Really well laid out store. The dog baths are in the back and divided from the rest of the store. It's so much easier than other dog baths.Its easy to find everything you need.

I really like this place! Never crowded, and all of the employees are nice. Selection of products is good, but not great. I appreciate that this store has the 'basic' foods, not just the high-end brands.

We always go here to get our fish and pet supplies. They have a wonderful supply of fish, tanks are always clean and fish are very active. The staff are always prompt on helping customers and very thorough and patient when helping each individual customer. My son and I always enjoy our trips to pet supplies plus!

I’ve always had such a pleasant experience here. During my most recent visit, I adopted a green cheek conure. This was a huge decision for me, and the staff was very helpful in giving me all the information I needed. I purchased a large cage that couldn’t fit into my car, so they delivered it to my house! I will be doing all of my future shopping here for my new feathered friend. Thank you Michelle!

Terrible customer service with the groomers. I took my dog there to get washed brushes nails trimmed basically the whole package. And the lady said my dog needed to be shaved become a comb wouldn’t go through. Even tho many other places were able to brush him out. She clearly did not want to take care of our dog just because he has curly hair. A professional should know a shower with a detangle spay will work will curly hair. His hair was not matted at all. She clearly had no knowledge of what she was doing and was very rude. With this type of hair a comb isn’t best to brush out. But the brushes with metal bristles are best. They are also know to be shaving dogs hair when it’s clearly not needed. Not sure what her name was but she has frizzy hair with purple tips and she gave attitude and didn’t give any solution.

This is SPAM!!!Very bad experience. I just ordered some cat food. They need to see the coupon to verify it even I can apply the coupon in websites and successfully.I never received any official email from pet supplies plus that I need to show the coupon. The supervisor is very unfriendly and not professional. I never have this happen in other stores. Even though you ordered online successfully, they never accepted orders with the cheapest price. They will try to cancel your orders. This is SPAM.I try to ask him what should I do now. He said I need to cancel my order and buy it of the original price but I can’t use this coupon again. Never go to this SPAM store again.

This is the pet supplies plus in woodland located next to the costco gas kiosk. It's a huge store with an amazing selection of goods for all the critters you might own. The store is clean and well laid out with knowledgeable staff to make recommendations if you're not sure about what you need. Live adoptions are held here occasionally as well.

Excellent Customer Service. Love their delivery service. So convenient!The only downside is that their doggie toys are too expensive. I buy mine at Marshall's or HomeGoods.

Used to come here twice a month for dog and cat food, treats, toys, etc. Today was not a good experience. No customer service, had to hunt someone down to find my pet's food, which they stopped carrying with no notice.Update 6/12 tried for senior dog food and they're almost completely out of Hill's Science Diet and there's 1 can of Royal Canin senior

As a new pet father with 2 week old kittens, it is nice to know and very reassuring that there is help a phone call away and a store nearby. The staff is very knowledgeable and displays angelic level patience with stupid first-time dad questions. I'm happy that I was unable to find kitten formula at Walmart. If I had I never would have entered my local store. I hope there is a local store in Murfreesboro, otherwise shipping is going to cost a fortune.

It's a good store. I'm not sure there was anything spectacular, but nothing bad either. Prices were ok. It was a little dark, which I personally don't mind but my wife and kids do.

Pet Supplies Plus in Woodland, CA is GREAT! The staff is always helpful and appear happy to help, always. this time I ordered online and had a delivery of a large bag of dry pet food. The website said it would be delivered the next day before 8pm, great! It was delivered midday, and the delivery person wore a mask, and rang the bell so I'd know it was out there. Wonderful! Thank you for the great delivery service. I'll do so again next time we need something for our dog.

This review is for grooming services. We’ve brought our puppy here for grooming 3 times. The first time was an okay cut, but not great. Half of his face was shaved and the other half was still pretty long. But we laughed it off and decided to go back and give it another try. The second time his cut was perfect! We got him a breed cut and it looked so good! We realized then, each groomer does things differently and decided to always use that groomer. The third time we went back for his summer cut with the groomer we trusted and, again, it worked out great! I’m giving this 4 stars because we really like the groomer, the scheduling online is very convenient and the pricing is comparable to other groomers, but the schedule changes are not as convenient and if you don’t have a groomer you trust, it may be a different experience, which makes me wonder how thorough their training or vetting process is for groomers.

Staff is always pleasant and happy to help when I have questions, or the item I want is on the top shelf. Thank you Pet Supplies Plus Woodland.My most recent visit, June 11th, was great!. I completely forgot my mask, and was reminded in a very simple, positive tone about it. I am so very sorry. I simply forgot. Thank you for reminding me before I was past the register. Then later, I had a question about the benefits of continuing with grain free for my Boxer, or switching to a salmon and brown rice product. The staff was knowledgeable about recent research findings which helped me make my decision. I truly appreciate the great work our staff at the Woodland Pet Supplies Plus. They are all helpful, and care about us, and our pets needs.

Always enjoy going here. Everybody is very nice and prices are usually on par with Amazon. They keep really good care of there fish for a chain. We got our first fish setup and they walked is through everything. Everybody there truly loves animals. Always visit after a Costco run.

It is the only aquarium supply nearby so we shop there frequently. Unfortunately the fish are often sickly or dead and often other fish in the tank are eating dead fish. Ive noticed fish with ick in tank with other healthy fish. The girls that work there are awesome. Geat customer service and very knowledgeable.

Nice store. Very helpful staff. Didn't have what I needed. But I tried and hoped they would have the item. The item was discontinued by manufacturer. I am just hoping someone has old stock of turtle tanks.
