Wow I really hope corporations see's this if not it's ok they will be getting a phone call from me!! I go in 2 to 3 times a month spend hundreds of dollars there no any more! I had the worst experience this morning with KYLE a lazy smart mouth attitude kid they have as an employee my review went from 5 to zero let me start from the beginning with attitude he asked if I need help I said yeah I need to get feeders can I get $15 worth he said well how many is that usually you guys know he raised his hand and said I don't know so I went to the cashier and I asked can you tell me how many feet is is $15 worth and she told me so I went back to Kyle and I said you know what just go ahead and give me all of them because that would be about $100 and I want more than that then he says to me I'm not going to give them all to you you need to save some for somebody else p I said what's the difference if it's me or anybody else he turned to me and just said well I'm not giving them all to you you're going to let somebody else get some so I said then go ahead give me a hundred totally signed with attitude he starts just dumping them into the container I said wait can we count can you slow down so we can count he said he didn't have time to count and he wasn't going to count them so I'm like wow okay this guy's got attitude he says if you want them counted go to the cashier and ask them to count them so when I got up there I asked and the lady tells me I think there's probably about 70 in there 6570 so I go back and I tell him but he's already assuming I'm going to tell the manager how he's acting which I wasn't planning on it but he already knew that his behavior could get him in trouble so he was already covering his rude behind and here comes Miss Desiree I'm guessing already knowing what's going on so she grabs the bag from my hand doesn't ask me what's going on or anything just grab them and says let me count these sorry start explaining to her and she's not paying very much attention so I'm telling her how this is snot nose kid is being rude can I show her on the floor how there's water literally splashed pretty far can I tell her yes fishnet and splashed it all over me and as far as how it splashed! In the end it was all bad and people were just hearing us not just me her also I'll be taking my money elsewhere as for PetSmart you can take your employees and put them where the sun don't shine because no matter how you greet them they are rude and I even told her ask the customer there in line who had a plaid shirt on he will verify how he asked Kyle a question and that kid just looked at him and ignored him that's the kind of service you offer their not only do they put live animals in the trash throw away good dog food that could be donated they don't care who they have representing them in their store shame on you PetSmart! This is just some of the animals that we used to buy product and food and treats and what have you from your store no longer you can keep Kyle and Desiree!!!

I had a couple online purchases to return, had my receipt but the cashier after looking over my receipt trying to find the merchandise on it and then my order #, said she had never done a return. She called for help but then that employee seemed as if she didn't know what to do either as she kept looking at my receipt, flipping it back and forth several times. Finally, she asks for the credit card I made the online purchase with. I told her I didn't have it. She tells me if I don't have the credit card I made the online purchase with per company policy I can't return the products. I looked up the return policy for online purchases and it does NOT say that. It says I can be offered merchandise return card since I had the receipt but not the credit card used. She did not offer a merchandise return card. I've attached a screen shot of the return policy.I've only gone to this PetSmart cause it's convenient to work/home, but definitely not for the customer service and that's why I gave only 1 stars. After today I will make the drive to a different PetSmart where the employees know to offer a merchandise return card and where the employees are happy to help.

We went into this store to pick up something for our new bearded dragon. We were trying to make decisions when an employee named Kyle asked if we needed help. He answered all our questions and more. He was helpful extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Kyle is the kind of employee that is appreciated by customers who walk into PetSmart. I’m glad we came into this store. When we went to pay the cashier was very friendly as well.

Bought a fish and accessories. 2 days later it died. Online return policy says 30 days. Got nothing but the run around. Never stepping foot in this store again! .0001 stars.

Grooming staff was friendly, professional and the ease of in and out was awesome. We used the Banfield Vet here too! They were fantastic! Take advantage of the annual program! Worth every penny. And a PSA - if you have a pet, have pet insurance! USAA, CostCo, and others have great deals!! One ER visit will pay for itself. We use Embrace.

Dog food is available there. Isn't cheap but I buy blue Buffalo and it's pretty high prices everywhere I reckon. Their dog groomers are great but they charge quite a premium price as well. Looking to find a better deal to get our Yorkipoo bathed and trimmed.

Stephanie, a little rough around the edges seem mean but takes pride in her work which is all that matters. She caught every fish I wanted, after asking if there were any in particular I wanted. Thank youuuuu, they’re doing great. I need to come in and buy a tank now.

Kind of a messy store. Every isle had odd items left in them from other isles. There were big utility shelves full of boxes in the way if about 3 aisles. Carts with items for stocking and step stools in the way. I kept thinking where are all the people who should be unpacking all this stuff? Lol and if they aren't working why is all of it out and in the way? Just stick it in back until you have time. Also there were only like 5 dog beds to choose from. Pretty low inventory on what we were looking for and what was there was just kind of a mess. Long line too so I assume they were short staffed will still give them another go but management should know the store was not presentable today. Oh and a girl with colored hair was in line behind us, the cashier made a comment like "Hey I've never seen someone call in sick then come to work to shop before, are you feeling okay?" 😂😂 we definitely laughed at that. What nerve to leave a store high and dry then come buy cat litter. Kudos to him for calling her out. He seemed to say it in good fun but we were pretty amazed she would do that. Wow girl.

The communication amongst the staff is horrible. Customer service definitely isn’t a priority. Amaya one of the Groomers is pretty much allowed to deny grooming your pet. The attitude of some of these groomers is beyond rude. If you don’t want to do the job then you shouldn’t apply for it. After reading other reviews it’s clear Customer Service isn’t a priority with this company period.

3/15/23: Room 3 aka the bat cave was normal. They're asking for expensive add-ons and things that were never offered before. I'm not paying $200 extra per dog. I just want what I paid for in their plan. If they are sick or it's an emergency that's different. Get real inflation has us all in a choke hold.6/10/22: our first time going back into a room in 2 years. The dogs went under the bench and waited to come out until the end but that's usual. Clean and informative. Turnover it looks like but I hope I'm wrong but onward and upward if I'm right. Good for them.1/17/2022: I love the Receptionist and vet crew. The Nurse really knew my dog's case and saw her improvement. He also knew my other dog and gave him some love.6/4/21: I used their vet services. My dog came home thirsty. She spent 5 minutes at her water bowl. That hasn't happened before not at the other location. She was taken care of but I had to call she was one of their last appointments of the day. I did make an appointment. I'm going to check to see if it's better when I take my other dogs in 2 weeks.July 2020: I used curbeside pickup and I love it. I'll definitely be using it again. I grabbed my dog food without the hassle of going in plus I got a free dog toy and chew treat. My two dogs are going to love it. The employee was nice and had jokes. Made my Monday better. It didn't take long which I appreciate since I was on my lunch break.February 2020: They only had one register open so there was a wait even for pick ups. I was there way longer than I should've been. When I did receive help they got my order and gave me a cart so I could get it to my car. They were very willing to help. I'll be back to this location soon.

This store has a nice selection of food, toys and other items for all types of pets, especially dogs and cats and basics for other animals. Their staff is really friendly and helpful which is appreciated! Their fish looked absolutely horrible today! Worse that usual... I don't know when they last cleaned the tanks, algae or the outside glass plus there were a lot of dead fish. Lots of signs of stressed fish as well. Would recommend a professional fish store to buy your fish - they have a better selection and are usually the same price of not less. (Stay away from Todd's Tropical)

A very wide selection from food to snacks to vitamins to Dog apparel. Very pricey if you take your time you can find some items on sale. This location very organized and kept clean.... no weird odor present. Would recommend this location

The Glendale location there's a gentleman there My kids will call him Grandpa lol but he didn't know that. He was a really nice gentleman very professional and it was a pleasure to see him every time we stopped into the store.. need more people like him

Unless you need the most basic of baths, find a different place to get your dog groomed.This is a review of the grooming service only. I have only shopped at the store itself a few times and the experience was average. The grooming service is terrible for anything beyond a basic bath and brush. They offer a lot of extras and upgrades, but the groomers do not actually perform the services they advertise. On at least two occasions I have purchased additional services that were not performed as indicated.On the most resent visit, I purchased the Furminator treatment for my 50lb Golden Retriever who was shedding her winter coat. The Furminator service clearly indicates that it includes 20 minutes of brushing after the bath/shampoo. I dropped my dog off, confirmed the details of the service I wanted, and four hours later picked her up. When I got home, it was clear that no brushing had occurred. A single light pass through her hair with a metal rake was immediately full of hair. See the attached photos. All of this was about right after I picked her up and with only one or two passes with the brush. There was so much loose hair on her that it could have easily filled a grocery bag. I wasn't expecting her to be hair-free, but I was expecting that the groomer would have done 15 - 20 minutes of brushing. There is no way that this occurred based on the amount of lose hair I was able to remove.When I called the store, the manager attempted to tell me that I didn't know that the Furminator treatment was for, and that it was all about a special shampoo they use that takes a day or two to work, and that a lot of the hair would come off over the next 24 hours. Lose hair all over my house is exactly why I paid for a groomer to brush her for 20 minutes! The manager said they would check the cameras or something and that I should call back the next day. I sent an email to the store manager, but never received a response. When I called back the next day, no one answered.

The grooming department is terrible. My baby has had her nails trimmed plenty of times. Typically they lift her foot up to cut them, but for some reason the lady kept trying to pick her up by the stomach, causing my dog to yelp and cry because she was scared. We kept asking her to not do that, but she wouldn't listen and then told us they couldn't do it. And the time before when we brought her, they took her to the back room where we couldn't see, and I could hear the woman screaming at my dog. Don't bring your pets here if you want them to be treated well.

I called every single pet smart from Boulder to here and they were the only ones who had female mice. Thank you Debbie and team for helping me make a very lonely mouse very happy so close to closing time!

I always enjoy taking our boy to his stores. He always gets greeted when we walk in. He loves choosing his own treats and toys. He also likes to check the whole store out🐾 I don't appreciate pet owners who don't clean up after their animals. I believe if you can't clean up after your animals or children, you shouldn't bring them anywhere. They are your responsibility, not anyone else.

A German Shepherd tried to attack my chihuahua in front of another witness who confirmed my story to store staff and they refused to make the aggressive dog leave and owner leave. He stated that unless he personally witnessed, he can't make them leave. Shame on PetSmart policy or just poorly trained staff from keeping people and animals safe from aggressive dogs.

I went in to buy dog treats for my family I didn't have a number and after that the encounter was uncomfortable they seem to want to have you have an account with them and when I was assertive it seemed to have bothered the employees of my assertive position I don't see how me being assertive would have changed how they felt but clearly I did a number on them I am sorry for the intimidation but I was just there for treats and in and out job don't need a number don't need an account thank you

Great place for dog grooming. Mel did an awesome job on my Yorkie and Norfolk Terrier. If you have a cat though, I would bring it elsewhere. I brought both of my cats in and they did a horrible job.

Always a bit pricey when compared to some others, but they had what we needed, and I was able to stop once and not drive all over. The cashier seemed a bit annoyed to be there, but everyone else was great.

I took my little puppy boxer Luna for her a spa day puppy bath and I believe she loved it, They did an amazing job cleaning her!! Shes always happy but she walked out there with a new attitude!! We will be back!! Thank youuu

The groomer who gave my dog a Pawdicure also put cute little bows on my baby girls head. So cute! Above and beyond with just the small touches sometimes is what makes me want to keep going back there!
