If I could give this place no stars I would! I bought fish from them and they all died, went back to get my money back and their much older lady manager kept arguing with me saying she is not going to give me money back even if I brought the fish and had my receipt, she mentioned my nitrogen levels were dangerous and had me purchase nitrogen cleaning solution, and I followed the directions and my fish I had before died too! I had my molies for two years, when I go get new fish from this place they died and my water levels were off this v person said! Do not buy no living things from this place, I tried giving them three chances shame on me! Go to Petsmart, this is where I purchased my molies from and everything else. Petco needs a new aquatic leader. This lady was rude, argumentative, was thinking of calling corporate but won’t waist my time but I will let my truth be known. FYI pictures are of their fish dying left and right, another employee mentioned it was due from the driver leaving them on his truck for a day! SMH

First visit was very nice! Found what I needed after going around the middle main aisle and checked out pretty quickly. I got to check out Ben and Jerry's dog ice cream while waiting. How cool and why isn't there a cat ice cream? 😂 The cashier was very friendly. Very positive experience and I will go back.

Petco Aurora Salida in Green Valley Ranch is one of the best and cleanest pet store to visit with a friendly, helpful and professional staff. Fully stocked with all varieties of products for all your pet needs. This store has everything needed for my pet and what I can't find the staff are always there to help. This store has really improved in the past couple of years. It is much cleaner and more organized and the associates are friendly and happy to help. I've purchased lots of fish and fish supplies here. I'm really pleased with the condition and upkeep of their tanks. They are clean and the fish look happy and healthy. I prefer Chewy for dogs & cats and honestly I'm starting to switch over for some of my parrot toys and my fish needs too! They're awesome!!! I do really like supporting my local smaller stores though in the meantime 🐥😁

I take my bulldog every 3-4 weeks to get groomed. Jamie does an amazing job. He is very friendly, compassionate, and has great customer service. Thank you, Jamie, for all that you do! Also, thank you to all the staff at this location they are all amazing!

Outstanding. I let me x girl do all the shopping for our 3 little girls. She seems to do quite well. I think I may get. Fish tank. It's really exciting. All jokes aside I love bringing my Dog Midnight Shadow inside. She loves it! So did Chico may he rest in peace. RIP 💔🐶HE WAS SO LOVED! MISS YOU MZ FRIEND!

I went and I couldn't buy because the cashiers didn't want to serve me. I needed to buy a couple of fish and they said they didn't have people to help me get the fish, and they also let people go who were going to buy snakes. The store lost money because employees who are not professional with customers

They should update their business hours on google. They close whenever they want. Been there a couple times when I’m the last customer before 6:40 pm and today they were closed by 6:19 pm which is when I got there

Staff are always help and animals appear to be cared for, however, after too much coffee it was time to hit the restrooms... They were pretty gross. Some simple maint or cleaning would have prevented this. I would never change my child on the changing table! I am sorry for whoever had to. Please, clean your facilities and show a little pride.

Staff is always friendly. However, I do not have the time, nor the gas money to have to go to the store 3 different days only to find I was yet again given a false arrival date for product or that they are out already, AGAIN! while my animals wait all this time to be fed. I also can no longer walk into this place and bare the heartbreaking condition of the animals. Especially the birds. I cannot and will not shop here anymore. This location has gone down hill over the past 3 years. I have found a new more reputable location for my pet's needs. Shoppers beware, the management doesn't care!!

Went to buy bugs for my bearded dragon but their selection of roaches and worms is always hit or miss. Crickets are always good but this time when I asked for 30 large she only gave me 27 and they were on the smaller size. Even if the line is long I expect to get what I paid for. A little disappointed.
