Sixth time trying this location. Only had two visits with successful purchases and one with positive customer service. Today I tried to find an item and decided to see if anyone would offer help instead of me asking for some. I walked all the aisles twice and they were too busy either socializing with one another or on their phones and eating snacks.

Way overpriced, staff is more interested in following you around to see if you're stealing then actually helping. There's only one shining star in the whole place and I think his name is jorgen. Very helpful

This is really a great hardware store They have just about everything you could want for hardware supply. They have a full paint department and people there to help you get what you need for all your projects. The people there are friendly and eager to help!

WEED is not the largest place. HOME IMPROVEMENT STORES ARE NOT plentiful. I RECENTLY INHERITED A HOME IN WEED SO I TOOKTIME OFF AND GET THINGS WORKING. I NEEDED A ONE HOLE FAUCET AND WENT TO ALL 5 STORES. EACH TREATED ME PLEASANT AND POLITLY, WHICH IS THE NORM. 4 DID NOT HAVE THE FAUCET, ONE DID AND WANTED $149 FOR IT. I PASSED AND TOOK VISITING RELATIVES ON A TOUR OF CRATER LAKEON the tour of the lake, I stopped by great HOME DEPOT in Klamath and checked availability of the faucet. They had 14, one of which I was happy to relieve them of at a price of $23. THIS HOME DEPOT IS THE CLEANEST AND MOST FRIENDLY I HAVE BEEN IN AND I HAVE BEEN IN MANY. THEY ARE WELL STOCKED AND ORGANIZED AND WITH NO SALES TAXES!!.

weed building supply rental :we just rented scaffolding and had no idea what we were doing. mike and jennifer were very helpful. they loaded and unloaded the scaffolding and showed us how to set it up. it was in perfect condition. when you are dealing with the only rental game in town, you don't know what to expect. we ended up with a great experience and a LOT of cooperation on their part.thank you!!

Solana is a store that has basically anything you need for your home or garden..It also has hunting and fishing gear.It has a wide range of items and tools.It has everything..I would compare it to a all in one store ..

Solano's has never disappointed this homeowner/sometimes DYI gal. They seem to have whatever I need, whenever I need it - from paint to sponges to faucets to lumber to hoses to flower pots...and so on. The staff is friendly and helpful, the new lay out and increased stock capacity is great. Owner is one of the most generous and community-minded people I know, which makes it doubly satisfying to support this business. Can't go wrong shopping here!

Now called DO IT BEST in Weed has a very respectable selection and is exceedingly convenient. I find their customer service lacking (difficult to get help finding stuff) and their checkout process lengthy (too few cashiers). Prices are too high IMHO by about 20%--I get charging more if you are not CostCo or Home Depot, but I believe there is a better/fairer price structure. Ramshaws in Mt. Shasta seems to be a little cheaper and far better on the service.
