Stonewall is such a great groomer!! My pup is a 7 month old doodle and this was his first professional session. I am so pleased with how my little guy came out - especially on a first visit.Stonewall was very patient and comforting even as we were walking in to make sure my puppy was excited to be there. When I picked him up, he was still having a grand time, he loved his trip in. My parents are now bringing in their doodle from another location.***We brush our guy out very often!! Don’t expect a longer cut on a matted dog…. prepare yourself for a bald eagle.***Side Note: Another person mentioned the materials fee, I didn’t appreciate it either. It’s excessive when it should be included in the service, seems underhanded.

Get my dog groomed here regularly as I can. They're always friendly to me and with the others dogs that you can see through the window. My dog always come back in great spirits which means he's taken care of behind the doors. Always clean and super fast most times.

This place is amazing! Amber is a dog whisperer!! I've got a 5 year old Mini Aussie mixed with chihuahua. She is the most submissive, loving dog I have ever owned. That is until I take her to the vet or groomer. She was the runt and there is just something about new places and new people touching her that makes her skiddish. For over 4 years I have been taking her to Amber at this location. She is so genuinely kind and caring of animals. All around great person and there is no one else that I trust as much as her. Had an issue with medicine and the vet and had to reschedule a grooming appointment. Amber came in on her day off just to groom my fur baby. Highly recommend this location and more specifically Amber who is a rock star!

Stonewall, our groomer is just awesome. He always does a fabulous job. Everyone is very friendly.I very much hate the "materials fee" however. It started at $2.99, now it's $5.99. I've seriously considered changing groomers because of this. It's already expensive. This seems excessive since I already pay for the upgraded shed package which charges for a different shampoo & conditioner. It feels like I'm being charged twice for the same thing.

Jonathan and the rest of the groomers there are always amazing! Jonathan especially, you can see how much he cares about your fur baby. I give the entire grooming staff there 5 stars!

Doctor had no respect or anything for my puppy or me just wanted to help me spend my money that I didn't have. I went somewhere else and it turned out to be just a puppy cold

Excellent 1st time experience for my senior dogs. When I showed up my dogs were so beautiful and smiling with excitement. Petco groomers got rid of the winter coat under their fur, they both felt so light and soft. I'm sure they are much cooler now.

Wanted to schedule grooming for cats. Months ago I tried and their groomer was out on extended leave. Called two days ago and left a message after trying online. You cannot schedule for cats online. I called again the following evening after waiting for callback and getting none. Left another message. They called back and you can't get in because their cat groomer will be out of the office again starting next week for about 6 weeks. I try to shop local, but going to look elsewhere again and give up here.

We have used this location in the past for grooming services and had a positive experience. But today, that was unfortunately not the case. I made an appointment online for a bath and nail trim for my dog. I dropped him off 5 minutes before his appointment time for the girl to tell me she had a bath and had to help with a cat before my dog was seen. She said it would take 4 hours! In the past, it took less than 2! I went back 40 minutes later to see if they had even started with him, as I had a bad feeling he had been left in a kennel to wait his turn. The girl copped an attitude with me and said that yes, he would have to wait. WHY even schedule appointments?! No wonder it was going to take 4 hours. He was going to be sitting in a kennel!! Incredibly disappointing. We’ll be taking him somewhere else.

Easy to make appointment, good communication on verifying appointment and details. Staff knew my dog and are always welcoming and focused on her. I have utilized their services for years with my Fiona and will keep going back, as I know they care about doing a quality job and provide for the safety and well being of my dog.

I'm over trying to make this location work. I've only successfully gotten an appointment twice. I've scheduled multiple times to have my appointment canceled, often not finding out until I arrive. Though I get calls and texts to confirm my appointment there is no other communication of their needs . I've had them loose vaccination records forcing me to cancel after already showing up. A phone call letting me know they no longer had them, even though I brought them in for my last appointment the month the were given. Everything is always blamed in their computer system, if the system is that bad use something else. Find a work around, but the apathy is unbearable. I've been shamed for wanting to give my dog the hair cut she's had her entire life. Don't waste your money, your time or energy here. I've had great experiences at other locations. Unfortunately this one has been a disappointment for over a year.

I absolutely love bringing my dog to get groomed with Amber and Johnny. They really go over and above. My pug Polly is really special to me and needs a lot of special grooming. Her nails are very black and extremely hard to cut they do an amazing job with that. Also she has a lot of wrinkles in her face and they really do a good job cleaning them. This may sound like a small thing but I had no success finding anyone that would do a good job grooming her. Amber and Johnny are really the best and for that reason I gave 10 out of 10 scores

I just dropped off my dog today, told them I didn’t want his hair too short because usually they cut it to the skin. I get my dog back and there is absolutely no difference from when I brought him in… They barely even cut the hair around his face that goes in his eyes, they missed a whole part on his back legs that was dirty… I walked in and got my money back. After that they told us “we should find another groomer” even tho they messed up! We will gladly find a new groomer… Never again lol. i do not recommend this place.

Very fast and very friendly. offered me the option to bundle my services to get more bang for my buck and recommended fish oil to help with his shedding since we had such a dry winter. also sent me home with some of the paw rub and instructions on how to use it. He smelled so good and was so happy when I picked him up. This will definitely be part of our regular routine now :)

Amber really cares about the animals. She know that my dog is old and nervous at the groomers and she takes time to really try and comfort her. She does a great job and my dog always looks great when she is finished. She is always helpful and even helps with scheduling. Amber is awesome.

I have taken my Shiba Inu here for the last few years for nail trimming and buffing and started using the full grooming services last year. They have always treated her well and Stacey has a great demeanor and spends as much time as needed to comb out all of her undercoat. Definitely will be using again.

Jonny was absolutely wonderful with our Bullit!!! After over a year of trying to groom him myself during the pandemic, I was nervous about how Bullit would react, especially since he has Addisons Disease. I wanted to start slow with doing nails, ear cleaning, and Petco's face feet and fanny option, and what I so appreciated was that Jonny did what was in Bullit's best interests in terms of both grooming and mental health. And then I was even given a great tip for getting Bullit back to being accoustomed and ok with shears around his feet (always a sensitive spot for my pup) and made my heart happy by saying "old dogs CAN lear new tricks"! Thank you so much for helping us to ease back into things and we will certainly be back!

Bringing our puppy in for a quick nail trimming, asked us to shut the door while we were outside and proceeded to lock the door. It's nice that they did that while it was snowing. We went in to the store side and waited without being helped. The workers on the store side we're fantastic

Zero star. Trible experience, I never forgive myself to trust this place. My son is crying asking where is my dog. He doesn’t recognize his dog anymore. They shaved My most beautiful goldendoodle all over her body. She looks like a greyhound, we can’t recognize her anymore. I don’t know how my family can handle this for at least 3 months until hair grow back. They don’t care what you want. They do whatever is easy for them. Big shock to my family. My dog is restless, with diarrhea, itching all over her body. Please don’t trust them don’t take your loved dog to them. The person did this mess to my dog is Jonathan.

Job was not done correct. Also the groomer cut my dogs nails too short and uneven!!! She was soaking wet when I picked her up and charged full price for an incomplete job. Highly unsatisfied!!!

Both my dogs were still dirty after the wash and I found pieces of wood in their fur. They also had a lot of residue hair even though I paid extra for the de shedding. I would not come back again

Jonny goes above and beyond taking care of our pups. He listens and delivers quality work. Our pups are rescues, and it is very difficult to find groomers that care. That really care. We will not leave our pups with just anyone. We really appreciate Jonny!
