We came here today to get our very first reptile! We got our daughter a leopard Gecko 🦎. We worked with Eric and not only did he spend time with us going through all our options from tanks to amenities, he spent time educating us on our new family member. He was so kind and courteous, he had no problem answering all of our questions, and made us feel so welcome. If you are looking for a place to buy reptiles, I highly highly suggest coming here you will not be disappointed in the customer service and the variety of beautiful animals they have!! We love Nature Box! We got our first of many snakes there (pic of Nemo below for tax) and they helped us pick the perfect one and helped us get started. We’re now deep in the reptile world (4 snakes, 3 leopard geckos, 1 crested gecko, and 1 bearded dragon) and anytime we have questions, they help us out. Brandon has been very helpful with teaching us about bio active enclosures since we’re trying to move to those for all of our critters. We also get all of our feeders there and they’re so patient and nice every time we go in!

Tuck in the corner of shopping area, went there on a snowy day and almost didn't find it. Nice and helpful staff ! They have a nice selection of fish, lizards, snakes, aquatics live plants. They even have insect snacks and candies for human ! Nice place !

Nature box is the place to go for dart frogs and dart frog accessories. Their selection of frogs is great. We've bought two groups of dart frogs (three in each group). The first group has been with us since about 2 years ago and the second set, just about 3 weeks.The frogs are all happy and healthy and downright beautiful to see in our terrariums.The staff is all nice as well.Go here for dart frogs! 🐸

First time visiting the store and Eric really helped educate us about what our corn snake needed. He was incredibly patient, provided much needed clarity and suggested some changes. I appreciate that he was honest about what was and wasn’t needed, very ethical and didn’t try to oversell. Huge thank you to him and our snake is much happier now with simple changes!

We couldn't possibly be happier with our gorgeous pet tortoise along with all the supplies I got for my daughter at this little pet store. The owner & staff were completely helpful, super knowledgeable, friendly and encouraged me to contact them with any questions I have in the future. Our tortoise was definitely well cared for prior to coming here as he is healthy, happy and so super sweet. Thanks you guys...I can't begin to say how over the top happy we are with our new guy, Ferguson 🐢

Edit- Go down the road to Parker Exotic Pets. Or Neptune’s, MC aquatics, Scales N’ Tails. You’ll get better service at Petco (or literally anywhere else)Everything you read about the owner is true. His attitude would almost be forgivable if he was at least a little knowledgeable about the animals, or brought *anything* except a bad attitude to the counter.If you don’t like getting 1 star reviews, run your store right and take your meds, angry little man.Granted, I’d probably have an attitude problem if I was shaped like Eggman from Sonic the Hedgehog too, but I wouldn’t bring it to work and expect to shining reviews😘I want to like this place. I’ve been a regular customer on and off for years. But today I went in and saw ALL except TWO of the bettas laying on their side on the bottom of their tiny little 5”x5” glass container.I hate to even buy them, knowing that it only contributes to the cycle of abuse. But the guilt overwhelmed me, and I had to save this energetic little guy from whatever toxic sludge they’re being kept in.Don’t worry, at least one of the fish from that display rack will survive.

Do not buy from this store. I Recently purchased a crimson giant day gecko. I am an experienced keeper. I have many reptiles, amphibians, and arachnids with a room dedicated to their care. Unfortunately he died within the 72 hour guarantee window. But! Apparently all animals sold in the store are excluded from this guarantee. I lost over $100 in this investment and the best they was willing to offer was a 10% discount on my next purchase! This place is a joke. I have owned and operated my own pet store and never heard of such treatment of customers. I will definitely not be going back.

Cool store!Update: This store is amazing! They have so many different species of reptiles, amphibians, arachnids, and more. They also have different size tanks depending on how big or an aquarium, terrarium, or enclosure you are looking for... with so many awesome accessories and equipment you can choose in order to create a nice home for your pet. I enjoy coming to this store, the staff are awesome and helpful. I highly recommend checking this store out!

This place is amazing!!! Has tons of fish and some exotic creatures too! I seriously love this place. They treat all their fish/creatures very well too. They have a giant fish thing that eats fish and his name is Walter! They also have real tortoises there! Other pet stores have betta fish in plastic tubes and most die in there. But this place keeps good care of them. I got a healthy crayfish from this place too!

My 12-year-old daughter wanted a tree frog for her birthday, but we had no experience with caring for amphibians, so we went to Nature Box—and we’re very glad we did. Everyone we have spoken to at the store (3 visits so far) has been wonderful. The staff members are kind, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. They want her to be a happy and successful frog owner, which means the pets will be happy, healthy and well cared for. Highly recommend!

Walked in ready to buy a lizard. We were not greeted or asked if we needed help. When we did ask someone he responded with “what do you want?”. I feel Like because we had our children they were not interested in us but in all reality we were going to give one of those creatures a great life. If I was the owner here and in the business of selling animals I’d be really disappointed. We will be getting a lizard not from here and will never be back. Spoke with the manager and he cared even less. He could have at any point said sorry and said let me help you. So unfortunate as we were excited about coming here and had been talking about it for weeks.

Omg I love this place upon my first visit! It reminds me of the pet store I used to haunt when I was younger. Wide variety of creatures and even insects. Good variety of foods for them too. I have a betta fish at the moment but I saw other critters I will try to get later when I start working on a setup.

Awesome experience! Aidan and Emma could teach a class on customer service. It was also nice to see that these employees truly seemed to care about the animals they're selling. They taught us SO much. "Pampake" is doing great!

This is long over due but I believe my husband purchased a leather back juvenile beardie from here a week after my baby Sebastian had passed away. My husband and my son fell in love with a particular beardie because it looked like Sebastian so they had to get him but they didn’t have enough because my husband still needed to pay for the cremation services for Sebbies. Long story short, my husband had asked the store manager if he could negotiate a price for the beardie, the store owner was initially asking for $150. The store owner was so kind to knock off $20 dollars. Honestly my guy was very grateful because he got to surprise me with the little guy after i got off work. I appreciate the store owner for having compassion and made a deal with us. He’s been liking it so far, just slowly getting comfortable.

This place is so fun!! Everyone was super nice, extreeeemely helpful, and it was a blast! There are so many great species of animals here, including huge tortoises! I ended up getting a Pink Toe Tarantula and an enclosure. it was such an easy and fun experience! They truly care about their animals and the people that care for them. I went in and was looking to buy a few fish with my boyfriend. I had found two fishes that I was interested taking home, so me and my boyfriend went to the counter to ask for help. Not only did we get shot down immediately for someone else to help us but he was rude. So we waited 40 minutes for this female worker she had like grayish/silver hair to help people in front of us which is fine I get it, but once she was done helping we assumed she was free so we had asked if we may get some help for fish. She quickly shot down my boyfriend and proceeded to continue helping the people in front of us, which was still fine. Then I looked over they paid for their items and decided to have a full blown conversation about outside life. So I was extremely frustrated with her because there was no communication, poor customer service so we decided to take our business else where.

There was a blonde woman I sadly don’t remember her name but she was very informative in how to care for a panther chameleon and what I needed! I almost jumped into owning a reptile without knowing what I’m doing and she helped ALOT, very trustworthy people and very educated in caring for chameleons, I’m definitely coming back after I’m ready🤙

My boyfriend and I got ferrets from here and they are very helpful and amazing i love this place, there ferrets are well taken care of and healthy i would come here again 10/10. They also have amazing other animals so if you interested in reptiles and fish this is your place i would call before hand to see if they have ferrets.

I purchased my very first snake today! It was an over all fantastic experience. This place is very clean and all of the animals have awesome habitats. All the animals look beautiful and healthy. Eric was absolutely phenomenal. I was a bit nervous with this being my first snake and he gave me some fantastic knowledge! He was so incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to help me be ready to bring my new baby home. Can't say enough how great this experience was!

After having a bad experience at an exotic pet store Parker I found this place! I appreciate the bad experience that led me here. As soon as I walked in the door it was an amazing place! So much to look at and such a large variety to choose from! My daughter has been wanting a lizard and when she finally found the one she liked Savannah was incredibly helpful and educated us thoroughly on expectations and care of our new bearded dragon. She even walked us thru the store to help us pick out everything we needed to make this beautiful creature a great home! While getting all we need with Savannah the store manager, Eric(I think that's his name) came to our side and like a professor just loaded us up with even additional knowledge on our new little member of the family! Eric was ridiculously knowledgeable, friendly and you could tell how much he cared about the animals, us as his customers and just an overall love for the business! It was an amazing experience. I look forward to continued business and will definitely refer them whenever possible. And for anyone reading this, you can't go wrong by coming here for your exotic pet needs! This was probably the cleanest smelling pet store I've ever been into. The guy that runs the show (or owns it) was super nice and answered all questions I had about snakes and how to take care of them. I was given a great deal on my girl and all the supplies I needed to keep her happy. If I get another snake in the future I will be coming back to this store for sure. Francesca is a happy snake (:
