and friendliest staff I’ve ever met! They took care of my Chocolate lab buster and he loved them so much! After a cleaning he’s normally upset, but this time he didn’t want to leave! Really lovely experience overall:)

I stopped in today for the first time and had a great experience! They had all of the items/brands I usually purchase for my dog, the employee was super nice, and they make their own cute yogurt treats (which my dog loved!). I live 20 minutes away but I'll for sure come back :)

I wish I got the name of the super helpful woman that worked with me while I looked at cat food for 20 minutes! She was very patient and kind and both of my cats had their faces fully in their bowls for dinner tonight, per her recommendations! A beautiful store with a wide range of products to cater to a wide range of budgets :)

I can’t speak to how good the dog wash is, but the customer service in the shop is horrible. I’ve been in a handful of times and the employees never bother to acknowledge I’m there. Today there were two employees chatting away, I was the only customer there (with my cute little dog), and they didn’t so much as nod at me! After browsing for a few minutes (unacknowledged the whole time) I actually had a question I wanted to ask them, but before I could ask, they went into the back room. I left because they clearly did not want my business. I live across the street but am done with this shop. Still giving it 3 stars because it’s a cute, conveniently located shop with nice products. The customer service is 1-star.

I love this place! I took in a foster dog as my pandemic pal. She is a bit challenging but Leighann and her staff have been wonderful resources to me. They do a fantastic job with her monthly bath and have had all the training supplies I’ve needed. Leighann helped me find the right trainer to help us work through some behavior. As a result, we’re a “foster fail” and Emma now has a forever home.

I will never return. Picture tell all. I can't be sure that a professional groomer actually did this to my dog. I dropped for nail trim and sanintrim on paws and bottom. They blunt cut his ears sadly they were not supposed to touch them at all. The rest of the fur jacked and one side of his bottom long and it he other shaved so close he was red.
