Excellent ReBird service. I use this store frequently for product repair and washing - services they offer for free. I have always been taken care of in a pleasant and professional manner - most recently by Chris who walked me through repair and warranty options for my beloved orange Alpha FL jacket. The store also often hosts community events including Q&As and presentations, which are important to have! A good addition to the Boulder outdoor community.

The stars reflect the customer service at this store.1) To be honest, the level of knowledge about the gear and how/when to use it during the sale process was very limited for ski touring - I found much more knowledgeable and helpful staff at many other gear stores on Pearl. (If there were more knowledgeable staff, no one thought to bring them over to help)2) The staff come across as only caring about you when they think you are about to spend money. I was treated quite differently from the staff before and after a return.With so many other amazing gear stores on Pearl street (many local or family-owned) I am glad my recent purchase did not work out and will be taking future business elsewhere.

Great customer service and the store is always well organized and clean. We have done a few returns here as well and the staff is always quick and able to help. This location also provides laundry services for free for your Arc’teryx gear.The in-store sales are pretty good too. I bought the insulated beta jacket for $600 and online it was $750.

Arc'teryx Boulder and their team delivered an amazing customer service experience! I had a lightly lined wind jacket that was five years old, and unfortunately, my dog chewed a hole in the pocket while trying to get some treats I left in there. But Chris, the representative I spoke with, was incredible. He instantly understood the situation and told me not to worry, as they've seen similar incidents before. Chris repaired the jacket so well that you can't even tell it's been fixed, and I was so impressed by the service that I ended up buying another jacket as well. Chris, thank you so much for your help!

Waste of time bringing in an old Beta jacket to see if they could repair it. They control and determine the "lifespan" of the product and the definition of normal "wear and tear" (even though I had a zipper weld bust and the hem is completely delaminated). It's all a marketing ploy to get you back in the store so that they can offer you a 20% discount on a new $700 jacket. Good thing Stio is right across the street.

Love this store. I thought it was weird they have washers in the store but I got an “Atom” and have worn it almost daily for months.Now I really appreciate those washers and the free clean and re-DWR. And my “magic” coat good from 30 degrees to 60 with a tshirt.

I left jackets at the store on Monday with confirmation they would be done by Thursday/Friday. I came back Friday and nothing was done. I don’t live in the area so I took my dirty jackets back. Arc’teryx is eager to sell their products, but their customer service is very disappointing.

Incredible warranty and service. I went in with a ten year old jacket, looking to get it repaired, and they replaced it. More than I expected, and I now plan to be a faithful customer. Thank you to the Boulder staff.

This store is massive! They have a great selection of clothing, and I love that they offer free cleaning of their merchandise. I just dropped off my stuff, and they said it'd take 5-7 days which is a great turn around time.

Impressive service and care! Thanks to the manager (sorry, forgot her name) and Ethan, they were over-the-top in how they resolved the issue that I had with my backcountry ski pants. I will be buying there again and again. And they wash your Gore-tex gear.

It's refreshing when the staff are passionate about their products and really know them, and what situations they work best in.It's even more refreshing when they host a local event (like the one last night with Joel Gratz from OpenSnow) where a bunch of outdoor enthusiasts (skiiers) all congregate and the only self promotion the store does is tell you about some things you might not know, like laundering of their products and repair services (only 2 other stores in thr is offer that).If you're going to pay top dollar for something, I like that it'll be an experience like this!

This is a great store. I had a problem with one of my jacket zippers and instead of having to send it back or have a permanent problem or encourage me to buy another jacket, the woman who helped me was able to fix it on the spot. She was very friendly and helpful. Thank you. And, they also will wash and re-weather-proof your GoreTex stuff. The person who helped me also was very helpful and well-informed about some questions I had about the next pair of ski pants I am in interested in buying. Hey, Arc'teryx stuff is pretty expensive, but with a store like this is Boulder that can fix your stuff and keep it in good shape, it should last long enough to make it worthwile. Great idea by Arc'teryx to have a store like this in Boulder and wonderful customer service to implement this excellent concept.

Had a material defect where my Atom LT jacket fabric ripped. When I took it to the service center they just offered to put a $2 adhesive patch on it. Would have expected a lot more support for an expensive jacket with light use. Other manufacturers have offered much more support for the products and I will not be back to purchase from this brand again.

This is an excellent store. In addition to having great selection and a good vibe, they really care about customer service here. A jacket I bought years ago online had a faulty zipper on it, I brought it in and they immediately fixed it on the spot, no questions asked. Luke was cool and really helped me out big time.

I recently had repair services done on my puffy jacket and was less than impressed. Each employee kept giving me different information about how and what they were going to be able to repair for me and when it would be ready for pickup. After a week I called and they had misplaced the coat and hadn't started it. The next day they told me I could pick it up and when I walked in they were just starting the repairs. The repairs seem rushed and honestly not any better than I could have done myself. Quite disappointed with this service, especially after all the false promises from staff members.

Stopped by the store when I had some time to kill. I found a pair of shorts I thought were pretty cool and I ended up making a purchase. Great people and great product. Only wish they had the size and color in store I wanted. One of the employees helped me find the pants in their online inventory and I ended up getting them shipped to my house.

This store rocks! It’s so great to have local access to the repair shop. We had three zippers repaired and had my down vest professionally patched up - no more duct tape! The team in there is really friendly and we enjoyed seeing how the repairs were done and being part of the process.

let my story lead you to your next great purchase with premier customer service.I purchased my new ski bib in December never thinking I'd drop that much cash on a shell. None the less, I was excited.A month passed and I unfortunately discovered small tears and holes across the legs. Long story shortened and after a legitimate conversation with Kate who helped me. My bib, was a victim of a rare manufacturer defect. I was devastated.Kate came through and hooked it up with an off shelf brand new replacement. Don't waste time elsewhere and get in with a shop that cares and follows up on their customer's satisfaction.

Just went in to check out the store and repair shop. Happened to bring along 1 repair item and another warranty item.They take care of their customers full stop! Backpack repair was made that day! And Bri handled the warranty for me, instead of something like "Oh thats our corp office, you'll need to reach out to them..." it was a slow Tuesday morning, and I'm super impressed they went the extra mile to actually help!Also, leaned something new, you're supposed to wash goretex often... did you know that? And they will do that for you FREE at the store! AND then reapply waterproofing! WHAT freaking awesome!Thanks BRI!!! And thank Arcteryx for hiring good people and giving them the right tools and resources!

Bravo to the staff for being extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I don’t know much about true, high quality outdoor gear but they helped explain why this brand is so good and worth the money. They were also extremely helpful in trying to find what I was looking for on their site and offered to get anything ordered for me. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice, high end outdoor clothing and gear store.

So incredible to have the ReBird repair shop here! I had a broken zipper on one of my fleeces and was able to bring it in and get it fixed for free in 3 minutes. Beautiful store and love the service!
