great deals online. it was very easy, great savings and delivery as well. we bought a tank and every thing it needed right to our doorstep. On-time too! We will be shopping for all our pets. recommend!

To the man named Chris - I called your manager and complained for how extremely rude you were when I asked about your product of dog food that you snickered in my face that you didn’t have it for a good 3 minute conversation when I was asking questions about it, then once I found it you snickered again in my face saying it was on a clearance isle when it 100% wasn’t, you’re extremely rude and I hope you learn how to speak to customers cause you are NOT it.Just because of you, I will not come back to this location.Actually, if anyone has any common sense, please don’t go to this location at all because reading the other comments it seems like the staff are all rude and illiterate.

Often they are out of the cat food I go for but it's about the only place I can find it so when they do have it in I have to stock up. The store staff have all been pretty friendly and helpful when I've asked for something. The store is clean and ordered. I've never used the bathroom if they have one so I can't comment on it's cleanliness. It's a bit out of the way for me, but as I've said it's about the only place I can get the food I need for my cat.

Beware of Kristen B. She was not only rude and handled my dog aggressively, but she overpriced me. She in effort to show me that he needed to be brushed was pulling on my dogs coat so hard with a comb his skin was lifted up and he was clearly being hurt, he was cowering away from her. She did this repeatedly and stopped once I pointed out the fact that she was hurting him. I should have listened to my gut and not dropped him off. She cut his coat so much shorter than necessary and still charged me a brushing fee when she only shaved him? I showed up early to watch and she was aggressive with the way she moved him to get on the table and the way she handled him while shaving him, and walking him, I can only imagine what she was like behind that door. It was very obvious she does not like her job or animals. I have been using PetSmart for my dogs grooming needs for awhile now and I will say I have been happy with them thus far, but I will never allow Kristen at the Parker location to touch my dog/dogs again.

There was a boy at the counter by the name of JUSTIN. This stupid boy wasn’t helpful at all when I asked him questions about a few items. It’s obvious Justin the stupid cashier doesn’t have home training and he doesn’t have any customer service orientation. Dumb Justin was the very stupid little boy I have ever seen that lacks respect and humility. JUSTIN acted like an animal because he was not in his right senses. Very stupid, rude and dumb. Go to school Justin and beg your mother to also at least teach you some lessons. As a child, you should visit some sort of school so you can also learn there instead of doing nonsense in a store and acting like a stupid King Kong. Your life will never grow if you keep harassing and disrespecting people. Justin you are a very stupid boy that lacks respect.

I booked the $30 bath and brush on their correct location through their website. I was charged $35. Spoke to manager. Apparently there is a $5 charge for Fridays and weekends. Not mentioned on website. VERY MISLEADING. Won’t go back. I realize it’s only $5, but seriously?

Unfortunately in today's world, what a store states they have in stock and what is actually in store is completely different. And the wait for a staff member to assist you is ever increasing in length. Had to go to three different stores to finally find the most basic of fish tank filter cartridges.

We took our three legged dog there and the employees were was excited to meet her and treated her so sweetly. They were attentive towards all the requests and questions we had. Very helpful.Thank You.The store was clean, fully stocked and all around delightful.Again, Thank you.

I don't shop this store anymore because they wouldn't let me use the restroom and I'm sure not going to give you my money if I can go someplace else like Walmart and walk in and use the bathroom at anytime. Why would I want to shop this store if they cannot show me the most basic amenities and politeness to all people. Only about drug users it's really about them not wanting to share their facilities with the public they're supposed to do buy health ordinance

The selection and stock levels in the fish department here far outweigh the closest PetCo. The fish tank plant selection was much larger as well.I also got help right away here, although it was busier. There was generally more staff and the person I worked with was friendly and accommodating.The staff radio communication needs to change somehow. This was almost a constant distraction.

Banfield gets 5 stars!The store itself however gets 2. They don't have customer bathrooms. Blaming it on corporate loss prevention. My thing is if a paying customer needs the restroom, why can't someone let them in. I've used them in the past year.I just spent almost $500 and couldn't use the restroom. Bad call corporate. Lots of companies are dealing with the same issues, yet they let paying customers into the restroom.

The animals at this store for adoption look so sick and not very well taken care of! So many dead fish, small guinea pigs and rodents look malnourished. Fish tanks filled with mold. Birds don't look very healthy either. The two kittens seemed to be the only healthy looking animals.I hope corporate gets involved with this place. The animals deserve better treatment!The rest of the store isn't very clean either. They look to be severely understaffed

They refused to see my cat after having me wait outside for over thirty minutes. His appt had to be rescheduled 3 other times already. The rep is very distasteful and prejudice. I abused was sick and wanted to get further reassurance it wasn’t focus that I had even though I took a home test that said negative. I advised I can have my daughter bring the cat in if that’s better for them then she started well does your daughter have Covid. She was very rude and combative. They BLATANTLY REFUSED TO SEE MY CAT AND TRIED TO FORCE ME TO GO ELSEWHERE WHEN HE’S ALWAYS GONE TO THIS HOSPITAL. I feel discriminated against and am very much so offended.

This place is sad and should be closed they have the most ignorant staff I have ever dealt with in my life. I only go in there when I have to the fish well you know everything in there has dead fish in it, and I’m talking about skeletons with no meat on the bone how long they have been dead in those tanks that’s just neglect and abuse and will kill everything in your tank if you take one home even if it’s alive. every time I make it to the register it’s always a 25 minute ordeal at the register after I have to beg somebody for assistance and the last time I was in there they declined my cell because I had an attitude with that kind of customer service. Yeah idiot and the girl at the register with dumb look on her face after disrespecting me and I asked her she had absolutely no concept of it. Sad there’s way better pet stores in this neighborhood will never go back in the store again. And they’re more money than all the other stores to.

I absolutely love this store. The employees from management to cashiers to banfield are kind, caring and truly want to help. As with any place of employment, there are always one or two employees who don’t want to work in the same way or help the customer, but it is RARE that you find an employee who won’t drop what they are doing to help you. I work in customer service as well and I applaud these employees and their management teams. I wish there was an easier way to send a compliment up to corporate but I haven’t been able to find a way this far: I just would love to see credit given where it is clearly due.

I don’t even care I’m out $100 for 6-Puppy training classes. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Associate Clay extremely rude when I called asking to speak with the trainer Alicia because I’m actively enrolled in a class and have issues with scheduling etc. First she was at lunch, told to call back and then he was acting like I am a huge annoyance and “I need to understand Alicia is in class” - Yea I paid for a class and I need communication with the trainer. No direct email, no option to leave a message. Poor customer service all around.

This review is directly toward Chris and not the store.Instead of waiting on customers (crickets) he was on a mobile phone pacing around the front of the store.Since no one was coming to assist and after waiting for a long time (according to Google Timeline I was at the store for 25 minutes, and all I needed was crickets) I turned off the "Help" button and bagged my own.Waiting in line, Chris, still on the phone, proceeded to get carts and bring them in (one. at. a. time)When he saw me in line with crickets he asked who got them for me and I said I got them myself (by him asking me, he knew no one was available). Apparently this is a PetSmart sin and he told me I couldn't do that and to use the button. I told him I did and that I waited for a long time and if associates aren't going to help then I'll get my own.He told me to shop somewhere else and he was going to put the crickets back (in case I scooped out more than the 25 I wanted) and he wasn't going to help.Hey Chris, help the customers instead of wasting time bringing in carts one at a time, and don't get so upset when they have to do your job.

Banfield Veterinary Hospital and Clinic on Parker and Chambers Rd, in Aurora, is the best. Great customer service and caring technicians and doctors. We travel across town because its beyond worth it for our 10 yr old doggie, Bug. Dr. Gartland and Dr. Kay are amazing. Andre Diaz is the best at keeping Bug calm and comfortable. We hope we can continue to see them all as Bug puts another 10 years behind his belt.😜❤🐄

TL;DR: Friendly!! Clean and big!! Will return!When asking the staff a question about my pet, they gave their honest opinions and helped me reason through what litter box I should purchase for my picky cat. All the other staff were nice to me too, and the place was spotless. Will definitely come back for all my pet needs :)

We had our two chihuahuas spade and neutered a few days ago. And the dogs did great. The only issue that I had was that the veterinarian that performed the surgery couldn't come out to talk with us about the surgery or the after care instructions with us. I had questions, and all we were told was that she was unavailable . The young lady that we did talk to couldn't answer the questions that we had. Not good customer service, and not very professional. It shouldn't be any different than if the surgery had been performed on a human. So to end this, I was a little upset and disappointed with their procedure.
