I walked into 5 below today and the store was a mess. There was no space to walk and we kept tripping over the boxes they had all over the sales floor. It felt really uncomfortable to shop here and it felt dirty. I don’t know what happened from a couple months back that my family and I came to shop here as the store has changed tremendously. My family and I have came to shop specifically at this location because of how clean and organized the store was and the customer service that we got previously. What happened?

Very enjoyable experience. Always enjoyed shopping here because the other store that I visited didn't have the keychain that I was looking for. The guy that worked there was very friendly and helpful.Be careful you'll walk in looking for one thing and end up purchasing nearly $40 worth of stuff.

Cool new store offering multiple items at $5 and under. From candy, T-shirts, books, toys, phone accessories, makeup, wall decor, perfumes, and so much more. Store isn't extremely big but has many, many items. Located inside shopping center next to Sam's club and Ulta.

Love this place went in for 1 thing and walked out with about 70 bucks worth all such good deals here found smurfs haribo gummy candy 🍬 which you can't find that any where else & is a good deal if u get 5 different bags. Check out is easy and convenient. I recommend going here ! I drive an hour away to come..

Love this place! If you like doodads and dohickys this is your spot. The sales associates are usually nice and helpful. It's just a good, wholesome, fun environment.

Very disappointing experience today. It has been years since I have been profiled and followed in a store. Sadly as I was enjoying Christmas shopping with my two youngest girls we had an employee stand right beside us and stare us down as we browsed the candy section. After quite some time I finally asked her if we did something wrong and she raised her voice saying she was doing her job and NOT following us! We quickly finished our selections and went to a different area.After a bit I saw her across the way from us alternating between watching us and browsing something on her phone.Because I was buying some items I didn't want my daughters to see I had them hang out in the back section while I paid. After checking out I tied my bag tightly and proceeded down the center aisle to the back for my girls. They were waiting and met me about halfway through the store. As I turned around I saw the same employee standing at the front door arms crossed watching me to make sure I wasn't stealing I guess.Great life lessons for my daughters this holiday season.

I went to this store a week or so back with my best friend and experienced a discriminatory accusation from Allison Thomson, the new MM, when there was zero contact between her and us in the store. We brought our complaint directly to the RM (who acted as if he didn’t care) and HR and have had ZERO contact back from them. We just felt tossed aside, unheard and unimportant. We waited, and nothing. So I’ll be taking my complaint to the next step and bring lawyers involved for discrimination.

So had high hopes walking in , as high a as possible where everything in it is five dollars or under the first thing that I have to complain about was the fact that I had asked to use the restroom after I saw her give the pin number to three different customers and she refused me the restroom for some weird reason . and went to the self check-out line where is the same lady who would not let me use the restroom, grabbed my cart and started checking my stuff out herself when other people around were doing what the self check out it’s made for , is to check out your products yourself . So the reason I wanted to do my son on self check out was due to the fact sometimes I have bad luck with people over charging me or charging me for the same product twice and that’s exactly what happened and so I ended up having to go back in there and I was trying to actually get their name in her name but they don’t wear name tags unfortunately but she was a 5 ‘5 18 years old . We’re in she’s got white long nails and she was very stuck up and she should not be dealing with customers if that’s kind of attitude she is going to have. So I suggest maybe five below starts making employees, wear name tags so people like that could and maybe they should do a class on how to deal with customers. The experience was so negative that I literally almost returned everything I purchased, but because I ended up not having time I decided to keep the products, but I will not be going back there.

I really like this store. It has a variety of items to choose from some are 5, 8 and below. Its very clean and well lit. The employees are very nice. Great experience for back to school to all sorts of items.

Went in for a very specific charger they sell here, and walked towards the back and spoke to Alex the manager who was on the floor and he instantly knew which charger it was and while this location did not have it, he reached out to others to find it for me, going more than above and beyond for a simple question.

It’s a really clean store and the staff are friendly but the items are fake I think cause I bought some headphones and a headset and neither of them worked but no worries it was only $15 for everything plus they have other real nice and cool stuff!

Awesome store with lots of tech and novelty items. Room decor, clothing, shoes, toys, snacks and work out gear. Nothing over $10 and the employees are super friendly.
