My wife tried to book a massage and the web site gave an error and they charge the card anyway? They said cancel your card then, rather than issuing a refund? That's a response for a classless 1 star motel not a resort. Bubbles day spa is half the price and is great.

Had a massage with Mary today and she did an amazing job! I am 3 months out from spine surgery and she knew exactly what she was doing to help relieve neck tension!

I purchased a day pass. It allowed me access to all the pools and I did the chair pilates class with Michelle.It's a tough class, but well worth it! She did help me with modifications.Def recommend the aquacintas for soaking or detox in my case. I have eaten so much good food in CO and drank a lot. My body is ready for a break at the spa.

I had my wedding day hair and make-up done by Katie, and everything turned out perfect! She is a true artist, and the spa atmosphere and ambiance is wonderful--clean and inviting. I recommend doing a trial hair and make-up session, so Katie can get an idea of what you want and your style. I can't wait to visit Allegria Spa the next time I am an in town and try some of their other salon and spa services.

Wonderful facility. They have everything you could want and the staff is very accommodating. Bring your swimwear as there is an aquatic room. Prices as to be expected in a ski town but honestly are no different than the very similar spa I go to in Houston.

Be sure to try out Aqua Sanitas before your treatment -- Aqua Sanitas is an incredible journey, which ends with a soothing rest on the warmed lounges before your massage, facial, or other dreamy treatment. The shop has exquisite options from luxury but comfy clothing to exciting scents and beautiful accessories. The classes in the fitness club are excellent as are the instructors. Outdoor hottubs are a treat. Stay with Beaver Creek Mountain Lodging and Allegria hottubs and fitness are included with your stay!
