This coffee shop on Pearl is convenient, cute and makes fantastic drinks— which are half off with the capital one card. Can’t beat it! They use Rishi teas, and my daughter’s Honey Chai was the best either of us has ever had! My vanilla latte was also very good, and they make all syrups in house. Everyone was very friendly when we walked in- you can do banking right there. A great concept!

Located in the Pear Street Mall on Pearl St & 13th St.I was so excited to see this café as a Capital One customer. Specially seeing so many friendly and welcoming staff members, probably one of the friendliest staff I've encountered. That's the result of excellent management.I ordered an 'Iced Chai Tea Latte', and it tasted delicious... best of all, I was happy to receive a discounted price as I paid with my Capital One card. The lobby is so clean, organized, spacious & perfect for studying or getting work done.Overall, we had a great experience at this café.

(just tried the coffee, not the bank side) I tried the honey lavender latte and it tasted amazing! The sweet notes of the honey pair perfectly with the nuttiness of the espresso. I redeemed a coupon for a free drink from capital one and the barista redeemed it, no problem. Free drinks taste the best as we all know. Don't think this place is a gimmick! They have everything you'd expect a coffee shop to have: drip, espresso, matcha, even avocado toast and croquet monsieur! If you have capital one it's a no brainer.

I was killing time so was there for several hours and ordered the same drink 2x - the first was made better than the second...the second cup also wasn't as full as the first.Maybe the 2 baristas were trained differently.Overall the drink was good.I bought a cookie that was $2.50 in a different state and $3.00 here...yes only 50 cents different, still...The location could use some oversized comfy chairs that aren't at a table.

Unexpectedly we stumbled upon this hybrid bank/credit card/Cafe and loved it. Not only did we get half price coffee and tea but the wifi is free and the are meeting rooms and clean restrooms too! If I lived here, I'd hang out here all the time. It's a match that fits together with a corner building that has a nice view of Pearl Street. Try the hibiscus iced tea for a caffeine free drink. Free water too.

Workers and atmosphere were nice and products seem high quality but I ordered a small drink and paid over $5 only to get this tiny little thing. That price for a pup cup size drink is just astronomical😬😬. Way way over priced

This might be a good place for someone wanting to combine good coffee with banking. I’m not one of those people. I didn’t like the decor. Also the atmosphere was more from the cold banking world rather than a cool cafe - many of which you can easily find near by.

It's a good idea and cool concept to offer space and bring in customers and prospect ones. I like their happy hour specials and the fact that they make banking fun again and offer a great deal of advice over Java

Honestly might be my new favorite coffee shop in Boulder for working. Free cup of drip coffee every Monday or Friday if you bring a sustainable mug?? Half off any drink if you’re a capital one card holder?? Tons of plugs and different spots to work too. Once you get past the Capital One on the outside, corporate America blah blah, you step into this super functional space that is built for working. Glad I came in, sweet spot.

Got 4 drinks for $4.10 with their BOGO promo and capital one card💪 (please bring one to Kansas City!)Friendly, helpful Capital One staff, great place for chilling, banking and caffeinating. Tried the Black Tie per baristas recommendation. It was exactly what I needed. Moderately sweet, plenty strong. With a Capital One card, drinks are half off. There are also student promos (essentially a happy hour).

I disagree with Capital One's policy to not manually review credit card applications. There is no reason that two professionals with long standing excellent credit scores should not qualify for the Venture card. Refusing to look at applicants above the computer algorithm to look at how systematic student loans have trapped individuals and prevent them from being able to overcome computer algorithms is unacceptable in this society where student loans are a crushing issue. Everything in the credit bureaus show in good standing with well above 700 score, the only thing holding back qualification is student loads. Why doesn't Capital One have a human that can discuss a manual review? I do not recommend Capital One and you should not waste having your credit dinged for the hard inquiry when despite what their website says, you will not qualify for a credit card even if you have excellent credit scores and repayment history.

My Mocha Latte tasted just as I would want it to - creamy and natural tasting. I find most Mocha feels artificial to me. My friend's Javiva looked better then any frappuccino. Barista friendly, service is great. We found a private room with comfy furniture where we could enjoy our drinks. Definitely where I want to get my coffee - and half price for Capital One customers.

Today was my first time to go there. I just needed to deposit some cash. The person who I forgot the name 😅 explained and escorted me whole time. He offered some coffee at the cafe and I didn’t know it was free. The people work there were very friendly and nice, the ATM was easy to use, it was just a great experience at the bank. I love capital one! Thank you so much

Made my day in downtown Boulder even more special. First I bought a nice beverage and received 50% off with my Capital One card. As I was waiting for my drink, Spencer initiated a great conversation with my family, who are visiting from out of town. He was very polite and nice. The location also composts their paper towels which is very environmentally friendly. The drinks were also delicious. I will be returning to this location or one of their other locations.

What's the point? Beyond a discount coffee place, there seems to be no bank purpose of these places.Went in naively after I lost my debit card to make a cash withdrawal and all they could do was to order me an new one and tell me it would arrive in ten days. Gal there told me there was no way to withdraw money from my account without a debit card, no such thing as tellers anymore at Capital One??. After 20 years with them I'm changing banks. It's ridiculous.

Popped in here the other day for a quick coffee. They were giving out swag bags and there was even a free coffee card in there, so mine was free! I got the Maple Pumpkin Oat Milk Latte and I think it was gone in like 2 min, I couldn’t put it down! It’s all I can think about now. They also gave of free bags of coffee. I don’t know of any other cafe or bank that does that! The location is great too, right on Pearl St in the middle of everything, so it’s convenient to get to. Staff was really friendly & welcoming.

While perusing Pearl Street Mall, I happen upon this location and was quite pleased with the service. The employees are friendly and polite and will happily fulfill your coffee/tea order with ease. While waiting for your order to be finished there is many different surveys that you can fill out by writing the answer on a Post-it note and sticking it up on a board. The bank employees are friendly and smile as you enter. Every Monday and Friday they have all day happy hour, all you have to do is bring in your own favorite drink mug or Thermos and they will fill it up for free!

This place is great; the staff on both the bank and cafe sides are very friendly and helpful. Jenna and Julie have been helpful since the first time I walked in (and everyone since), plus Martine is fantastic with customers. This is a great place to do some work, attend their events, and get banking help. I moved my accounts over from a bank I’ve worked with since childhood to Capital One because of my experience here in Boulder.

Jennah and various other people were able to convince me to not burn down (exaggeration, no banks were threatened in the making of this review) any other banks (that shall not be mentioned here, but trying to explain to a banker of bank that shall not be named that Iceland is a real country and I am not being scammed by paying a pet import fee is a problem, said bank not mentioning that they had an international fee-free credit card at the beginnings of a move overseas and discontinuing the card without giving a heads up that I should apply for it before they do that is a bigger issue) and were able to get me set up and enough info that I was able to set up a new account and get a card that arrived before I left the country (in under a week). That is very helpful at this point and I am glad I let them convince me!

This location locks their ATM door, and says you can only access with your debit card. My card wouldn’t work. I live an hour away, and needed to make a deposit and couldn’t. As a customer, this is not okay

50% off for capital one cardholders!Located on the strip of the very famous Pearl Street in Boulder, we decided to check this place out for the new concept of banking and drinking coffee together.Inside is very spacious. Coffee orders are placed to and served by the same person even on a weekend so expect a bit of a wait. I ordered a regular size iced coffee and it was A-OK. Not a fan of starbucks myself but starbucks iced coffee tastes better than this.The banking is right inside the coffee shop towards back of it. It's a cool concept to bring in but I feel like if they improve the quality of their coffee, they'll get more business than it has (which is very average)OH, THE BATHROOM THO! SO CHIC!

The staff are great. They are very helpful, but they are not empowered to do anything that you can't do yourself on the website. It's great for people that need help with online banking. It's completely useless for someone that needs help with anything that can't be done on the website. You still have to call customer service for that stuff. Capital one needs to have actual banking staff at the cafe with access to make changes. Even just one would help.
