This location was in Weed, California, a quaint small locale with beautiful mountainous region &friendly folks around. It's always fun to find a Starbucks in some tucked away town somewhere, where you'll be amazed at how much the culture of Starbucks has found its way to everyone's lives and day to day routines. We have an itinerary of travel plans that always includes Starbucks- from the moment we leave our home, to pit stops, lunch stops, & doggie walk breaks - all evolves around the closest Starbucks to the freeway exits. Great friendly staff, drinks were made perfect, and my warmed up chocolate chip cookie was scrumptious! 😋😋😋

Would give a 4.5 mostly because the latte did not come out good. When re-made it was then too sweet. It was also a bit dirty on the floor, but it may have been a busy morning too. All else was excellent.Love that they have 3 restrooms. The breakfast sandwiches felt fresh and perfectly warmed (have nearly burnt my mouth at othe places). Same with the pumpkin loaf, would think it is a recent shipment, but was warmed up nicely and felt fluffy fresh. Cold brew was good too. Service was friendly.

This Starbucks they make Your order good. I feel guilty buying starbucks because it’s expensive and not all places make you drink right. I am a type of person who will always take the drink and never say anything of it’s not good because I feel embarrassed. But this place always gets it right the girls are always cheerful and they nice polite patient. They help me out when I don’t even know what to order. Every time they never disappoint

Had an issue with our iced coffees, didn't taste right. They made it right for us and then some! Super nice and helpful staff! Very clean SB. 👍🏼Easy on and off I-5.

Weed Starbucks. No no! Not the cannabis infused coffee. Though, it might be cool idea for people whose into cannabis:)That’s something for Starbucks to consider I guess.Anyway, we stopped by this Starbucks on our way to San Francisco for a quick coffee break but ended spending more time :)Many seats available inside. Spacious Patio area.

I was the only customer to place an order and was waiting for almost 15 mins and have to leave the place without anything because felt ignored by the two girls working on April 9th 2024 exactly at 2.30PM, it wasn't busy even in drive through. They can atleast greet someone waiting to order just to say that they are getting back to us, but ignored completely, another level of attitude.

This was a nice looking SB. 2 years old, and clean and inviting.Order was correct and was served in a reasonable time frame, although busy and down 2 partners. The partners there were hustling with a smile, like most used to be in the Seattle area.SB needs to get back to basics like customer service, figuring out how to get multiple drink orders out of the drive through (order ahead, pickup in designated parking) so single drivers are through quicker.And keep the breakfast sandwichesThe same size, instead of shrinking the and hoping the customers don't notice!!!

The guy was super nice helpfully and respectfull. But I think Elya could use more training, you don't tell your customers to get the cup that they have sip drank already on the serving counter, bad Hygine, and bad Covid 19 protocols. She remade my coffe, bit it wasn't good sorry :(

Slow slow slow slow service. Specifically ordered extra hot americanos. Got in the car. They’re lukewarm. And no not because they sat on the counter.2 of the 3 bathrooms were down and employees did nothing to help hurry a man who bathed in the one to get out.Avoid this location!

Service and drinks were good. We stopped here while traveling. They have a board that lets you know how to address each employee. It was kinda a lot, since they have some many people who work there. It was also kinda pointless as only 1 team member, that we saw that day, was wearing a name tag so how were we supposed to know how to address them. But it was fine and they were all nice.

🥐Really nice Starbucks, even with THE COVID the bathrooms are open!!! That's a huge deal! Stedman, our barista, was amazingly chipper, helpful, warm, welcoming and kind. 🗝That is exactly what is needed when someone walks into an establishment - I super appreciated it for our whole family of six to come in here on a long cross country drive to get back into our home state and be welcomed in California! Thank you ☕

I am writing this review in the parking lot after the worst customer service experience. I waited 30 minutes to get an iced vanilla latte ..... and there was ONE person in front of me! If you ever have to stop here, go through the drive-thru. They ignore inside customers and will serve DT first! I saw 10-15 cars go through while I waited. They don't even greet you .... 4 people working, and 30 min to serve TWO people inside. Ridiculous!

Awesome and friendly service from this Starbucks. Cafe had a chill vibe and plenty of seating for customers. They heated up my sandwich really fast and were very welcoming towards us as customers. Although they were busy they were quick to serve orders. A nice place to grab coffee and a light bite to eat. Central location makes for easy freeway access to I-5 from this coffee shop as well.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. We ordered two small drinks and two sandwiches. Got the sandwiches and ate them. Then still had to wait over an hour for our drinks. The employees were standing around talking and chatting. The girl that told us the order was lost ended up disappearing and not making our orders. They had to take out drink order 3 different tones over the hour and a half we were there. It was absolutely ridiculous.

What can I say about the Starbucks in Weed CA. Definitely nothing bad. Customer service is always at a 2000% They take making the barista charge seriously. They have never messed up an order for me when I'm trucking through with deliveries on I-5 going to OR or WA. Always a have to stop for me and my husband. And the views are AMAZING!

Located right off of Hwy 5. Next door to Mc Donalds, down the road from the pilot travel lm center. Near hwy 97 junction.Very clean. Great customer service. Always uplifting.

Tried today for first time! Got biggest iced chai latte. Sure went fast! It's like any other Starbucks! I noticed cake pops for sale, plus boxes of fresh fruit and exotic cheeses. Bus stop is maybe 300 feet away curving to the right, close to Grocery Outlet.
