Jack and Jason are extremely knowledgeable in their field and can answer ANY questions anyone have about geckos, snakes, small reptiles and even smaller insects. They are patient, kind, and overall good teachers. Sometimes I come in just to speak with Jack or Jason because I have so many unanswered questions. I come at least once a week for crickets and rats as well. This reptile store has it all; products and knowledge! I would recommend this specific place to anyone looking to begin a terrarium or to gain insight on how to make your terrarium better. I’ve never had a bad experience here.

Is a small family owned business. Has a small collection of reptiles but are well taken care of. He sources from other small breeders who cares about their reptiles. He also has great prices. I love my new pied chameleon “Yoshi.”

There’s a lot to be desired here. The guy was nice but the store itself seems like a lackluster run down, back alley reptile shop. Not super clean, not really lit, not a whole lot to choose from. Really bare bones.

got a bb boa a few weeks ago from here. she is beautiful and healthy and doing very well so far. and she's a sweetheart! iv never had such a confident baby snake before. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of how easy it was for me to go in there and buy a snake that will be huge one day, no questions asked, no paperwork, and no info other than the morph for my gal. That scares me because they don't know(I'm not sure how much they care) who they are giving these living creatures to.. Other than that, I'm stoked and I love my new lil bb 💕

I enjoy going to reptile stores. Even though they didn't have either size I needed. I was going to buy 6 months worth and they wasn't the only store that didn't have stock that I needed. They was super nice.

Been here a few times to get feeder rats for my snake and every time I get a lecture from the kid behind the counter about how it's unethical to kill the rats for food. If you can't stomach the job you should work somewhere else. I get my rats from scales and tails now, it's further but they're the same price and I don't have to hear self righteous ranting

Searching for something a little on the exotic side? Feeder Frenzy's got you. By the very least they helped me out. Very insightful when explaining details about their invetory.Anything from aquatic to desert these Dave & Jack know their stuff 👍 got great deals on several things compared to a handful of other shops!Critter is doing just fine by the way (flat rock scorpion) great advice and a chill atmosphere. Store had a bad odor. The associate behind the counter was on a personal phone call. He did greet me, but after I had already walked the store. Not a lot of product. I was there for a feeder rat, and he stated that he had a small, but close to medium one. The one he showed me at that size was more like a very small compared to where I normally purchase them. Will not be returning.

Went to get crickets here, as the store I usually use was out. This place gets 2 shipments a week. I noticed they carried everything to feed reptiles and had plenty in stock. Carry some reptiles too.

My daughter (16) has been wanting a snake for years. Recently, she had decided it was time. Thankfully, I've known she was ready for a long time!When entering this store, we were slapped in the face with big time stinky reptile tanks. I've never been to a reptile store, but it seemed like too much. We circled the store a few times, looking at all the cool things without fur....ew, except maybe the spiders. Definitely not the cleanest of stores. 🤢The bummer was that we were never greeted or asked if we needed anything. The two employees who were sitting behind the register and talking and laughing never gave us time to ask for ourselves. They were very friendly with some other people, but couldn't care less we were there. Shame. We went and a few minutes away and bought from a store that greeted us, asked us what they could do for us, and showed us how a pet store should be run.

Loved this store and the staff. They are fairly small but have a wide range of animals and other critters. I went hoping to find a whites tree frog after striking out at several other stores. They had multiple big, healthy frogs! The staff was very relaxed and answered all my questions. Everyone was well informed and I never felt they were pressuring me to buy anything. The animals are clearly well kept which reassured me more to buy a frog. They were kind enough to let me buy one and come back the next day to pick him up. The prices are in line with what I’ve seen online and at others stores. I recommend stopping in and seeing what they have. I will be returning for sure! Thank you!

Great experience. I even enjoyed the woman disgusted by the bugs she was purchasing. The gentleman made her comfortable and was willing to help her laugh through the process. I'm excited to go back. Thanks! Sincerely weird lady talking about mushrooms and her strange obsession with them.

Went here to look for a new python. Their selection and some pricing are okay. Their customer service is pretty much non-existent. We walked around for about 20mins looking before finally having to go basically force someone to come help. Mind you, we were the only two in there with four employees just standing around talking at the counter.

I've been going to this place for years. Their prices are great there animals are healthy and the staff is great. I've bought 3 bearded dragons a turtle a frog a couple axolotls and more over the years and they are all doing great still.

I absolutely love this place. All the guys here are very helpful and knowledgeable. They sell the coolest reptiles and awesome things for they're tanks. I buy my crickets from here, it's a fun fast, friendly trip each week. My boys love this store just as much as I do. Win win! Dave thank you for such an awesome experience during my last visit.
